Augmentation of AC-3 Tier and AC-2 Tier Accommodation -Central Railway

Additional AC-3 Tier and AC 2-Tier accommodation in LTT- Madgaon AC Double Decker Express on temporary basis
Railways have decided to attach six more AC-3 Tier and o­ne AC-2 Tier coaches o­n temporary basis to 11085/11086 & 11099/11100 Lokmanya Tilak Terminus - Madgaon AC Double Decker Express to clear the extra rush of passengers. The details are as under-

  • 11085 LTT - Madgaon AC Double Decker Express will be augmented o­n every Monday & Wednesday from 26.08.2019 to 09.09.2019 Ex LTT.  
  • 11086 Madgaon – LTT AC Double Decker Express will be augmented o­n every Tuesday & Thursday from 27.08.2019 to 10.09.2019 Ex Madgaon.
  • 11099 LTT - Madgaon AC Double Decker Express will be augmented o­n every Saturday from 24.08.2019 to 14.09.2019 Ex LTT. 
  • 11100 Madgaon – LTT AC Double Decker Express will be augmented o­n every Sunday from 25.08.2019 to 15.09.2019 Ex Madgaon.
RESERVATION: Bookings for the augmented AC-2 Tier coach in Train No. 11085/11086 and 11099/11100 will open from 20.08.2019 and on website www.irctc.co.in.  Wait listed passengers of AC-3 Tier are requested to check the status of their tickets before undertaking journey. 
Additional General Second Class coaches in Dadar-Sawantwadi Road Tutari Express o­n temporary basis
 Central Railway will also attach 4 more general second class coaches to 11003/11004 Dadar-Sawantwadi Road Tutari Express o­n temporary basis from 22.8.2019 to 10.9.2019 to clear the extra rush of passengers.

1.Train No.22641 / 22642 Thiruvananthapuram – Shalimar – Thiruvananthapuram express trains are permanentlyaugmented by one AC 3-tier coach ex. Thiruvananthapuram from 18.11.2017 and ex. Shalimar from 21.11.2017.
2.Train No.22648 / 22647 Thiruvananthapuram – Korba – Thiruvananthapuram express trains are permanentlyaugmented by one AC 3-tier coach ex. Thiruvananthapuram from 20.11.2017 and ex. Korba from 22.11.2017.
3.Train No.12643 / 12644 Thiruvananthapuram – Hazrat Nizamuddin – Thiruvananthapuram express trains are permanentlyaugmented by one AC 3-tier coach ex. Thiruvananthapuram from 21.11.2017 and ex. Hazrat Nizamuddin from 24.11.2017.
4.Train No.22646 / 22645 Thiruvananthapuram – Indore – Thiruvananthapuram express trains are permanentlyaugmented by one AC 3-tier coach ex. Thiruvananthapuram from 18.11.2017 and ex. Indore from 24.11.2017.

PERMANENT AUGMENTATION OF SEVEN CR TRAINS BY AC-3 TIER & AC CHAIR CAR COACH

Central Railway will augment following express trains by one additional AC-3 Tier / AC Chair Car coach o­n permanent basis with effect from the date mentioned, for the benefit of passengers. The details are as under-

a) 11069 / 11070 Lokmanya Tilak Terminus – Allahabad Express – one AC-3 Tier coach with effect from 31.3.2015

b) 12145 / 12146 Lokmanya Tilak Terminus – Puri Express – one AC-3 Tier coach with effect  from 29.3.2015

c) 12143 / 12144 Lokmanya Tilak Terminus – Sultanpur Express - one AC-3 Tier  coach with effect from 29.3.2015

d) 11053 / 11054 Lokmanya Tilak Terminus – Azamgarh Express - one AC-3 Tier coach with effect from 1.4.2015.

e) 12051 / 12052 Dadar – Karmali Janshatabdi Express – one AC Chair Car coach with effect from 31.3.2015.

f) 12071 / 12072 Dadar – Aurangabad Janshatabdi Express – one AC Chair Car coach with effect from 31.3.2015.

g) 12129 / 12130 Pune -  Howrah Azad Hind Express – one AC-3 Tier Coach with effect from 31.3.2015

Wait listed passengers of above trains are requested to please note the augmentation and check their reservation status before commencement of journey.
