Reservation: Bookings for extended trips of fully reserved special trains 03260, 02546, 05548 & 05268 o­n special charges will commence at all computerised reservation centres o­n 25.03.2021 and o­n website www.irctc.co.in..

Only passengers having confirmed tickets will be permitted to board these special trains.

Passengers are advised to adhere all norms, SOPs related to COVID19 during the boarding, travel and at destination.

Special Trains between Secunderabad and Raxaul
In order to clear extra rush of Passengers, SCR will run eight special trains between Secunderabad and Raxaul as detailed below: -
Secunderabad – Raxaul – Secunderabad Special Trains (8 Services): -
  • Train No. 07091 Secunderabad – Raxaul Special train will depart Secunderabad at 21:40 hrs on 10th, 17th, 24th & 31st March, 2020 (Tuesdays) and arrive Raxaul at 18:15 hrs on Thursdays.In the return direction, 
  • Train No. 07092 Raxaul – Secunderabad Special train will depart Raxaul at 12:45 hrs on 13th, 20th, 27th March & 03rd April, 2020 (Fridays) and arrive Secunderabad at 06:55 hrs on Sundays.

Enroute, these special trains will stop at Kazipet, Ramagundam, Mancherial, Balharshah, Sevagram, Nagpur, Betul, Itarsi, Pipariya, Gadarwara, Narsinghpur, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Allahabad Cheoki, Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay Jn, Buxar, Ara, Danapur, Patna, Bakhtiyarpur, Mokama, Barauni, Samastipur, Darbhanga, Sitamarhi, and Bairgania stations in both the directions.
These trains will consist of AC II Tier, AC III Tier, Sleeper Class and General Second Class Coaches.
*These Special trains are provided with two additional stoppages at Gadarwara, Narsinghpur stations.

In order to clear extra rush of passengers during Dussehra, Diwali and Winter season, South Central Railway will run 18 Weekly Special Trains between Secunderabad – Raxaul as detailed below: -
Secunderabad – Raxaul – Secunderabad Weekly Special Trains (18 Services):-
Train No. 07091 Secunderabad - Raxaul Weekly Special train will depart Secunderabad at 21:40 hrs o­n 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th October, 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th November, 2019 (Tuesdays) and arrive Raxaul at 18:15 hrs o­n Thursdays.
In the return direction, Train No. 07092 Raxaul - Secunderabad Special train will depart Raxaul at 12:45 hrs o­n 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th October, 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th November, 2019 (Fridays) and arrive Secunderabad at 06:55 hrs o­n Sundays.
Enroute, these weekly special trains will stop at Kazipet, Ramagundam, Mancherial, Balharshah, Sevagram, Nagpur, Betul, Itarsi, Pipariya, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Manikpur, Allahabad Cheoki, Pt. Train No. 07009 Secunderabad - Barauni Weekly Special train will depart Secunderabad at 22:15 hrs o­n 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th October, 3rd, 10th, 17th & 24th November, 2019 (Sundays) and arrive Barauni at 11:40 hrs o­n Tuesdays.
In the return direction, Train No. 07010 Barauni - Secunderabad Weekly Special train will depart Barauni at 07:10 hrs o­n 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th October, 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th November, 2019 (Wednesdays) and arrive Secunderabad at 22:40 hrs o­n Thursdays.
Enroute, these weekly special trains will also stop at Kazipet, Ramagundam, Mancherial, Sirpur Kagazhnagar, Balharsha, Nagpur, Gondia, Durg, Raipur, Bilaspur, Jharsuguda, Rourkela, Hatia, Ranchi, Muri, Bokaro steel city, Gomoh, Parasnath, Koderma, Gaya, Nawadah, Kiul, Jamalpur, Monghyr, Sahibpur Kamal and Begusarai stations in both the directions.
These trains will comprise of AC II Tier, AC III Tier, Sleeper Class and General Second class Coaches.

WEEKLY SPECIAL TRAIN TO RUN BETWEEN SECUNDRABAD-RAXAUL (TOTAL 20 TRIPS)
For the convenience of the rail passengers and to clear extra rush, Railways have decided to run the 07091/07092Secundrabad-Raxaul-Secundrabad  weekly  Express Special train as per the following programme :
07091/07092 Secundrabad-Raxaul-Secundrabad  weekly  Express Special train  ( 20 trips)
The 07091 Secundrabad-Raxaul weekly  Express Special train will depart from Secundrabad at 09.40 p.m. on every Tuesday with immediate effect  to 27.03.2018to reach Raxaul at 06.15 p.m. the next day (10 trips). In the return direction, the 07092  Raxaul-Secundrabad  weekly  Express Special train will depart from Raxaul at 12.45 p.m. o­n every Friday with immediate effect  to 30.03.2018to reach Secundrabad  at 06.55 a.m. the third  day (10  trips).
Comprising of one AC two tier , four AC three Tier  ,six general class, ten sleeper class& two second class cum luggage van coaches , the 07091/07092Secundrabad-Raxaul-Secundrabad  weekly  Express Special train will stop at Kazipet, Ramagundum, Mancherial, Ballharshah, Sewagram, Nagpur, Betul, Itarsi, Pipariya, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Allahabad, Gyanpur, Manduadih, Varanasi, Mughalsarai, Buxar, Ara, Danapur, Patna, Bakhtiarpur, Mokama, Baurani, Samastipur, Darbhanga, Sitamarhi and Bairgania stations enroute in both the directions.

Kolkata, January16, 2018
To clear the rush of passengers in the forthcoming summer season, Eastern Railway will run 100 summer special trains o­n various routes.
03135/03136 Kolkata-Chhapra-Asansol Summer Special trains (26trips)
03135 will leave Kolkata station o­n Mondays at 20.05 hrs. from 02.04.2018 to 25.06.2018 and reach Chhapra at 10.00 hrs. o­n the next day. 03136 will leave Chhapra o­n Tuesdays at 13.20 hr. from 03.4.2018 to 26.6.2018 and terminate at Asansol at 01.10 hrs. o­n the next day.
The summer special trains will have AC classes, Sleeper Class and General Second Class coaches.
03043/03044 Howrah-Raxaul-Asansol weekly Summer Special(26 trips)
03043 will leave Howrah o­n Fridays at 15.00 hrs. from 6.4.2018 to 29.6.2018 and reach Raxaul at 10.00 hrs. o­n the next day. 03044 will leave Raxaul at 12.00 hrs. o­n Saturdays from 7.4.2018 to 30.6.2018 and terminate at Asansol at 23.45 hrs. o­n the same day.
The summer special trains will have AC classes, Sleeper Class and General Second Class coaches.
03511/03512 Asansol-Patna Jn. Weekly Summer Special ( 22 trips)
03511/03512 will leave Asansol & Patna o­n Sundays from 15.04.2018 to 24.6.2018 at 7.15 hs. & 15.10 hrs. respectively and reach Patna Jn. & Asansol at 14.00 hrs. & 22.00 hrs. respectively o­n the same day
The summer special trains will have General Second Class and second class seating coaches..
03427/03428 Malda-Haridwar Weekly Summer Special via Sultanpur (26 trips)
03427 will leave Malda o­n Mondays from 02.4.2018 to 25.6.2018 at 9.05 hrs. and 03428 will leave Haridwar o­n Tuesdays from 03.4.2018 to 26.6.2018 at 16.05 hrs.
The summer special trains will have AC classes, Sleeper Class and General Second Class coaches.

It is notified for the information of the general public that the 15273/15274 Raxual-Anand Vihar Raxual Satyagrah Express Train which were earlier notified to be cancelled due to foggy season have been restored to run o­n their proper route as under:
The 15273 Raxual-Anand Vihar Terminal Satyagrah Express has been restored from 2.12.2017 while its return service, the 15274 Anand Vihar Terminal-Raxual Satyagrah Express shall be restored  from 3.12.2017. 
Cacellation of Sadbhavana Group Express Trains
The 14007 Raxual-Anand Vihar Terminal Sadbhavana Express will remain cancelled o­n every Wednesday & Friday from 06.12.2017 to 09.02.2018.
The 14008 Anand Vihar Terminal- Raxual Sadbhavana Express will remain cancelled o­n every Tuesday & Thursday from 05.12.2017 to 13.02.2018.
The 14015 Raxual-Anand Vihar Terminal Sadbhavana Express will remain cancelled o­n every Monday & Wednesday from 04.12.2017 to 12.02.2018.
The 14016 Anand Vihar Terminal-Raxual Sadbhavana Express will remain cancelled o­n every Friday & Sunday from 03.12.2017 to 11.02.2018.
The 14017 Raxual-Anand Vihar Terminal Sadbhavana Express will remain cancelled o­n every Thursday from 07.12.2017 to 08.02.2018.
The 14018 Anand Vihar Terminal-Raxual Sadbhavana Express will remain cancelled o­n every Wednesday from 06.12.2017 to 07.02.2018.
Cancellation/Short Termination of Trains
Due to operational reasons the following trains have been cancelled/short terminated/short orginate as under:
The 14681 New Delhi-Jalandhar  Express, journey commencing o­n 02.12.2017 will be short terminated at Ambala.  Consequently, the 14682 Jalandhar-New Delhi Express, journey commencing o­n 03.12.2017 will short originate from Ambala.  It will remain partially cancelled between Ambala-Jalandhar-Ambala.
The 14731 Delhi-Fazilka  Express, Fazilka journey commencing o­n 02.12.2017 will be short terminated at Bathinda.  Consequently, the 14732 -Delhi Express, journey commencing o­n 03.12.2017 will short originate from Bathinda.  It will remain partially cancelled between Bathinda-Fazilka-Bathinda.
The 12414 Jammu Tawi-Ajmer Pooja Express, journey commencing o­n 02.12.2017 has been cancelled.  Consequently, the 12413 Ajmer-Jammu Tawi Pooja Express, journey commencing o­n 03.12.2017 will also remain cancelled. 
Cancellation/Diversion/short termination/regulation of trains due to traffic blocks o­n Northern Railway
Due to traffic block o­n Sahjanpur-Moradabad, Lucknow-Kanpur, Ambala-Saharanpur and Ludhiana-Ambala sections over Northern Railway the following trains have been cancelled/short terminated/short originate/regulate as under:
The 14369 Singrauli-Bareilly Express, journey commencing o­n 02.12.2017 will be regulated for 180 minutes enroute.
The 14235 Varanasi-Bareilly Express, journey commencing o­n 02.12.2017 will be short terminated at Lucknow.  Consequently, the 14236 Bareilly-Varanasi Express, journey commencing o­n 03.12.2017 will short originate from Lucknow.  It will remain partially cancelled between Lucknow-Bareilly-Lucknow.
The 15211 Darbhanga-Amritsar Jannayak Express, journey commencing o­n 02.12.2017 will be regulated for 125 minutes enroute.
The 13151 Kolkata-Jammu Tawi Express, journey commencing o­n 02.12.2017 will be regulated for 80 minutes enroute.
The 54335/54336 Balamau-Kanpur-Balamau Passenger will remain cancelled o­n 03.12.2017.
The 14227/24228 Varanasi-Kanpur-Varanasi Varuna Express, journey commencing o­n 03.12.2017 will be short terminated at/originate from Lucknow. 
The 12511 Gorakhpur-Trivendrum Rapti Sagar Express, journey commencing o­n 03.12.2017 will be regulated for 40 minutes enroute.
The 11123 Barauni-Gwalior Express, journey commencing o­n 02.12.2017 will be regulated for 40 minutes enroute.
The 64502 Ambala-Saharnpur MEMU will remain cancelled o­n 03.12.2017. 
The 64513 Saharanpur-Nangal Dam MEMU, journey commencing o­n 03.12.2017 will be partially cancelled between Saharanpur-Ambala.
The 54541 Meerut-Ambala Cantt. MEMU, journey commencing o­n 03.12.2017 will be partially cancelled between Saharanpur-Ambala.
The 54540 Ambala-Hazrat Nizamuddin MEMU, journey commencing o­n 03.12.2017 will be partially cancelled between Ambala- Saharanpur.
The 22430 Katra-Indore Malwa Express, journey commencing o­n 03.12.2017 will be diverted to run via Sanehwal-Chandigarh-Ambala.
The 12380 Amritsar-Sealdah Jalianwala Bagh Express, journey commencing o­n 03.12.2017 will be diverted to run via Sanehwal-Chandigarh-Ambala.
The 12920 Pathankot-Delhi Superfast Express, journey commencing o­n 03.12.2017 will be regulated for 45 minutes enroute.
The 14674 Amritsar-Jaynagar Shaheed Express, journey commencing o­n 03.12.2017 will be regulated for 45 minutes enroute.

In order to clear extra rush of passengers, South Central Railway will run eight Special Trains between Secunderabad and Raxaul as detailed below:-Accordingly, 
  • Train No. 07091 Secunderabad - Raxaul Special train will depart Secunderabad at 21:40 hrs on 7th, 14th , 21st and  28th November, 2017 (Tuesday) and arrive Raxaul at 18:15 hrs on Thursday.In the return direction, 
  • Train No. 07092 Raxaul - Secunderabad Special train will depart Raxaul at 12:45 hrs on 10th , 17th , 24thNovember and 01st December,2017 (Friday) and arrive Secunderabad at 06:55 hrs on Sunday.

To cope with the expected rush of passengers, Eastern Railway will run  6(six) Janasadharan Chhat Puja special (via Bandel) between Howrah & Raxaul. 
  • 03041 Howrah – Raxaul Janashadharan Chhat special will leave Howrah at 22.50 hrs on every Thursday between 19.10.2017 & 02.11.2017(3 trips) and 
  • 03042 Raxaul – Howrah Janashadharan Chhat special will leave Raxaul at 19.45 hrs on every Friday between 20.10.2017 & 03.11.2017(3 trips)

The train will have general second class coaches only.

I.Due to heavy floods and breaches in Samastipur division of East Central Railway, the following trains are Short Terminated/ Short originated as detailed below:- 
Train Short Terminated: 
1)Train no. 07005 Hyderabad – Raxaul Special Train which left Hyderabad o­n 7th September, 2017 is Short Terminated at Barauni Jn.    
Change of Originating Station:- 1) Train no. 07006 Raxaul - Hyderabad Special Trains scheduled to depart Raxaul at 01.30 hrs o­n 10th September, 2017 will depart from Barauni instead of Raxaul. 
Due to derailment of TVSG-GRMT/12882 between Monkey Hill - Khandala at 15.55 hrs in Kalyan - Lonavala section of Central Railway o 07.09.2017.   
Trains Rescheduled:- 
1)Train No. 11020  Bhubaneswar – Mumbai CSMT Konark Express is scheduled to depart Bhubaneswar at 15:25 hrs o­n 9th  September, 2017 is rescheduled to depart at 19.00 hrs o­n the same day due to late running of its pairing train.
2)Train No. 16382 Kanniyakumari – Mumbai CSMT Mail Express is scheduled to depart Kanniyakumari at 06:40 hrs o­n 10th  September, 2017 is rescheduled to depart at 08.30 hrs o­n the same day due to late running of its pairing train.

To cope up with the expected rush of passengers during ensuing Puja festival, Eastern Railway will run 106 Puja Specials for different directions between Sealdah & Ajmer, Sealdah & Anand Vihar, Howrah & Raxaul, Kolkata & Chhapra, Asansol & Patna, Malda Town & Haridwar, Kolkata & Lucknow and Howrah & Jammu Tawi. As a result, 77,772 berths and 4320 seats will be generated for the travelling public during the ensuing pujas.
  • Out of 106 Puja Specials, 12 between Sealdah & Ajmer, 12 between Sealdah & Anand Vihar, 14 between Howrah & Raxaul, 14 between Kolkata & Chhapra, 10 between Asansol & Patna, 14 between Malda Town & Haridwar, 18 between Kolkata & Lucknow and 12 between Howrah & Jammu Tawi will be run. The trains will have General Second Class, Sleeper Class and Air-Conditioned coaches.
  • 02263/02264 Sealdah – Ajmer – Sealdah weekly special via Dankuni will leave Sealdah on every Tuesday between 26.9.2017 & 31.10.2017 and will leave Ajmer o­n every Thursday between 28.9.2017 & 2.11.2017. The train will have AC 2-tier & AC 3-tier accommodation.
  • 02265/02266 Sealdah – Anand Vihar - Sealdah weekly special via Dankuni will leave Sealdah on every Saturday between 23.9.2017 & 28.10.2017 and will leave Anand Vihar between 24.9.2017 & 29.10.2017. The train will have AC 2-tier and AC 3-tier accommodation.
  • 03043/03044 Howrah – Raxaul – Asansol weekly special will leave Howrah o­n every Friday between 15.9.2017 & 27.10.2017 and will leave Raxaul between 16.9.2017 & 28.10.2017 to terminate at Asansol. The train will have general second class, sleeper class, AC 2-tier & AC 3-tier accommodation.
  •  03135/03136 Kolkata – Chhapra – Asansol weekly special via Dankuni will leave Kolkata o­n every Monday between 18.9.2017 & 30.10.2017 and will leave Chhapra on every Tuesday between 19.9.2017 & 31.10.2017 to terminate at Asansol. Twelve Special Trains between Secunderabad - Darbhanga and Hyderabad - Raxaul
In order to clear extra rush of passengers o­n account of cancellation of regular train services 
17007 / 17008 Secunderabad-Darbhanga-Secunderabad (Bi-weekly) Express and Train No’s. 
17005 / 17006 Hyderabad-Raxaul-Hyderabad (weekly) Express due to operational reasons. 
South Central Railway will run 12 Special Trains between Secunderabad - Darbhanga - Secunderabad and Hyderabad - Raxaul - Hyderabad (via., diverted route) as detailed below:- 
I)Secunderabad - Darbhanga – Secunderabad Special Trains:- ( 08 Services)
Train No. 07007 Secunderabad – Darbhanga Special Train will depart Secunderabad at 22.00 hrs o­n 18th, 22nd, 25th & 29thJuly, 2017 and arrive Darbhanga at 13.45 hrs o­n the Second Day.
In the return direction, Train No. 07008 Darbhanga – Secunderabad Special Train will depart Darbhanga at 05.00 hrs o­n 21st, 25th, 28thJuly and 1st August, 2017 and arrive Secunderabad at 22.10 hrs o­n the next day.

In the return direction, Train No. 07006 Raxaul – Hyderabad Special Train will depart Raxaul at 01.30 hrs o­n 23rd and 30th July, 2017 and arrive / depart Secunderabad at 22.40/22.50 hrs; arrive Hyderabad at 23.15 hrs o­n the next day.

To cater to the rush of passengers  on  the occasion of HOLI festival , Eastern Railway will run sixteen ( 16 ) more special trains  --  two Holi special trains each between Howrah & Kamakhya, Howrah & Gorakhpur, Howrah-Raxaul-Asansol, Asansol & Patna,  four trains between Malda & Anand Vihar and two Janasadharan Special trains each between Howrah & Raxaul and Howrah & Anand Nagar.
02257 Up Howrah – Kamakhya Holi Special (via-Dankuni) will start from Howrah station at 23:05 hrs. o­n 11.3.2017 and reach Kamakhya station at 19:30 hrs. o­n the next day, while the corresponding down train (02258 Dn) leaving Kamakhya at 23:45 hrs. o­n 12.3.2017 will arrive at Howrah at 19:30 hrs. next day. This train will have Air Conditioned & Sleeper Class accommodations.
03131 Up Howrah – Gorakhpur Holi Special  (via-Dankuni) will start from Howrah station at 23:55 hrs. o­n 8.3.2017 and reach Gorakhpur station  at 17:30 hrs. o­n the next day, while the corresponding down train (03132 Dn) leaving Gorakhpur at 19:05 hrs. o­n 9.3.2017 will arrive at Howrah station  at 12:40 hrs. next day.
03429 Up Malda-Anand Vihar Holi Special (via-Sultanpur) will start from Malda Town station at 9:05 hrs. o­n 20.3.2017 & 27.3.2017 and reach Anand Vihar  station  at 14:20 hrs. o­n next days, while the corresponding down train (03430 Dn)  leaving Anand Vihar station at 17:10 hrs. o­n 21.3.2017 & 28.3.2017 will arrive at Malda Town station  at 23:50 hrs. o­n next days.
03039 Up/ 03040 Dn  Howrah – Raxaul - Asansol  Holi Special (via-Dankuni) will start from Howrah station at 15:00 hrs. o­n 10.3.2017 and reach Raxaul  station at 10:00 hrs. o­n the next day, while in return journey leaving Raxaul station  at 12:00 hrs. o­n 11.3.2017 this train will terminate at Asansol station at 23:45 hrs. o­n the same day
These trains will have Air Conditioned, Sleeper Class & General Second Class accommodations.
03575 Up/03576 Dn Asansol – Patna Holi Special train leaving  Asansol & Patna stations at 7:15 hrs. & 15:10 hrs. o­n 12.3.2017 will reach Patna & Asansol stations at 14:00 hrs. & 22:00 hrs. respectively o­n the same day. This train will have Second Class reserved & un-reserved accommodations.
Janasadharan Holi Special trains:
ER has arranged Howrah-Raxaul & Howrah-Anand Nagar Janasadharan Holi special trains having all unreserved General Second Class coaches.
03041 Up/ 03042 Dn  Howrah- Raxaul-Howrah Janasadharan  Holi Special (via-Bandel) will start from Howrah station at 22:50 hrs. o­n 9.3.2017 and reach Raxaul  station at 16:05 hrs. o­n the next day, while in return journey leaving Raxaul station  at 19:45 hrs. o­n 10.3.2017 this train will arrive at Howrah station at 12:15 hrs. next day
03067 Up/ 03068 Dn  Howrah – Anand Nagar-Howrah Janasadharan  Holi Special will start from Howrah station at 22:50 hrs. o­n 11.3.2017 and reach Anand Nagar  station at 21:10 hrs. o­n the next day, while in return journey leaving Anand Nagar station  at 00:45 hrs. o­n 13.3.2017 this train will arrive at Howrah station at 20:15 hrs. o­n  the same day.
It may be mentioned that, ER has already declared earlier 6 other special trains for Holi Festival of which 4 will run between Howrah & Muzaffarpur and 2 between Sealdah & Kamakhya.
