BANDRA TERMINUS – GORAKHPUR TRAIN AFFECTED DUE TO BLOCK OVER NORTH EASTERN RAILWAY

In view of the o­ngoing work for commissioning of patch doubling work at Mau – Pipri Dih – Dullahapur stations & Mau - Khurahat stations in North Eastern Railway, a block will be undertaken from 06th to 18th December, 2025. Due to this, Train No. 19091/19092 Bandra Terminus – Gorakhpur Express will be affected.

According to a press release issued by Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, Shri Vineet Abhishek, the details of the train affected are as under:

Train No. 19091 Bandra Terminus - Gorakhpur Express, journey commencing o­n 15th December, 2025 will short terminate at Varanasi station instead of Gorakhpur. Hence, this train will be partially cancelled between Varanasi and Gorakhpur stations.Similarly, 

Train No. 19092 Gorakhpur – Bandra Terminus Express, journey commencing o­n 16th December, 2025 will depart from Varanasi station instead of Gorakhpur station. Hence, this train will be partially cancelled between Gorakhpur and Varanasi stations.

A FEW WR TRAINS AFFECTED DUE TO BLOCK ON CHURU – SADULPUR SECTION

A Block will be undertaken in January, 2026 for infrastructure work between Churu - Aslu – Dudhwa Khara stations o­n Churu - Sadulpur section of North Western Railway.

According to a press release issued by Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, Shri Vineet Abhishek, the details of the trains which will be affected due to the block are as under:

Diversion of Trains:

1.Train No. 14702 Bandra Terminus - Shri Ganganagar Express, journey commencing from 20th to 22nd January, 2026, will be diverted via Sadulpur - Loharu - Sikar stations and will have additional halt at Nawalgarh – Jhunjhunu - Loharu stations.

2.Train No. 14701 Shri Ganganagar - Bandra Terminus Express, journey commencing from 20th to 23rd January, 2026, will be diverted via Sikar - Loharu - Sadulpur stations and will have additional halt at Loharu – Jhunjhunu - Nawalgarh stations.

3.Train No. 04712 Bandra Terminus – Bikaner Special, journey commencing o­n 22nd January, 2026, will be diverted via Jaipur – Bikaner stations and will have additional halt at Phulera – Makrana – Degana – Nagaur - Nokha stations.

4.Train No. 04711 Bikaner – Bandra Terminus Special, journey commencing o­n 21st January, 2026, will be diverted via Bikaner – Jaipur stations and will have additional halt at Nokha - Nagaur - Degana - Makrana - Phulera stations.

5.Train No. 19271 Bhavnagar Terminus - Haridwar Express, journey commencing o­n 22nd January, 2026, will be diverted via Merta Road - Bikaner – Bathinda - Dhuri stations and will have additional halt at Nagaur – Nokha – Bikaner – Suratgarh – Hanumangarh – Bathinda stations.

6.Train No. 19272 Haridwar – Bhavnagar Terminus Express, journey commencing o­n 21st & 24th January, 2026, will be diverted via Dhuri - Bathinda – Bikaner – Merta Road stations and will have additional halt at Bathinda – Hanumangarh – Suratgarh – Bikaner – Nokha – Nagaur stations.

Rescheduling/Regulation of Trains:

1.Train No. 19027 Bandra Terminus – Jammu Tavi Express, journey commencing from 03rd to 17th January, 2026, (3 Trips) will be regulated enroute at Churu by 30 minutes.

2.Train No. 22915 Bandra Terminus – Hisar Express, journey commencing from 05th to 19th January, 2026, (3 Trips) will be regulated enroute at Churu by 30 minutes.

MAJOR BLOCK AT ANDHERI DURING MIDNIGHT OF SUNDAY, 25th AND MONDAY, 26th AUGUST, 2019                                         
 With a view to launch the girder for Foot Over Bridge (FOB) at Andheri, a major night block of FOUR hours will be undertaken o­n 5th line & UP Fast line from 01.05 to 05.05 hrs at Andheri station. Similarly, a block of 2 ½ hrs will be undertaken o­n 5th line, UP & DOWN Fast linesas well as UP Slow line from 01.05 to 03.35 hrs at Andheri station. The block will be undertaken in the intermittent night of 25th/26th August, 2019.
During the block period, some of the morning Mail/ Express trains will be run o­n UP Slow line between Goregaon & Santacruz stations and Train No. 19038 Gorakhpur - Bandra Terminus Avadh Express & Train No. 19218 Jamnagar – Bandra Terminus Saurashtra Janta Express trains will avail double halt at Platform No. 5 of Andheri station. Similarly, some UP Fast local trains will be run o­n UP slow line between Goregaon & Santacruz stations and 12 suburban local trains will remain cancelled. The list of suburban services cancelled is available with concerned Station Master’s office. Passengers are requested to take note of the above arrangements.

Special Block of 5 hours will be operated o­n Up & Dn Harbour line for Dismantling of  Girder at Bandra by Western Railway o­n 08/09.05.2019 (Wednesday /Thursday Mid-Night) from 23.30 hrs to 04.30 hrs.
Due to this, the train running pattern will be as under:-

In order to strengthen the infrastructure of Railways, Delhi Division ofNorthern Railway shall take 08.00hrs Mega Traffic Block for the provision of 12 Limited Height Subways o­n Delhi-Shamli-Saharanpur section on 16.03.2019. Night Traffic Blocks between Dadar and Matunga for Commissioning of New Route Relay Interlocking System
Central Railway will operate night traffic blocks for o­n Up and Down lines between Dadar and Matunga for commissioning of new Route Relay Interlocking Panel at Dadar and Matunga station. The details are  as under:-
BLOCK- 1
On 13/14.12.2018 (Thursday- Friday Night) o­n Up and Dn lines from 00.50 hrs to 05.00 hrs
Train running pattern will be as under:-
Cancellation of UP and DN local trains
C-49 Kurla local leaving CSMT at 23.48 hrs o­n 13.12.2018 and C-1 Kurla local leaving CSMT at 00.31 hrs o­n 14.12.2018 will remain cancelled.
C-2 and C-6 CSMT locals leaving Kurla at 04.51 hrs and 05.54 hrs o­n 14.12.2018 will remain cancelled.
Partial Cancellation of UP and DN local trains
DL-54 CSMT slow local leaving Dombivali at 22.18 hrs, DDL-10 Dadar slow local leaving Dombivali at 22.48 hrs and DK- 42 Dadar up slow local leaving Kalyan at 23.12 hrs o­n 13.12.2018 will run upto Kurla.

T-2 CSMT local leaving Thane at 04.00 hrs and CSMTlocal leaving Kurla at 4.51 hrs and 5.54 hrs o­n 18.12.2018 will be cancelled.
Partial Cancellation of UP and DN local trains
BL-60 CSMT slow local leaving Badlapur at 21.58 hrs and BL-62 CSMT slow local leaving Badlapur at 23.31 hrs o­n 17.12.2018 will run upto Kurla and KP-14 CSMT local leaving Khopoli at 22.15 hrs of 17.12.2018 will run upto Thane.
N-3 Kasara local leaving CSMT at 4.15 hrs and AN-3 Asangaon local leaving CSMT at 06.02 hrs o­n 18.12.2018 will run Ex. Kurla at 04.43 hrs and 6.30hrs respectively. S-5 Karjat local leaving CSMT at 05.20 hrs o­n 18.12.2018 will run Ex. Thane at   6.15 hrs.
These traffic blocks are essential for infrastructure upgrade and safety.Passengers are requested to bear with the Railway Administration for the inconvenience caused.

INTEGRATED BLOCK ON TRANS-HARBOUR ON 4.12.2016

Central Railway will operate an Integrated Block o­n Trans-Harbour line o­n Sunday 04.12.2016 from 11.30 am to 2.00 pm as under:

UP & DOWN LINE BETWEEN THANE AND NERUL/VASHI FROM 11.30 AM TO 2.00 PM

Up & Dn Trans Harbour line services will remain suspended between Thane and Vashi / Nerul station from 11.30 am to 2.00 pm. Hence, no servies will be availabe at Airoli, Rabale, Ghansoli, Koparkhairane and Turbhe Stations. 

Dn services leaving Thane toward Panvel / Nerul / Vashi from 11.02 am to 2.05 pm and Up services towards Thane from Panvel / Nerul / Vashi from 10.47 am to 2.15 pm over Trans-Harbour line will remain suspended. 

Trans-Habrour line passengers are permitted to travel via Harbour / Main line during the block period. 

They are also requested to avoid travelling o­n footboard, rooftop of locals and not to board extremely over crowded trains. Passengers are requested to bear with the Railway Administration for the inconvenience caused.

Due to engineering work between Pedapariya – Nayadupeta section, Train No.12712 Chennai Central – Vijayawada Jn. Pinakini express will leave late by 40 minutes on 04.01.2016, 06.01.2016, 07.01.2016 and11.01.2016.

Due to commissioning work of three block sections ( Jaithari – Nigaura, Nigaura – Venkatnagar & Venkatnagar – Harri ) in lieu of  Salka Road – Anuppur doubling project in Bilaspur division of South East Central Railway, train no 18233 Indore – Bilaspur Narmada Express will be regulated for 30 minutes between Shahdol and Anuppur station o­n 20th December,2015 and will remain cancelled from  22nd to 27th December,2015.

No Day Block on W. Rly on Sunday WR TO OPERATE NIGHT BLOCK AT BANDRA TERMINUS (MAIN) AND YARD

A jumbo block will be undertaken from 00.15 hrs to 04.15 hrs during midnight of Saturday, 19th September and Sunday, 20th September, 2015 at Bandra Terminus (Main) and Yard for maintenance of track, signaling and overhead equipments. Therefore, no suburban services are likely to be affected.

MEGA BLOCK ON 14.6.2015


Central Railway will operate Mega Block o­n its suburban sections for carrying out maintenance work o­n 14.6.2015

MAIN LINE 
KALYAN -THANE UP FAST LINE FROM 11.10 AM TO 3.40 PM

UP fast services leaving Kalyan from 11.22 am to 3.42 pm will be diverted o­n UP slow line between Kalyan and Thane stations halting at all stations and further re-diverted o­n UP fast line between Thane and Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus halting at Mulund, Bhandup, Vikhroli, Ghatkopar, Kurla, Dadar and Byculla stations and will arrive destination 20 minutes behind schedule.

DN fast services leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai from 10.08 am to 2.42 pm will halt at Ghatkopar, Vikhroli, Bhandup and Mulund stations in addition to their respective scheduled halts and will arrive destination 15 minutes behind schedule.

Train No. 50104 Ratnagiri - Dadar passenger will be terminated at Diva station and Train No. 50103 Dadar - Ratnagiri Passenger will leave from Diva station o­n 14.6.2015. 

HARBOUR LINE
KURLA - MANKHURD UP & DN LINES FROM 11.00 AM TO 3.00 PM.
     
Dn harbour line services to Panvel, Belapur and Vashi leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus from 10.23 am to 3.01 pm and Up harbour line services towards Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus leaving from Panvel, Belapur and Vashi from 10.20 am to 3.04 pm will remain suspended.

Special trains will be run o­n Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus- Kurla and Mankhurd-Panvel sections during the block period. 

Harbour line Passengers are permitted to travel via Trans Harbour Line/ Main Line from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm. 

Due to these blocks, suburban trains are likely to be more crowded than usual. Passengers are requested not to take any risks while travelling. They are also requested to avoid travelling o­n foot board, roof top of locals and not to board extremely over crowded trains. Passengers are requested to bear with the Railway Administration for the inconvenience caused.

Central Railway will operate Mega Block o­n its suburban sections for carrying out maintenance work on   31.5.2015: -

MATUNGA-MULUND DN SLOW LINE FROM 11.30 AM TO 3.30 PM

All Dn slow services leaving Matunga from 11.00 am to 3.23 pm will be diverted o­n Dn fast line between Matunga and Mulund stations halting at Sion, Kurla, Ghatkopar, Vikhroli, Bhandup and Mulund stations and further re-diverted to Dn slow line at Mulund station. DN slow line services will not be available at Vidhyavihar, Kanjurmarg and Nahur stations. Passengers travelling to these stations will be permitted to travel via Ghatkopar, Bhandup and Mulund in Up direction.

All Up fast services leaving Thane from 10.46 am to 3.28 pm will halt at Mulund, Bhandup, Vikhroli, Ghatkopar and Kurla stations in addition to their respective scheduled halts and will arrive destination 15 minutes behind schedule. All Dn fast services leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai from 10.08 am to 2.42 pm will halt at Ghatkopar, Vikhroli, Bhandup and Mulund stations in addition to their respective scheduled halts and will arrive destination 20 minutes behind schedule.

All slow services arriving and leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai between 11.00 am and 4.00 pm will arrive destination 10 minutes behind schedule.

KURLA – MASJID UP HARBOUR LINE & 
VADALA ROAD-MAHIM UP AND DN HARBOUR LINES FROM 11.30 AM TO 3.30 PM

All DN harbour line services to Bandra / Andheri leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai from 10.20 am to 3.33 pm and UP harbour line services for Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai leaving Bandra / Andheri from 10.40 am to 3.17 pm will remain suspended.

UP Harbour line services to Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai leaving Kurla from 11.08 am to 3.20 pm will run via Main Line o­n UP fast line up to Byculla halting at Sion, Matunga. Dadar and Parel stations and further o­n UP slow line between Byculla and Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai stopping at all stations.

All Up and Dn Harbour line services arriving and leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus from 11.00 am to 5.00 pm will arrive destination 10 minutes behind schedule.

Harbour line passengers for Bandra/ Andheri are permitted to travel via Main Line and Western Railway from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm.

Due to these blocks, suburban trains are likely to be more crowded than usual. Passengers are requested not to take any risks while travelling.
