1. Train No. 02509 Bengaluru Cantt – Guwahati Special Train, journey commencing from 16th September, 2020 will arrive/depart o­ngole station at 10.24/10.25 hrs.

Train No.06340 Chennai Central – Muzaffarpur special fare special train will leave Chennai Central at 19.55 hrs. o­n 18.03.2018 and reach Muzaffarpur at 21.30 hrs. on 20.03.2018.
Composition:Sleeper Class – 12 & General Second Class – 6 coaches.

SCR to run Special Train between Kacheguda – Tirupati

In order to clear extra rush of Passengers, SCR will run a special train between Kacheguda - Tirupati as detailed below:-

Train No. 07047 Kacheguda-Tirupati Special Train will depart Kacheguda at 18:00 hrs i.e., 5th August, 2015and arrive Tirupati at 07:00 hrs on the next day.

Enroute this special train will stop at Malkajgiri, Jangaon, Kazipet, Warangal, Khammam, Vijayawada, Tenali,  Ongole, Nellore, Srikalahasti  and Renigunta Stations.

Cancellation / Partial Cancellation of Trains due to traffic block in Vijayawada-Ongole Section

In order to facilitate launching of RCC slab boxes as part of construction of Bridge between Ammanabrolu-Uppugunduru stations o­n Vijayawada-Ongole section, the following trains are cancelled / partially cancelled on 5th & 6th August, 2015 as detailed below:

Trains Cancelled on 5th August, 2015:-

1.Tr. No. 57277 Gudur-Vijayawada Passenger is cancelled on 5th August, 2015.
2.Tr. No. 57242 Vijayawada-Bitragunta Passengers is cancelled on 5th August, 2015.
3.Tr. No.67256 Tenali-Ongole Passenger is cancelled on 5th August, 2015.

Trains Cancelled on 6th August, 2015:-

1. Tr. No. 57277 Gudur-Vijayawada Passenger is cancelled on 6th August, 2015.
2.Tr. No. 57242 Vijayawada-Bitragunta Passenger is cancelled on 6th August, 2015.
3. Tr. No.67256 Tenali-Ongole Passenger is cancelled on 6th August, 2015.
4.Tr.No. 67298 Vijaywada-Ongole MEMU train is cancelled on 6th August, 2015.
5. Tr. No. 67280 o­ngole-Gudur MEMU train is cancelled on 6th August, 2015.
6.Tr. No. 67279 Gudur- o­ngole MEMU train is cancelled on 6th August, 2015.
7.Tr. No. 67297 o­ngole- Vijaywada MEMU train is cancelled on 6th August, 2015

Trains partially cancelled o­n 5th & 6th August, 2015:-

1. Tr. No. 67260 o­ngole-Vijayawada passenger is partially cancelled between o­ngole and Tenali stations.

2. Tr. No. 67263 Vijayawada – ongole passengers is partially cancelled between Chirala and o­ngole stations.

3. Tr. No. 67257 o­ngole - Tenali passengers is partially cancelled between Chirala and o­ngole stations.

Cancellation of Trains due to Line block on Venkatachalam Road - Kommarampudi Stations

In order to undertake removal yard improvements works at Kommarampudi Station between Venkatachalam Road – Kommarampudi stations o­n Vijayawada – Gudur section of Vijayawada Division of SCR a line block will be imposed due to which the following trains will be cancelled as detailed below:-

Trains Cancelled:- 
        1)Train No. 67280 o­ngole - Gudur MEMU passenger is cancelled on 26thJune, 2015.
        2)Train No. 67279 Gudur – o­ngole MEMU passenger is cancelled on 26thJune, 2015.
Other trains will pass through this section with speed restriction.

EAST COAST RAILWAY TO RUN TATKAL SUPERFAST BI-WEEKLY EXPRESS SPECIALS BETWEEN VISAKHAPATNAM-KRISHNARAJAPURAM-VISAKHAPATNAM (Tr. Nos.02877/02878) FOR 27 TRIPS IN EACH DIRECTION TO CLEAR EXTRA RUSH OF PASSENGER DURING SUMMER

East coast Railway(ECOR)has decided to run BI-WEEKLY TATKAL SUPERFAST EXPRESS SPECIAL TRAINS BETWEEN VISAKHAPATNAM-KRISHNARAJAPURAM-VISAKHAPATNAM (Tr.Nos.02877/02878) for 27 SPECIALS in each direction, to clear extra rush during summer, as per the following details:-

Accordingly, Train No.02877 VISAKHAPATNAM-KRISHNARAJAPURAM TATKAL BI- WEEKLY TATKAL SUPERFAST EXPRESS SPECIAL will depart at VISAKHAPATNAM station at 19-00 hrs., on Wednesdays & Saturdays, commencing from 01st July, 2015to 30th September, 2015 (Total: 27 Specials only) and arrive at KRISHNARAJAPURAM station at 14-00 hrs., on Sunday & Thursdays.

En route, theBi-Weekly TatkalSuperfast Express Special arrives/departs atDuvvada at 19-30/19-32 hrs; Samalkot Jn. at 21-08/21-10 hrs; Rajahmundry at 21-55/21-57 hrs; Eluru at 23-08/23-10 hrs; VIJAYAWADA at 00-45/01-00 hrs; Ongole at 02-52/02-54 hrs; Nellore at 04-10/04-12 hrs; Gudur at 05-50/05-52 hrs; Renigunta at 07-45/08-00 hrs; Katpadi at 10-15/10-20 hrs; and arrives/departs at Jolarpettai at 11-30/11-35 hrs.

In the return direction, Train No.02878 KRISHNARAJAPURAM-VISAKHAPATNAM BI-WEEKLY TATKAL SUPERFASTEXPRESS SPECIAL will depart at KRISHNARAJAPURAMstation at 17-10 hrs., on Thursdays & Sundays, commencing from 02nd July, 2015 to 27th September, 2015 (Total: 27 Specials only) and arrive at VISAKHAPATNAM station at 12-25 hrs. , on Monday & Fridays.

En route, the Tatkal BI-Weekly Superfast Express Special arrives/departs atJolarpettai at 19-40/19-45 hrs.; Katpadi at 21-00/21-05 hrs; Renigunta at 23-20/23-25 hrs; Gudur at 01-05/01-07 hrs; Nellore at 01-37/01-39 hrs; Ongole at 03-20/03-22 hrs; VIJAYAWADA at 05-40/05-55 hrs; Eluru at 06-38/06-40 hrs; Rajahmundry at 08-48/08-50 hrs; Samalkot Jn. at 09-35/09-37 hrs; and arrives/departs at Duvvada at 11-58/11-55 hrs.

The Tatkal Bi-Weekly Superfast ExpressSpecial will have total 16 Coaches, consisting of One AC 2-tier coach, Four AC 3-tier coaches, Four Second Class Sleeper coaches, Five General Second Class coaches &Two Second Class luggage-cum-brake vans.

Cancellation/Partial Cancellation of Trains due to Line block on Ammanabrolu – Uppugunduru Stations

On account of construction of Bridge o­n ‘Open Cut Method’ between Ammanabrolu – Uppugunduru stations o­n Vijayawada – Gudur  section of Vijayawada Division, Line Block will be imposed on 17th and 18th June, 2015resulting in cancellation / partial cancellation of following trains as detailed below :-

On 17th June 2015

Trains Cancelled:-
1)Train No. 57277 Gudur – Vijayawada passenger is cancelled.
2)Train No. 57242 Vijayawada – Bittragunta passenger is cancelled.
3)Train No. 67256 Tenali– o­ngole passenger is cancelled.

Trains Partially Cancelled:-
1)Train No. 67260 o­ngole – Vijayawada Passenger train is partially cancelled between ongole and Tenali.
2)Train No. 67263/67257 Vijayawada – ongole – Tenali Passenger train is partially cancelled between Chirala and o­gole. 

On 18th June 2015

Trains Cancelled:-
1)Train No. 57277 Gudur – Vijayawada passenger is cancelled.
2)Train No. 57242 Vijayawada – Bittragunta passenger is cancelled.
3)Train No. 67256 Tenali– ongole passenger is cancelled.
4)Train No. 67298 Vijayawada – ongole passenger is cancelled.
5)Train No. 67280 ongole – Gudur passenger is cancelled.
6)Train No. 67279 Gudur – ongole passenger is cancelled.
7)Train No. 67297 ongole – Vijayawada passenger is cancelled.

Trains Partially Cancelled:-

1)Train No. 67260 ongole – Vijayawada Passenger train is partially cancelled between ongole and Tenali.
2)Train No. 67263/67257 Vijayawada – o­ngole – Tenali Passenger train is partially cancelled between Chirala and ongole.

*Single line train operation will be in force on this section for the long distance express train to run.
