WESTERN RAILWAY TO RUN FIVE SPECIAL TRAINS WITH SINGLE TRIPS FROM SURAT TO SAHARSA & DARBHANGA AND INDORE TO MUZAFFARPUR & KHAGARIA

For the benefit of passengers, it has been decided by Western Rly to run 5one way special trains with single trips from Suratto Saharsa ; Surat to Darbhanga; Indore to Muzaffarpur and Indore to Khagaria.

According to a press release issued by Shri Sumit Thakur- Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Rly, five o­ne way special trains with single trips will be running with special fare. Details of the trains are as under :-

1) Train No 09581 Surat – Saharsa Jn o­ne-way Special train o­n special fare

Train No 09581 Surat – Saharsa Jn special will depart Surat o­n 12th Nov, 2020 (Thursday) at 17.30 hrs & will reach Saharsa Jn at 03.55 hrs o­n Saturday. Enroute this train will halt at Nandurbar, Bhusaval Jn, Itarsi Jn, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Prayagrajcheoki, Dd Upadhyaya Jn, Patna Jn, Barauni Jn, Begu Sarai and Khagaria stations. This train comprises ofAC 3 Tier, Sleeper class and Second class seating coaches.

2) Train No 09583 Surat – Darbhanga Jn o­ne-way Special train o­n special fare

Train No 09583 Surat – Darbhanga Jn special will depart Surat o­n 12th Nov, 2020 (Thursday) at 23.50 hrs & will reach Darbhanga Jn at 12.15 hrs o­n Saturday. Enroute this train will halt at Nandurbar, Amalner, Bhusaval Jn, Burhanpur, Khandwa, Harda, Itarsi Jn, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Prayagraj Jn, Prayagrajrambag, Gyanpur Rd, Manduadih, Varanasi Jn, Ghazipur City, Ballia, Chhapra, Sonpur Jn, Hajipur Jn, Muzaffarpur Jn and Samastipur Jn stations. This train comprises ofAC 3 Tier, Sleeper class and Second class seating coaches.

3) Train No 09311 Indore – Muzaffarpur o­ne-way Special train o­n special fare

Train No 09311 Indore – Muzaffarpur special will depart Indore o­n 9th Nov, 2020 (Monday) at 07.30 hrs & will reach Muzaffarpur at 10.15 hrs the next day. Enroute this train will halt at Ujjain, Bina Jn, Katni Murwara, Manikpur, Prayagrajcheoki, Dd Upadhyaya Jn, Buxar, Ara and Patliputra stations. This train comprises ofAC 3 Tier, Sleeper class and Second class seating coaches.

4) Train No 09315 Indore – Muzaffarpur o­ne-way Special train o­n special fare

Train No 09315 Indore – Muzaffarpur special will depart Indore o­n 10th Nov, 2020 (Tuesday) at 07.30 hrs & will reach Muzaffarpur at 10.15 hrs the next day. Enroute this train will halt at Ujjain, Bina Jn, Katni Murwara, Manikpur, Prayagraj cheoki, Dd Upadhyaya Jn, Buxar, Ara and Patliputra stations. This train comprises ofAC 3 Tier, Sleeper class and Second class seating coaches.

5) Train No 09317 Indore – Khagaria Jn o­ne-way Special train o­n special fare

Train No 09317 Indore – Khagaria Jn special will depart Indore o­n 13th Nov, 2020 (Friday) at 18.00 hrs & will reach Khagaria Jn at 01.30 hrs o­n Sunday. Enroute this train will halt at Ujjain, Bina Jn, Katni Murwara, Manikpur, Prayagrajcheoki, Dd Upadhyaya Jn, Buxar, Ara, Patliputra and Barauni Jn stations. This train comprises ofAC 3 Tier, Sleeper class and Second class seating coaches.

The Booking for Train No09311 & 09315 will open from 8thNovember, 2020and for Train No 09581, 09583 & 09317 will open from 9th November, 2020 at nominated PRS counters and o­n IRCTC website. The above trains will run as fully reserved trains.

Central Railway will run two trips of special train between Pune and Darbhanga to clear the extra rush of passengers due to Holi. The details are as under:
01429 special will leave Pune at 21.35 hrs on 19.3.2019 and arrive Darbhanga at 11.45 hrs on 21.3.2019.
01430 special will leave Darbhanga at 22.00 hrs on 22.3.2019 and arrive Pune at 12:40 hrs on 24.3.2019.
*Halts* : Lonavala, Karjat, Panvel, Kalyan, Igatpuri, Nasik Road, Bhusaval, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Manikpur, Allahabad Chheoki, Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Junction, Patliputra, Hajipur, Muzaffarpur, Samastipur.
*Composition* : 15 sleeper class and two general second class cum guard’s brake van.
*Reservation* : Bookings for 01429 special on special charges will open on 19.3.2019 at all PRS centres and website www.irctc.co.in . General second class coaches will run as unreserved and tickets can be booked through UTS.
*Cancellation* :
Train No. 02053 Superfast Special announced to run from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus at 14.20 hrs on 22.3.2019 and Train No. 02054 Superfast Special from Patna at 23.35 hrs on 23.3.2019 has been cancelled.

1)Train No. 07007 Secunderabad – Darbhanga Special Train which left Secunderabad o­n 22nd August, 2017 and is o­n run will be short terminated at Barauni.
2)Train No. 07007 Secunderabad – Darbhanga Special Train scheduled to depart Secunderabad at 22.00 hrs today i.e., 24th August, 2017 will be short terminated at Barauni.
Change of Originating Station:-
1)Train No. 07008 Darbhanga – Secunderabad Special Trains scheduled to depart Darbhanga at 05.00 hrs o­n 25thand 27th August, 2017 will depart from Barauni instead of Darbhanga.

Twelve Special Trains between Secunderabad - Darbhanga and Hyderabad - Raxaul
In order to clear extra rush of passengers o­n account of cancellation of regular train services 
17007 / 17008 Secunderabad-Darbhanga-Secunderabad (Bi-weekly) Express and Train No’s. 
17005 / 17006 Hyderabad-Raxaul-Hyderabad (weekly) Express due to operational reasons. 
South Central Railway will run 12 Special Trains between Secunderabad - Darbhanga - Secunderabad and Hyderabad - Raxaul - Hyderabad (via., diverted route) as detailed below:- 
I)Secunderabad - Darbhanga – Secunderabad Special Trains:- ( 08 Services)
Train No. 07007 Secunderabad – Darbhanga Special Train will depart Secunderabad at 22.00 hrs o­n 18th, 22nd, 25th & 29thJuly, 2017 and arrive Darbhanga at 13.45 hrs o­n the Second Day.
In the return direction, Train No. 07008 Darbhanga – Secunderabad Special Train will depart Darbhanga at 05.00 hrs o­n 21st, 25th, 28thJuly and 1st August, 2017 and arrive Secunderabad at 22.10 hrs o­n the next day.

In the return direction, Train No. 07006 Raxaul – Hyderabad Special Train will depart Raxaul at 01.30 hrs o­n 23rd and 30th July, 2017 and arrive / depart Secunderabad at 22.40/22.50 hrs; arrive Hyderabad at 23.15 hrs o­n the next day.

Northern Railway runs Weekly Summer Special Train between Firozpur and Darbhanga (Total 16 Trips)
In order to clear the extra rush and for the convenience of rail passengers, Northern Railway will run the 04974/04973Firozpur- Darbhanga- Firozpur Weekly  Summer Special  express  train, as per the following  programme:
  • The 04974 Firozpur- Darbhanga Weekly Summer Special Train will depart from.  Firozpur at 07.10 p.m. on every Tuesday from 09.05.2017 to 27.06.2017 to reach Darbhanga at 03.45 a.m. o­n Thursday  (8 Trips).  In the return direction, 
  • The 04973 Darbhanga-Firozpur Weekly Summer Special Train will depart from Darbhanga at 07.30 a.m. on every Thursday from11.05.2017 to 29.06.2017 to reach Firozpur at 05.30 p.m. the next day (8 Trips).
Comprising of  Twelve  sleeper class, Three general class & Two second class cum luggage van Coaches, the 04974/04973  Firozpur- Darbhanga- Firozpur  Weekly Summer Special Train will stop at Phillaur, Ludhiana, Sirhind, Rajpura, Ambala Cantt., Jagadhri, Saharanpur, Moradabad, Bareilly, Shahjehanpur, Sitapur Cantt., Gonda, Gorakhpur, Deoria Sadar, Siwan Jn., Chhapra, Sonpur, Hajipur, Muzaffarpur & Samastipur  stations enroute in both the directions.

Lokmanya Tilak Terminus-Darbhanga Express to have Single Train Number

Consequent upon extension of extension of 11061 Lokmanya Tilak Terminus-Muzaffarpur  (4 days a week) Express to Darbhanga from 9.1.2016 and provision of halt to 11065 Lokmanya Tilak Terminus-Darbhanga Tri-weekly Express at Bhagwanpur, both the trains will be run with a single number with effect from 10.2.2017.
  • 11061 Express will leave daily at 12.15 hrs from Lokmanya Tilak Terminus from 10.2.2017 and arrive Darbhanga at 01.10 hrs on third day.
  • 11062 Express will leave daily at 13.10 hrs from Darbhanga from 10.2.2017 and arrive Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 03.40 hrs on third day.

In order to clear extra rush of rail passengers during festival-2016, Northern Railway will run the 04056/04055 Anand Vihar Terminal-Muzaffarpur-Anand Vihar Terminal Express Unreserved Special (2 trips) and the 04486/04485 Anand Vihar Terminal-Darbhanga-Anand Vihar Terminal Express Special train (via Kanpur-Lucknow) two trips as per the following progarmmeL-

·Train No.04056/04055 Anand Vihar Terminal-Muzaffarpur-Anand Vihar Terminal Unreserved Express Special (2 trips)
The train no. 04056 Anand Vihar Terminal-Muzaffarpur Express Special will depart from Anand Vihar Terminal on 02.11.2016 at 02.20 p.m.to arrive at Muzaffarpur at 09.30 a.m. the next day. In the return direction the 04055 Muzaffarpur-Anand Vihar Terminal Express Special will depart from Muzaffarpur on 03.11.2016 at 03.55 p.m. to arrive at Anand Vihar Terminal at 11.05 a.m. the next day.
Comprising of Eighteen general class coaches and two second class cum-luggage van coaches the 04056/04055 Anand Vihar Terminal-Muzaffarpur-Anand Vihar Terminal Express Special will stop at Kanpur Central, Lucknow Jn., Gorakhpur Jn., Siwan Jn., Chhapra Jn., Sonpur Jn & Hajipur Jn. Station enroute in both the directions.
·Train No.04486/04485 Anand Vihar Terminal-Darbhanga-Anand Vihar Terminal Express Special (2 trips) via Kanpur-Lucknow
The train no. 04486 Anand Vihar Terminal-Darbhanga Express Special will depart from Anand Vihar Terminal on 03.11.2016 at 02.20 p.m. to arrive at Darbhanga at 11.45 a.m. the next day. In the return direction the 04485Darbhanga-Anand Vihar Terminal Express Special will depart from Darbhanga on 04.11.2016 at 01.45 p.m. to arrive at Anand Vihar Terminal at 11.05 a.m. the next day.
Comprising of Two A.C. 2 Tier-cum-A.C. 3 Tier, One A.C. 3 Tier, Eleven Sleeper class, Two general class and two second class cum-luggage van coaches the 04486/04485 Anand Vihar Terminal-Darbhanga-Anand Vihar Terminal Express Special will stop at Kanpur Central, Lucknow Jn., Gorakhpur Jn., Siwan Jn., Chhapra Jn., Sonpur Jn., Hajipur Jn. & Samastipur Station enroute in both the directions.

8 Weekly Suvidha Special Trains Between Lokmanya Tilak Terminus and Darbhanga for Chhat Festival – Bookings open from 28.10.2016

Railways have decided to run of 8 Weekly Suvidha Special trains between Lokmanya Tilak Terminus and Darbhanga to clear the extra rush of passengers during Chhat festival 2016. 

The details are as under:
  • 82534 Suvidha special train will leave Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 14.30 hrs o­n every Thursday from 17.11.2016 to 8.12.2016 and arrive Darbhanga at 02.30 hrs o­n third day.
  • 82533 Suvidha special train will leave Darbhanga at 17.00 hrs o­n every Tuesday from 15.11.2016 to 6.12.2016 and arrive Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 05.45 hrs o­n third day.


Halts: Kalyan, Nasik Road, Bhusaval, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Manikpur, Shankargarh, Chheoki, Varanasi, Ghazipur City, Ballia, Chhapra, Sonpur, Hajipur, Muzaffarpur and Samastipur. 

Composition: o­ne AC-2 Tier, Four AC-3 tier, 7 Sleeper Class and 2 General second class cum Guards’ brake van.

Reservation:  Bookings for Suvidha Special Train No. 82534 leaving Lokmanya Tilak Terminus o­n 17.11.2016 & 24.11.2016 will open o­n 28.10.2016 (without catering charges) and for consecutive trips as per 30 days Advance Reservation Period through Internet and at all PRS locations .

12 Weekly Special Trains Between Lokmanya Tilak Terminus and Darbhanga 

Railways will run 12 Weekly Special trains between Lokmanya Tilak Terminus and Darbhanga to clear the extra rush of passengers. The details are as under: 
  • 05514 Suvidha special trains will leave Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 14.30 hrs on every Thursday from 4.8.2016 to 8.9.2016 (6Trips) and arrive Darbhanga at 02.30 hrs on third day. 
  • 05513 Suvidha special train will leave Darbhanga at 17.00 hrs on every Tuesday from 2.8.2016 to 6.9.2016  (6Trips) and arrive Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 05.45 hrs on third day.

Extension Of Run Of Jansadharan Special Train Between  Jalandhar City And Darbhanga To Clear Summer Rush-2016

To clear extra rush of rail passengers during Summer season-2016, Railway has extended the run of special train no. 05523/05524 Darbhanga - Jalandhar City- Darbhanga Jansadharan as per the following programme:-

The 05523 Darbhanga - Jalandhar City Jansadharan Special train will depart from Darbhanga on 13.06.2016 & 14.06.2016 at 11.30 p.m. to reach Jalandhar City at 04.45 a.m. the third day. In the return direction, 
The 05524 Jalandhar City - Darbhanga Jansadharan Special train will depart from Jalandhar City on 14.06.2016, 15.06.2016 & 16.06.2016 at 08.15 a.m. to reach Darbhanga at 11.40 p.m. the next day.

Comprising of Eighteen General Class and two Second Class cum Luggage Van coaches, the 05523/05524 Darbhanga - Jalandhar City- Darbhanga Jansadharan (06 trips) Special train will stop at Samastipur, Muzaffarpur, , Hajipur, Sonpur, Chhapra,Siwan,Bhatani, Gorakhpur, Basti,Gonda, Sitapur Cantt., Bareilley, Moradabad, Laksar,Saharanpur, Ambala Cantt. Ludhiana & Phagwara stations enroute in both the directions.

KUMBHA MELA SPECIALS BETWEEN NASHIK AND DARBHANGA

Railways have decided to run 2 UNRESERVED special trains between Nasik Road - Darbhanga to clear the extra rush of pilgrims during Kumbha Mela being held at Nasik. 
Details are as under - 

UNRESERVED SPECIALS (2)

01309 / 01310 Nasik Road - Darbhanga - Nasik Road Specials (2) 

01309 Special will leave Nasik Road at 04.30 hrs o­n 14.09.2015 and will arrive Darbhanga at 17.30 hrs next day.

01310 Special will leave Darbhanga at 20.00 hrs o­n 15.09.2015  and will arrive Nasik Road at 10.15 hrs o­n third day.

HALTS : Manmad, Bhusaval, Khandwa, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Manikpur, Allahabad, Allahabad City, Gyanpur Road, Varanasi, Mughalsarai, Buxar, Ara, Patna and Barauni. 

Composition: 16 General second class and 2 General second class cum guard's brake van.
