01235 Weekly special will leave Lokmanya Tilak Terminus every Tuesday at 16.40 hrs from 02.11.2021 to 23.11.2021 (4 trips) and will arrive Gorakhpur at 23.55 hrs next day.

 Computer Reservation Office Working Hours on Festival Days of Durga Puja and Deepavali

WORKING HOURS OF COMPUTERISED RESERVATION OFFICES DURING DURGA PUJA, LAXMI PUJA AND KALI PUJA

Kolkata, September 22, 2021:

       All Computerised Reservation Offices over Kolkata and Howrah area, generally operated in 02(Two) shifts, will function in the first shift o­nly from 8.00 hrs to 14.00 hrs. o­n 12.10.2021(Tuesday), 13.10.2021(Wednesday), 14.10.2021(Thursday) & 15.10.2021(Friday) o­n the occasion of Durga Puja, o­n 20.10.2021 (Wednesday) o­n the occasion of Laxmi Puja and o­n 04.11.20211( Thursday) o­n the occasion of Kali Puja(Deepavali). However, current booking counters at Howrah, Sealdah and Kolkata Terminal will function as usual for the above mentioned dates.

The Computerised Reservation Centres (PRS Centres) of Central Railway will remain closed in second shift i.e. 14.00 hrs to 22.00 hrs o­n 14.11.2020 o­n account of Deepavali. However, few counters will remain open for emergency working for the convenience of the passengers.

With a view to clear extra rush of passengers during Deepawali and Chhat Puja, South Eastern Railway has decided to run fully reserved Festival Special Trains between Hatia-Islampur, Hatia-Purnia Court, Tatanagar-Danapur and Ranchi-Patna. These apart, 5 Special Trains (one way trip ) will originate from SER jurisdiction.

08624 Hatia-Islampur Special will run from Hatia everyday from 10/11/2020 to 30/11/2020. In the return direction, 08623 Islampur-Hatia Special will leave Islampur everyday from 11/11/2020 to 01/12/2020.

This special train will have o­ne First AC, o­ne AC 2 Tier, five AC 3 Tier and nine Sleeper Class coaches and will run as per the existing timings of 18624/18623 Hatia-Islampur-Hatia Express.

08626/08625 Hatia-Purnia Court-Hatia Special

08626 Hatia-Purnia Court Special will run from Hatia everyday from 10/11/2020 to 30/11/2020. In the return direction, 08625 Purnia Court-Hatia Special will leave Purnia Court everyday from 11/11/2020 to 01/12/2020.

WESTERN RAILWAY TO RUN 156 TRIPS OF 12 MORE FESTIVAL SPECIAL TRAINS TO VARIOUS DESTINATIONS DURING DUSSEHRA & DIWALI

To clear the rush during forthcoming Dussehra & Diwali festivals, and to ensure better convenience to the passengers, Western Railway has planned 156 services of 12 more pairs of festival special trains.

According to a press release issued by Shri Sumit Thakur - Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, the 12 pairs of festival special trains will be running to various destinations for the benefit of passengers. Out of these 12 pairs of special trains, five pairs of trains will run from Bandra Terminus, Two pairs from Indore, Two pairs from Udhna and o­ne pair each from Okha, Porbandar and Gandhidham stations. All the trains will run as Special train o­n Special fare. Details ofthe trains are as under :-

1) Train No 09271/09272 Bandra Terminus – Patna Superfast Festival Special (Weekly) {12 trips}

 Train No. 09271 Bandra (T) - Patna Special train will depart from Bandra (T) at 16.35 hrs every Monday and will reach Patna at 02.05 hrs o­n Wednesday. This train will run from 26th Octto 30th Nov, 2020. Similarly, Train No. 09272 Patna - Bandra (T) Special train will depart from Patna at 23.10 hrs every Wednesday and will arrive Bandra (T) at 07.35 hrs o­n Friday. This train will run from 28th Octto 2nd Dec, 2020.  Enroute, this train will halt at Borivali, Vapi, Valsad, Bhestan, Nandurbar, Bhusaval Jn, Itarsi Jn, Narsinghpur, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Prayagraj Chheoki and Pt. Train No 09019 Udhna – Chhapra special will depart Udhna every Sunday at 23.55 hrs & will reach Chhapra at 06.15 hrs o­n Tuesday. This train will run from 25th Oct to 29thNov, 2020. Similarly, Train No 09020 Chhapra - Udhna Superfast special will leave Chhapra every Tuesday at 07.50 hrs & will reach Udhna at 12.15 hrs o­n Wednesday. This train will run from 27th Oct to 1st Dec, 2020. Enroute this train will halt at Nandurbar, Jalgaon Jn, Bhusaval Jn, Khandwa, Harda, Itarsi Jn, Pipariya, Narsinghpur, Jabalpur, Katni, Maihar, Satna, Manikpur Jn, Prayagraj Chheoki, Varanasi and Ballia stations in both directions. This train comprises ofAC 2Tier, AC 3 Tier, Sleeper class and Second class seating coaches.

12) Train No 09451/09452 Gandhidham - Bhagalpur Festival Special (Weekly){12 trips}

Train No 09451 Gandhidham - Bhagalpur special will depart Gandhidham every Friday at 17.40 hrs & will reach Bhagalpur at 20.15 hrs o­n Sunday. This train will run from 23rd Oct to 27th Nov, 2020. Similarly, Train No 09452 Bhagalpur - Gandhidham special will leave Bhagalpur every Monday at 06.30 hrs & will reach Gandhidham at 08.00 hrs o­n Wednesday. This train will run from 26th Oct to 30thNov, 2020. Enroute this train will halt at Bhachau, Samakhiali, Dhrangadhra, Ahmedabad, Nadiad, Dahod, Ratlam, Bhawani Mandi, Kota, Sawai Madhopur, Gangapur City, Hindaun City, Bayana, Bharatpur, Achnera, Mathura Jn, Kasganj, Farrukhabad, Kanpur Central, Lucknow, Gonda Jn, Basti, Gorakhpur, Narkatiaganj, Bettiah, Sagauli, Bapudam Motihari, Muzaffarpur, Samastipur, Barauni Jn, Begusarai, Monghyr and Sultanganj stations in both directions. This train comprises ofAC 2Tier, AC 3 Tier, Sleeper class and Second class seating coaches.

The booking of Train No. 09017 will open from 17th October, 2020. Booking for Train No 09313 and 09205 will open from 18th October, 2020. Booking for Train No 02929, 09027, 09321, 09057 and 09451 will open from 20th October, 2020. Booking for Train No 09271, 02913, 02905 and 09019 will open from 22ndOctober, 2020 at nominated PRS counters and o­n IRCTC website. All the above trains will run as fully reserved trains.

With regard to special trains notified earlier, it has now been decided to provide additional halts to the following trains for the benefit of passengers:-

·Train No 001125/01126 Ratlam- Gwalior special Express at Barnagar station from Ratlam JCO o­n 18.10.2020 and from Gwalior JCO o­n 19.10.2020.

·Train No 02125/02126 Ratlam- Bhind special Express at Barnagar station from Ratlam JCO o­n 20.10.2020 and from Bhind JCO o­n 18.10.2020.

·Train No 01463/01464 Somnath – Jabalpur special Express at Khachrod station from Somnath JCO o­n 18.10.2020 and from Jabalpur JCO o­n 18.10.2020.

·Train No. 01465/01466 Somnath – Jabalpur special Express trains at Khachrod station from Somnath JCO o­n 19.10.2020 and from Jabalpur JCO o­n 19.10.2020.

·Train No. 09165/09166 Ahmedabad – Darbhanga special Express at Tarana Road station from Ahmedabad JCO o­n 18.10.2020 and from Darbhanga JCO o­n 19.10.2020.

·Train No 09167/09168 Ahmedabad – Varanasi special Express at Tarana Road station from Ahmedabad JCO o­n 19.10.2020 and from Varanasi JCO o­n 18.10.2020.
