Ministry of Railway have decided that the currency of instructions regarding revision of advance Reservation period for running of all Suvidha and Special trains o­n special charges to 120 days and applicability of normal refund rules even in Suvidha trains is extended for o­ne year i.e. from 15.07.2019 to 14.07.2020.

Vacant Berths Available in Kacheguda-Krishnarajapuram (Bengaluru) Special Train on Sundays. Conveniently scheduled to suit IT Sector Professionals and Other Travelers

South Central Railway is running a conveniently planned Special Train connecting Hyderabad City with Bengaluru, to clear rush of traffic on Sundays.

The special train, which departs from Kacheguda will terminate at Krishnarajapuram, Bengaluru, (conveniently accessible to the Electronic City) so as to immensely benefit the huge number of IT sector professionals travelling between the two cities.

Train No. 07603 Kacheguda-Krishnarajapuram (Bengaluru) Special Train will depart Kacheguda at 18:00 hrs o­n Sundays i.e., 30th April, 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th May, 2017 and arrive Krishnarajapuram (Bengaluru) at 06:00 hrs on Monday morning.

In the return direction, Train No. 07604 Krishnarajapuram (Bengaluru) - Kacheguda Special Train will depart Krishnarajapuram (Bengaluru) at 22:30 hrs o­n Mondays i.e., 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th May, 2017 and arrive Kacheguda at 11:15 hrs on Tuesdays.

Enroute, these special trains will stop at Jadcherla, Mahabubnagar, Gadwal, Kurnool Town, Dhone, Gooty, Anantapur, Dharmavaram, Satya Sai Prashanthi Nilayam, Penukonda, Hindupur and Yelahanka stations in both the directions.

These special trains will consists of AC II Tier, AC III Tier, Sleeper Class and General Second Class accommodation. Vacant berths are available for advance reservation in all classes. Passengers, particularly those o­n waiting list for other train services bound to Bengaluru on Sundays from Hyderabad City can opt to book their confirmed reservations by this special train.

*All these above trains will run as special fare trains.

Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminu Mumbai – Nagpur Weekend Specials

Central Railway will run 4 Weekend Special Trains between Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus and Nagpur o­n special charges onto clear the extra rush of passengers during the long weekend.The details are as under:

a) Mumbai-Nagpur Superfast Special

02073 Superfast Special will leave Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus at 2355 hrs o­n 28.4.2017 and arrive Nagpur at 1500 hrs on 29.4.2017. 

02074 Superfast Special will leave Nagpur at 1250 hrs o­n 30.4.2017 and arrive Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus at 0325 hrs on 1.5.2017.

b) Mumbai-Nagpur Special

02075 Special will leave Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus at 2355 hrs o­n 1.5.2017 and arrive Nagpur at 1500 hrs on 2.5.2017. 

01076 Special will leave Nagpur at 1615 hrs o­n 2.5.2017 and arrive Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus at 0815 hrs on 3.5.2017.

Halts for both Specials:    Kalyan, Igatpuri, Bhusaval, Akola, Badnera, Wardha.

Composition of both specials: 2 Sleeper Class, 12 AC-3 Tier, o­ne AC-2 cum AC-3 Tier and 2 second class.

Reservation: Bookings for Fully Reserved Weekend Special Trains No.02073/02074 & 02075/01076 on Special Charges will open with effect from 24.4.2017 at all PRS locations and through website www.irctc.co.in.

16 FESTIVAL SPECIAL TRAINS BETWEEN PUNE AND KAMAKHYA 

Central Railway will run 16 special trains between Pune and Kamakhya to clear the extra rush of passengers during Puja / Diwali festival as per details given under:

02511 / 02512 Pune - Kamakhya weekly Superfast Special Trains (16)

Train No. 02511 weekly superfast special train will leave Pune at 10.30 hrs o­n every Thursday from 08.10.2015 to 26.11.2015 (8 trips) and arrive Kamakhya at 15.25 hrs o­n third day i.e. Saturday.

Train No.02512 weekly superfast special train will leave Kamakhya at 23.00 hrs o­n every Monday from 05.10.2015 to 23.11.2015 (8 trips) and will arrive Pune at 02.45 hrs o­n fourth day i.e. Thursday.

HALTS: Panvel, Nasik Road, Bhusaval, Nagpur, Gondia, Durg, Raipur, Bilaspur, Jharsuguda, Rourkela, Chakradharpur, Purulia, Joychandipahar Jn, Asansol, Andal, Rampurhat, Malda Town, Kishanganj, New Jalpaiguri, New Coochbehar, New Alipurduar, New Bongaigaon and Goalpara Town .

COMPOSITION: o­ne AC-2 tier, Two AC-3 tier, 9  sleeper class and 2 Luggage cum Guard's brake van.

182 SPECIAL TRAINS BETWEEN AKOLA-NARKHER-AKOLACentral Railway has decided to run 182 fully reserved special trains on special charges between Akola-Narkher-Akola to clear the extra rush of passengers. The details are as under - 

Train No. 01307 Akola-Narkher Special train (92 Trips) will leave Akola at 18.45 hrs. and arrive Narkher at 23.10 hrs same day from 16.09.2015 to 31.12.2015 (Except Monday).Train No. 01308 Narkher-Akola Special train (90 Trips) will leave Narkher at 04.30 hrs and arrive Akola at 09.05 hrs same day from 17.09.2015 to 31.12.2015 (except Tuesday).

HALTS: Murtizapur, Badnera, New Amaravati, Chandur Bazar, Morshi, Warud Orange City & Pusla.

COMPOSITION: 12 Second Class Chair Car, 1 AC Chair Car and 2 SLR. 

RESERVATION:  Bookings for the above fully reserved special trains on special charges will open from 11.09.2015 on PRS and through Internet with 60 days advance reservation Period.

ADDITIONAL KUMBHA MELA SPECIALS 

Railways have decided to run 6 UNRESERVED special trains between Nasik Road - Gorakhpur,  Nasik Road - Lucknow, Nasik Road - Safdarjang and 2 RESERVED Special trains between Nasik Road - Hazrat Nizamuddin to clear the extra rush of pilgrims during Kumbha Mela being held at Nasik. 
Details are as under - 

UNRESERVED SPECIALS (6)


1. 01303 / 01304 Nasik Road - Gorakhpur - Nasik Road Specials (2) 

01303 Special will leave Nasik Road at 18.30 hrs o­n 13.09.2015 and will arrive Gorakhpur at 02.10 hrs o­n third day.

01304 Special will leave Gorakhpur at 05.15 hrs o­n 15.09.2015  and will arrive Nasik Road at 13.40 hrs next day.

HALTS : Bhusaval, Khandwa, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Manikpur, Allahabad, Varanasi, Jaunpur, Aurnihar, Mau, Bhatni and Deoria Sadar. 

Composition: 16 General second class and 2 General second class cum guard's brake van.


2. 01245 / 01246 Nasik Road - Lucknow - Nasik Road Specials (2) 

01245 Special will leave Nasik Road at 21.10 hrs o­n 13.09.2015  and will arrive Lucknow at 22.30 hrs next day.

01246 Special will leave Lucknow at 23.30 hrs o­n 14.09.2015  and will arrive Nasik Road at 00.35 hrs o­n third day.

HALTS : Bhusaval, Khandwa, Itarsi, Bhopal, Bina, Jhansi and Kanpur. 

Composition: 16 General second class and 2 General second class cum guard's brake van.


3. 01247 / 01248 Nasik Road - Delhi Safdarjung - Nasik Road Specials (2) 

01247 Special will leave Nasik Road at 00.15 hrs o­n 14.09.2015 and will arrive Delhi Safdarjung at 06.30 hrs next day.

01248 Special will leave Delhi Safdarjung at 09.00 hrs o­n 15.09.2015  and will arrive Nasik Road at 12.35 hrs o­n next day.

HALTS : Bhusaval, Khandwa, Itarsi, Bhopal, Bina, Jhansi, Agra Cantt, Mathura and Palwal. 

Composition: 16 General second class and 2 General second class cum guard's brake van.


RESERVED SPECIAL o­n SPECIAL CHARGES

1. 01305 / 01306 Nasik Road - Hazrat Nizamuddin - Nasik Road specials (2) 

01305 Special will leave Nasik Road at 13.00 hrs o­n 14.09.2015 and will arrive Hazrat Nizzamuddin at 13.00 hrs next day.

01306 Special will leave Hazrat Nizzamuddin at 15.00 hrs o­n 15.09.2015 and will arrive Nasik Road at 16.30 hrs next day.

HALTS : Bhusaval, Khandwa, Itarsi, Bhopal, Bina, Jhansi, Agra Cant and Mathura 

Composition: o­ne AC-2 Tier, Two AC-3 Tier, 7 Sleeper class will be reserved and 6 General second class and 2 General second class cum guard's brake van  will be unreserved.


Reservation: Bookings for 01305 Special o­n special charges will open from 10.09.2015.
