Dn Slow/Semi fast services leaving Thane from 8.37 am to 4.36 pm will be diverted o­n Dn fast line between Diva and Kalyan stations, halting at Dombivali station and will arrive destination 10 minutes behind schedule.

Up Slow/ Semi fast services leaving Kalyan from 8.51 am to 3.51 pm will be diverted o­n Up fast line between Kalyan and Diva stations, halting at Dombivali station and further will be re-diverted o­n Up Slow line at Diva station and will arrive destination 10 minutes behind schedule.

Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus – Chunabhatti / Bandra Dn harbour line from 11.40 am to 4.40 pm &

Chunabhatti / Bandra- Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Up harbour line from 11.10 am to 4.10 pm

Dn Harbour line services to Vashi /Belapur/Panvel leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus / Vadala Road from 11.16 am to 4.47 pm and Dn Harbour line services to Bandra/Goregaon leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus from 10.48 am to 4.43 pm will remain suspended.

Up Harbour line services for Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus leaving Panvel/Belapur/Vashi from 9.53 am to 3.20 pm and Up Harbour line services for Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus leaving Goregaon/ Bandra from 10.45 am to 5.13 pm will remain suspended.

However, Special services will run between Panvel and Kurla (Platform No.8) during the block period.

Harbour line passengers are permitted to travel via Main Line and Western Railway from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm during block period.

Increase in AC Suburban Services o­n Main Line from 10 to 44

Total Number of Suburban Services o­n Central Railway Increase from 1774 to 1810

Central Railway has decided to introduce 36 additional suburban services with revised main line suburban time table with effect from 19.2.2022. The changes in timings of suburban services in accordance with revised timings of Mail/Express trains and commissioning of 5th and 6th line between Thane and Diva.

SALIENT FEATURES OF THE REVISED TIME TABLE

• 36 additional services o­n Main Line. Total number of services o­n Main Line increases from 858 to 894.

• Total number of services o­n Mumbai Division of Central Railway increases from 1774 to 1810

• Total number of AC suburban services o­n Main Line increases from 10 to 44 i.e. 34 new AC services o­n Main Line. Out of 44 AC services, 25 AC services will run as fast services i.e. 24 fast and o­ne semi-fast  

• Total number of fast line services increases from 257 to 270 i.e. 13 more fast line services

• Total number of slow line services increases from 601 to 624 i.e. 23 more slow line services

• With the commissioning of 5th and 6th line few semi-fast services converted into either fast or slow services.

The 44 AC suburban services o­n Main Line will be run utilizing 3 AC rakes, the details of AC suburban services will be as under -

Dn fast services leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai from 10.25 am to 3.44 pm will be diverted o­n Dn slow line at Matunga and will halt as per their respective schedule halts  from Sion to Mulund and will arrive destination 15 minutes behind schedule.  Fast trains beyond Thane will be re-diverted o­n Dn fast line at Mulund. 

Up fast services leaving Thane from 10.46 am to 3.26 pm will be diverted o­n Up slow line at Mulund and will halt as per their respective schedule halts from Mulund to Dadar stations and will be re-diverted o­n Up fast line at Parel. The services will arrive destination 15 minutes behind schedule.

• Up Harbour line services for Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai leaving Panvel/Belapur/Vashi  from 9.53 am to 3.20 pm and

Additional 22 services to the existing 431 services

Additional 22 services break up: 18 specials o­n main line and 04 specials o­n Harbour line

Central Railway currently operates 431 special suburban services for staff as notified by Government of Maharashtra. In order to maintain social distancing and avoid crowding, Central Railway has taken the decision to increase the number of daily special suburban services from 431 to 453 from 10th October, 2020. There is no change in the schedule of existing 431 special suburban services. 

The additional 22 Services will have stoppages at stations as indicated below:

CSMT-Kasara specials will halt at all stations except Thansit and Umbermali.

CSMT-Karjat specials will halt at all stations except Shelu.

CSMT-Panvel specials will halt at all stations except Reay Road, Cotton Green, King’s Circle, Chunabhatti and Manasarovar stations.

All commuters as permitted by Government of Maharashtra are requested to follow social distancing norms and wear mask, while boarding, alighting at railway stations and travelling in special suburban trains.

Additional 8 services to the existing 423 services

Additional 8 services:4 specials o­n main line including 2 Ladies’ specials and 4 specials o­n Trans-harbour line

Central Railway currently operates 423 special suburban services for essential services staff as notified by Government of Maharashtra. In order to maintain social distancing and avoid crowding, Central Railway has taken the decision to introduce ladies’ specials and increase the number of daily special suburban services from 423 to 431 from 1st October, 2020.

4 services (2 Dn & 2 Up) from/to Kalyan

01 Up ladies special will leave Kalyan at 08.25 hrs and arrive CSMT at 09.34 hrs

01 Dn ladies special will leave CSMT at 17.35 hrs and arrive Kalyan at 18.44 hrs.

Dn special will leave CSMT at 09.45 hrs and arrive Kalyan at 10.50 hrs

Up special will leave Kalyan at 16.10 hrs and arrive CSMT at 17.16 hrs.

(These specials will run as fast and halt at Byculla, Dadar, Kurla, Ghatkopar, Mulund, Thane, Diva and Dombivali o­nly)
