Temporary/Permanent Augmentation Of Trains with Additional Coaches

 In order to provide additional travelling facility for waitlisted passengers, the following trains areaugmented with additional coaches as detailed below:-

I.Temporary Augmentation:

1.Train No. 12720 Hyderabad – Jaipur Express is temporarily augmented with o­ne additional AC II Tier coach from 19th to 31st January, 2022.

2.Train No. 12719 Jaipur – Hyderabad Express is temporarily augmented with o­ne additional AC II Tier coach from 21st January to 02nd February, 2022.

II.Permanent Augmentation:

1.Train No. 17007 Secunderabad – Darbhanga Express is permanently augmented with o­ne additional AC III Tier coach with effect from 22nd January, 2022.

2.Train No. 17008 Darbhanga – Secunderabad Express is permanently augmented with o­ne additional AC III Tier coach with effect from 25th January, 2022.

3.Train No. 17482 Tirupati – Bilaspur Express is permanently augmented with o­ne additional AC III Tier coach with effect from 23rd January, 2022.

4.Train No. 17481 Bilaspur – Tirupati Express is permanently augmented with o­ne additional AC III Tier coach with effect from 25th January, 2022.

5.Train No. 17480 Tirupati – Puri Express is permanently augmented with o­ne additional AC III Tier coach with effect from 24th January, 2022.

6.Train No. 17479 Puri – Tirupati Express is permanently augmented with o­ne additional AC III Tier coach with effect from 26th January, 2022.

7.Train No. 17210 Kakinada Town – KSR Bengaluru Seshadri Express is permanently augmented with o­ne additional AC III Tier coach with effect from 01st February, 2022.

8.Train No. 17209 KSR Bengaluru – Kakinada Town Seshadri Express is permanently augmented with o­ne additional AC III Tier coach with effect from 04th February, 2022.

9.Train No. 17235 KSR Bengaluru – Nagercoil Express is permanently augmented with o­ne additional AC III Tier coach with effect from 02nd February, 2022.

10.Train No. 17236 Nagercoil – KSR Bengaluru Express is permanently augmented with o­ne additional AC III Tier coach with effect from 03rdFebruary, 2022.

Revised Composition of Train Coaches in Southern Railway Express Trains

PERMANENT AUGMENTATION OF EXPRESS TRAINS

The following special trains will be permanently augmented with the following  composition as detailed below:-

1.Train No. 12687 / 12688 Madurai – Chandigarh – Madurai Bi-Weekly Superfast Express will be permanently augmented with One AC 2-Tier Coach and One Sleeper Class Coach Ex. Madurai with effect from 02nd January, 2022 and Ex. Chandigarh with effect from 07th January, 2022.

The revised composition after the Permanent Augmentation will be:

One AC 2-Tier Coach, Three AC 3-Tier Coaches, Ten Sleeper Class Coaches, Four General Second Class Coaches, o­ne Pantry Car  and Two Luggage cum Brake vans with accommodation for differently abled persons.

2.Train No. 22613 / 22614 Rameswaram – Ayodhya Cantonment – Rameswaram Sradhhasethu Weekly Superfast Express will be permanently augmented with  One AC 2-Tier Coach, o­ne Sleeper Class Coach and o­ne General Second Class Coach Ex. Rameswaram with effect from 19th December, 2021 and Ex. Ayodhya Cantonment with effect from 22nd December, 2021.

The revised composition after the Permanent Augmentation will be:

One AC 2-Tier Coach, Three AC 3-Tier Coaches, Eleven Sleeper Class Coaches, Four General Second Class Coaches, o­ne Pantry Car  and Two Luggage cum Brake vans with accommodation for differently abled persons

Attachment of Additional AC 3-Tier Coach With Howrah-Jodhpur-Howrah and Howrah -Bikaner-Howrah Special Trains 

ATTACHMENT OF ADDITIONAL AC 3-TIER COACH WITH HOWRAH-JODHPUR-HOWRAH  & HOWRAH-BIKANER-HOWRAH SPECIAL TRAINS

Kolkata, September 30, 2020:

One additional Air-conditioned 3-Tier coach will be attached with 02385/02386 Howrah-Jodhpur-Howrah and 02387/02388 Howrah-Bikaner-Howrah special trains o­n temporary basis till further advice.

The additional AC 3-Tier coach will be attached with 02387 Howrah-Bikaner special leaving Howrah from 01.10.2020 and 02388 Bikaner-Howrah special leaving Bikaner from 03.10.2020.

One additional AC 3-tier coach will also be attached with 02385   Howrah-Jodhpur special  leaving Howrah  from 03.10.2020 and 02386 Jodhpur-Howrah special leaving Jodhpur from 05.10.2020, till further advice .
