CHANGES IN PATTERN OF TRAIN SERVICES
According priority to Passenger Safety and Safety of train operations, as a part of o­ngoing Engineering works, Line Block/Power Block is permitted in Chennai – Sullurpetta section.  Track maintenance work will be carried out between Ennore – Tiruvottiyur stations for 4 hours (from 22.45 hrs to 02.45 hrs) from 28.08.2019 to 10.09.2019.
In view of the above line block, there will be changes in the pattern of few train services. The inconvenience caused to passengers is regretted. Passengers are requested to cooperate with Railways in ensuring smooth train operations.
Skipping of stoppages
The following EMU trains are to be dealt o­n up fast line between Ennore – Tiruvottiyur duly skipping stoppages at Ennore, Kathivakkam and Wimco Nagar Railway Stations.
·Train No. 42426 Sullurpetta – MMC EMU local leaving Sullurpetta at 21.40 hrs o­n 28th, 29th & 30th August, 2019 and 01stSeptember, 2019 will run o­n up fast line between Ennore – Tiurvottiyur and hence will not stop at Ennore, Kathivakkam and Wimco Nagar Railway Stations.
Cancellation of Train Services
·Train No. 42001 MMC - Gummudipundi EMU local leaving MMC at 00.15 hrs o­n 04th, 05th, 06th, 07th, 09th and 10th September, 2019 is cancelled.
·Train No. 42002 Gummudipundi - MMC EMU local leaving Gummudipundi at 02.45 hrs o­n 04th, 05th, 06th, 07th, 09th and 10thSeptember, 2019 is cancelled.

For operational convenience the schedules of six MEMU services over Chennai Division of Southern Railway Zone are modified / split with effect from 8thAugust, 2017 as follows:
I.T.No. 66015 Chennai Moore Market Complex-Tirupati MEMU service:
The train is modified to run as
1.Train No. 66015 Chennai Moore Market Complex- Arakkonam MEMU Service will depart Chennai Moore Market Complex at 07:15 hrs and arrive Arakkonam at 09:10 hrs.
2.Train No. 66039 Arakkonam – Tirupati MEMU service will depart Arakkonam at 09:15 hrs and arrive Tirupati at 11:15 hrs.
II.T.No. 66014 Tirupati - Chennai Moore Market Complex- MEMU service:
The train is modified to run as
Train No. 66014 Tirupati - Arakkonam MEMU service will depart Tirupati at 16:05 hrs and arrive Arakkonam at 18:35 hrs.
Train No. 66040 Arakkonam - Chennai Moore Market Complex MEMU Service will depart Arakkonam at 18:40 hrs and arrive Chennai Moore Market Complex at 20:25 hrs.
III.T.No. 66021 Chennai Moore Market Complex-Tirupati MEMU service:
The train is modified to run as
Train No. 66021 Chennai Moore Market Complex- Arakkonam MEMU Service will depart Chennai Moore Market Complex at 19:10 hrs and arrive Arakkonam at 20:35 hrs.
Train No. 66049 Arakkonam – Tirupati MEMU service will depart Arakkonam at 20:40 hrs and arrive Tirupati at 23:25 hrs.
IV.T.No. 66022 Tirupati - Chennai Moore Market Complex MEMU service:
The train is modified to run as
Train No. 66022 Tirupati - Arakkonam MEMU service will depart Tirupati at 05:10 hrs and arrive Arakkonam at 07:15 hrs.
Train No. 66050 Arakkonam - Chennai Moore Market Complex MEMU Service will depart Arakkonam at 07:20 hrs and arrive Chennai Moore Market Complex at 09:05 hrs.
V.T.No. 66035 Chennai Moore Market Complex-Nellore MEMU service:
The train is modified to run as
Train No. 66035 Chennai Moore Market Complex- Sullurupeta MEMU Service will depart Chennai Moore Market Complex at 07:45 hrs and arrive Sullurupeta at 09:55 hrs.
Train No. 66037 Sullurupeta – Nellore MEMU service will depart Sullurupeta at 10:05 hrs and arrive Nellore at 12:00 hrs.
VI.T.No. 66036 Nellore - Chennai Moore Market Complex MEMU service:
The train is modified to run as

Due to Line Block to facilitate engineering works between Tada – Sulurpeta in Chennai – Gudur section, changes will be made in pattern of train services on 17.05.2017 as detailed below.
A. Regulation of train services on 17.05.2017:
1. Train No.16031 Chennai Central – Shrimata Vaishno Devi Katra Express, scheduled to leave Chennai Central at 05.15 hrs., will be regulated / delayed at Tada and reach Gudur late by 30 minutes.
2. Train No.22643 Ernakulam – Patna Express, scheduled to leave Chennai Central at 06.30 hrs., will reach Gudur late by 45 minutes.
3. Train No.16094 Lucknow – Chennai Central Express, scheduled to reach Chennai Central at 10.20 hrs., will be regulated / delayed at Sulurpeta and reach Chennai Central late by 15 minutes.
4. Train No.12077 Chennai Central – Vijayawada Jan Shatabdi Express, scheduled to leave Chennai Central at 07.35 hrs., will be regulated / delayed at Tada and reach Gudur late by 30 minutes.
5. Train No.66025 MMC – Sulurpeta MEMU, scheduled to leave MMC at 05.30 hrs., will be regulated / delayed at Tada.
B. Rescheduling of train service on 17.05.2017:
• Train No.66029 Sulurpeta – Nellore MEMU, scheduled to leave Sulurpeta at 08.00 hrs., will be rescheduled to leave Sulurpeta late by 1 hour and 40 minutes.
C. Partial cancellation of train services on 17.05.2017:
1. Train No.42451 Gummidipundi – Sulurpeta EMU, scheduled to leave Gummidipundi at 04.40 hrs., will be partially cancelled between Tada – Sulurpeta. The train will run from Gummidipundi to Tada only.
2. Train No.42401 MMC – Sulurpeta EMU, scheduled to leave MMC at 04.20 hrs., will be partially cancelled between Tada – Sulurpeta. The train will run from MMC to Tada only.
3. Train No.42403 MMC – Sulurpeta EMU, scheduled to leave MMC at 05.00 hrs., will be partially cancelled between Tada – Sulurpeta. The train will run from MMC to Tada only.
1. Train No.42402 Sulurpeta – MMC EMU, scheduled to leave Sulurpeta at 05.45 hrs., will be partially cancelled between Sulurpeta – Tada. The train will run from Tada to MMC only.
2. Train No.42852 Sulurpeta – Velachery EMU, scheduled to leave Sulurpeta at 07.25 hrs., will be partially cancelled between Sulurpeta – Tada. The train will run from Tada to Velachery only.
3. Train No.42404 Sulurpeta – MMC EMU, scheduled to leave Sulurpeta at 06.40 hrs., will be partially cancelled between Sulurpeta – Arambakkam. The train will run from Arambakkam to MMC only.

A.Changes in Chennai – Thiruvallur Section:
 Due to Line Block to facilitate engineering works between Pattabiram – Pattabiram Military Siding, changes will be made in pattern of train services from 29.04.2017 to 06.05.2017 as detailed below.
·Train No.43891 Avadi – Pattabiram Military Siding EMU, scheduled to leave Avadi at 02.50 hrs., will be fully cancelled.
·Train No.43102 Pattabiram Military Siding – MMC EMU, scheduled to leave Pattabiram Military Siding at 03.20 hrs., will be partially cancelled between Pattabiram Military Siding – Avadi.The train will run from Avadi to MMC o­nly.

B.Changes in Chennai – Sulurpeta Section:
Due to Power Block to facilitate engineering works between Kavaraipettai – Elavur in Chennai – Sulurpeta section, changes will be made in pattern of train services as detailed below.
·Train No.42452 Sulurpeta – Gummidipundi EMU local, scheduled to leave Sulurpeta at 23.00 hrs. on 28th, 29thApril, 2017 and 01st, 03rd & 06th May, 2017 will be partially cancelled between Elavur – Gummidipundi.The train will run from Sulurpeta to Elavur o­nly.
·Train No.42451 Gummidipundi – Sulurpeta EMU local, scheduled to leave Gummidipundi at 04.40 hrs. on 29th, 30thApril, 2017 and 02nd, 04th & 07th May, 2017 will be partially cancelled between Gummidipundi – Elavur.The train will run from Elavur to Sulurpeta o­nly.

A.Regulation of Train Services:
 1.Train No.16094 Lucknow – Chennai Central Express, scheduled to reach Chennai Central at 10.20 hrs., will be regulated / delayed at Sulurpeta for 35 minutes and reach Chennai Central late by 1 hour and 15 minutes.
2.Train No.12842 Chennai Central – Howrah Coromandel Express, scheduled to leave Chennai Central at 08.45 hrs., will be regulated / delayed at Tada for 15 minutes and reach Gudur late by 15 minutes.
3.Train No.12711 Vijayawada – Chennai Central Pinakini Express, scheduled to reach Chennai Central at 13.00 hrs., will reach Chennai Central late by 30 minutes.
4.Train No.12712 Chennai Central – Vijayawada Pinakini Express, scheduled to leave Chennai Central at 14.05 hrs., will leave Chennai Central late by 30 minutes.
5.Train No.12296 Danapur – KSR Bengaluru Sanghamitra Express will be regulated / delayed at Sulurpeta for 20 minutes and reach Chennai Central late by 45 minutes.
6.Train No.12655 Ahmedabad – Chennai Central Navjeevan Express, scheduled to reach Chennai Central at 16.05 hrs., will reach Chennai Central late by 30 minutes.
7.Train No.12841 Howrah – Chennai Central Coromandel Express, scheduled to reach Chennai Central at 17.00 hrs., will be regulated / delayed at Sulurpeta for 60 minutes and reach Chennai Central late by 60 minutes.

3.Train No.66031 Sulurpeta – Nellore train will be rescheduled to leave late by 45 minutes.
B.Partial cancellation of Train Services:
 1.Train No.57240 Bitragunta – Chennai Central Passenger Train will be partially cancelled between Sulurpeta – Gummidipundi.
2.Train No.42407, 42409, 42411 & 42413 MMC – Sulurpeta EMU trains, scheduled to leave MMC at 07.30 hrs., 08.35 hrs., 09.55 hrs. & 12.40 hrs. will be partially cancelled between Tada – Sulurpeta.The trains will run from MMC to Tada o­nly.
3.Train No.42406, 42408, 42412 & 42414 Sulurpeta – MMC EMU trains, scheduled to leave Sulurpeta at 10.00 hrs., 11.05 hrs., 13.15 hrs. & 15.10 hrs. will be partially cancelled between Sulurpeta - Tada.The trains will run from Tada to MMC o­nly.

I.Cancellation of train services
Train No.66031 Sulurpeta – Nellore MEMU local and Train No.66032 Nellore – Sulurpeta MEMU local will be fully cancelled o­n 04.03.2017, Saturday.

II.Regulation of train services

Train No.12655 Ahmedabad – Chennai Central Navjeevan express will be dealt o­n wrong line from Doravarichatram to Sulurpeta and will reach Chennai Central late by 60 minutes.
Train No.12841 Howrah – Chennai Central Coromandal express will be regulated / delayed at Doravarichatram for 60 minutes.Moreover, the train will be dealt o­n wrong line from Doravarichatram to Sulurpeta and regulated / delayed enroute.Consequently, Coromandal express will reach Chennai Central late by 120 minutes (2 hours).

Train No.12712 Chennai Central – Vijayawada Pinakini express will be regulated / delayed at Sulurpeta for 15 minutes and will reach Gudur late by 15 minutes.

Train No.12551 Yesvantpur – Kamakhya express will be regulated / delayed at Sulurpeta and will reach Gudur late by 10 minutes.

Train No.12578 Mysore – Darbhanga Bagmati express will be regulated / delayed suitably enroute and will reach Gudur late by 10 minutes.

Train No.66036 Nellore – MMC MEMU local will be regulated / delayed at Polireddipalem for 50 minutes.

B.On 08.03.2017, Wednesday

Train No.22643 Ernakulam – Patna express will be regulated / delayed at Sulurpeta for 20 minutes and will reach Gudur late by 20 minutes.

CHANGE IN WORKING HOURS OF PASSENGER RESERVATION CENTRE IN SULLURUPETA & NAYUDUPETA

Dr. V. Varaprasada Rao, Hon’ble Member of Parliament, during his meeting with General Manager, Southern Railway and other PHODs of Southern Railway represented that for the convenience of public, the working hours of reservation counters at Sullurupeta and Nayudupeta railway stations need to be extended.

Based on the representation of the Hon’ble MP, Chief Commercial Manager, Southern Railway has issued instructions for extending the reservation counter timings as detailed below.

At Sullurupeta:

Morning:08.00 hrs. to 12.30 hrs.

Evening:16.00 hrs. to 19.00 hrs.

At Nayudupeta:

From 08.00 hrs. to 20.00 hrs.

The changes will come into effect on 20th January, 2017.

A.The following suburban train services will be partially cancelled.

Train No.42423 MMC – Sulurpeta EMU, scheduled to leave MMC at 20.35 hrs., will be partially cancelled from Tada to Sulurpeta.The train will run from MMC to Tada o­nly.

Train No.42452 Sulurpeta – Gummidipundi EMU, scheduled to leave Sulurpeta at 22.50 hrs., will be partially cancelled from Sulurpeta to Tada.The train will originate from Tada and run upto Gummidipundi.

Due to line block to facilitate engineering works between Gummidipundi – Arambakkam in Chennai – Sulurpeta section, the following changes will be made in the pattern of train services for 32 days from 20.08.2016 except Fridays.
1. Train No.57240 Bitragunta – Chennai Central passenger train will be regulated / delayed at Sulurpeta for 60 minutes and again at Arambakkam for 60 minutes.
2. Train No.42407 MMC – Sulurpeta EMU, scheduled to leave MMC at 07.30 hrs., will be partially cancelled between Gummidipundi – Sulurpeta. It will run from MMC to Gummidipundi only.
3. Train No.42406 Sulurpeta – MMC EMU, scheduled to leave Sulurpeta at 10.00 hrs., will be partially cancelled between Sulurpeta – Gummidipundi. It will run from Gummidipundi to MMC, leaving Gummidipundi at 10.35 hrs.

Cancellation of train services
• Train No.66031 / 66032 Sullurupeta – Nellore – Sullurupeta MEMU train services will be cancelled.
Regulation of train services
1. Train No.12841 Howrah – Chennai Central Coromandal express will be regulated / delayed at Doravari Chatram for 90 minutes.
2. Train No.12712 Chennai Central – Vijayawada Pinakini express will be regulated / delayed at Sullurupeta for 15 minutes.
3. Train No.12551 Yesvantpur – Kamakhya express will be regulated / delayed at Sullurupeta.
4. Train No.12578 Mysore – Darbhanga express will reach Gudur late by 10 minutes.
5. Train No.66036 Nellore – MMC MEMU train will be regulated / delayed at Polireddipalem for 50 minutes.
Wrong line working of train services

Additional Stoppage For Navjeevan Express & Pinakini Express

As announced by Shri Suresh Prabhakar Prabhu, Hon’ble Union Minister of Railways, additional stoppage for Navjeevan Express and Pinakini Express have been provided for a period of six months till 06.08.2016 o­n experimental basis, as detailed below:-

1.Train No.12656Chennai Central– Ahmedabad Navjeevan Express will arrive / depart Sullurupeta at 10.48 / 10.50 hrs from 8thFebruary, 2016.
2.Train No.12655Ahmedabad – Chennai Central Navjeevan Express will arrive / depart Sullurupetta at 14.23 / 14.25 hrs from 8thFebruary, 2016 (leaving Ahmedabad o­n 7th February, 2016). 
3.Train No.12712Chennai Central – Vijayawada Pinakini Express will arrive / depart Nayudupetta at 15.38 / 15.40 hrs from 7thFebruary, 2016.
4. Train No.12711Vijayawada – Chennai Central Pinakini Expresswill arrive / depart             Nayudupetta at 11.03 / 11.05 hrs from 8th February, 2016.

On 10th, 14th, 16th, 17th, 21st, 23rd, 24th, 28th, 30th September, 2015 & 01st and 05th October, 2015-

CHANGE IN PATTERN OF TRAIN SERVICES IN CHENNAI - GUDUR SECTION

Due to line block to facilitate engineering works in Chennai – Gudur section, the following changes will be made in the pattern of train services as detailed below.

On 10th, 12th, 13th, 17th, 19th, 20th, 24th, 26th, 27th, 31st August, 2015 & 02nd September, 2015-

A.The following trains will be partially cancelled between Elavur – Sulurpeta.

Train No.42409 MMC – Sulurpeta EMU local scheduled to leave MMC at 08.30 hrs.
Train No.42411 MMC – Sulurpeta EMU local scheduled to leave MMC at 09.55 hrs.
Train No.42406 Sulurpeta – MMC EMU local scheduled to leave Sulurpeta at 09.50 hrs.
Train No.42408 Sulurpeta – MMC EMU local scheduled to leave Sulurpeta at 11.10 hrs.

B.Train No.57240 Bitragunta / Gudur – Chennai Central passenger train will be partially cancelled between Tada – Chennai Central.

C. Train No.12712 Chennai Central – Vijayawada Pinakini express, scheduled to leave Chennai Central at 14.05 hrs., will leave Chennai Central late by 40 minutes.
