Running of Weekly Special Train between Sainagar Shirdi and Tirupati

Railways will run weekly special train between Sainagar Shirdi and Tirupati until further advice to clear the extra rush of passengers as per details given below:

  • 07418  special will leave Sainagar Shirdi at 19.35 hrs every Wednesday with effect from 07.4.2021 until further advice and arrive Tirupati at 22.10 hrs next day.
  • 07417 special will leave Tirupati at 08.30 hrs every Tuesday with effect from 06.4.2021 until further advice and arrive Sainagar Shirdi at 10.45 hrs next day.
  • Halts: Kopargaon, Manmad, Nagarsol, Aurangabad, Jalna, Partur (only for 07417), Selu (only for 07417), Parbhani, Purna, Hazur Sahib Nanded, Dharmabad, Basar, Nizamabad, Kamareddi, Secunderabad, Lingampalli, Vikarabad, Tandur, Chittapur, Yadgir, Raichur, Mantralayam Road, Adoni, Guntakal, Gooty, Tadipatri, Muddanuru, Yerraguntla, Kadapa, Razampeta, Koduru and Renigunta
  • Composition: o­ne AC-2 Tier, 3 AC-3 Tier, 8 Sleeper Class, 8 second class seating, o­ne pantry car.

As part of engineering works in Renigunta – Tirupati of Guntakal Section, the following are the changes in pattern of train services from 05th to 12th March, 2021

Railways will run festival special train between Shri Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Terminus Kolhapur and Tirupati as per details given below:

  • 07416 festival special will leave Shri Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Terminus Kolhapur at 11.30 hrs daily from 30.10.2020 to 18.11.2020 and arrive Tirupati at 08.00 hrs next day.
  • 07415 festival special will leave Tirupati at 21.00 hrs daily from 28.10.2020 to 16.11.2020 and arrive Shri Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Terminus Kolhapur at 16.35 hrs next day.

Extension of Unreserved Sleeper Class Ticket Facility in three More Trains

UNRESERVED SLEEPER CLASS COACH FACILITY IN THREE MORE TRAINS

■ BHUBANESWAR-RAMESWARAM EXPRESS BETWEEN BHUBANESWAR AND BRAHMAPUR

■ PURI-AHMEDABAD EXPRESS BETWEEN PURI AND BRAHMAPUR

■ TIRUPATI-PURI EXPRESS BETWEEN BRAHMAPUR AND PURI

East Coast Railway has planned to extend the Unreserved Sleeper Class Ticket facility in three more trains to facilitate passenger for a short distance Sleeper Class Journey. Short distance passengers can now avail Sleeper Class journey facility in these three trains from last week of February or fast week of March, 2020 by paying a little extra amount of the General Second Class Ticket fare.
These trains are 18496 Bhubaneswar-Rameswaram Express from 6th March, 2020 between Bhubaneswar and Brahmapur, 18401 Puri-Ahmedabad Express from 23rd February, 2020 between Puri and Brahmapur and 17480 Tirupati-Puri Express from 18th February, 2020 between Brahmapur and Puri.
Passengers can avail the Unreserved Sleeper Class journey ticket from the Unreserved Ticket Counters for the above trains at Puri, Bhubaneswar, Khurda Road, Brahmapur Stations and travel in earmarked S-6 Sleeper Class Coaches of the above trains for short journeys.
Passengers who are not getting seat in General Second Class Seating Coaches and travelling in Sleeper Class Coaches unauthorisedly, they can now travel in Unreserved Sleeper Class Coaches by paying a little more amount from the General Second Class ticket fare. Earlier, passengers who were not getting seat in Second Class Seating Coaches and travelling in Sleeper Class Coaches for a short journey were paying fine.
To cope with the situation and to facilitate passengers for short distance Unreserved Sleeper Class journey, ECoR introduced this facility in the above trains. Earlier, East Coast Railway introduced this facility in Konark Express between Bhubaneswar and Berhampur in 2011-12. After reviewing the position and acceptance by passengers with a positive response, ECoR had extended this facility in Visakha Express between Bhubaneswar and Palasa, from 4th November, 2014.
Till now, seven trains had facility of Unreserved Sleeper Class journey tickets for short distance Sleeper Class journey. These are: Konark Express from Bhubaneswar to Brahmapur, Visakha Express between Bhubaneswar and Visakhapatnam from both the directions, Prashanti Express from Brahmpur to Bhubaneswar, Rayagada-Vijayawada Express from Rayagada to Visakhapatnam, Visakhapatnam-Nizamuddin Express from Visakhapatnam to Rayagada from both the directions. With the addition of 3 more trains, the list of trains with unreserved Sleeper Class Coaches goes up to 10.

Enroute these special trains will stop at Palakollu, Bhimavaram Town, Kaikaluru, Gudivada, Vijayawada, Tenali, Chirala, o­ngole, Kavali, Nellore, Gudur and Renigunta stations in both the directions.
These special trains will consist of AC II Tier, AC III Tier and Sleeper Class coaches.
II. Narsapur – Secunderabad Special Train: (01 service):

  • In the return direction, Train No. 07418 Nagarsol - Tirupati weekly special train will depart Nagarsol at 22:00 hrs o­n 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, & 31st August and 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th September, 2019 (Saturdays) and will arrive Tirupati at 04:00 hrs o­n the second day.
  • Enroute, these special trains will stop at Renigunta, Gudur, Nellore, o­ngole, Tenali, Guntur, Sattenapalli, Piduguralla, Nadikudi, Miryalaguda, Nalgonda, Cherlapalli, Secunderabad, Begumpet, Lingampalli, Shankarapalli, Vikarabad, Zahirabad, Bidar, Bhalki, Udgir, Latur Road, Pangaon, Parli, Gangakher, Parbhani, Manavat Road, Selu, Partur, Jalna and Aurangabad stations in both the directions.
  • These special trains will consist of AC II Tier, AC III Tier, Sleeper Class and General Second Class coaches.

2. H.S Nanded – Tirupati - H.S Nanded Special Trains (16 services):
  • Train No. 07607 H.S Nanded - Tirupati special train will depart H.S Nanded at 18:45 hrs o­n 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th August and 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th September, 2019 (Tuesdays) and arrive Tirupati at 14:00 hrs o­n the next day.
  • In the return direction, Train No. 07608 Tirupati – H.S Nanded special train will depart Tirupati at 15:45 hrs o­n 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th August and 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th September, 2019 (Wednesdays) and arrive H.S Nanded at 11:30 hrs o­n the next day.
  • Enroute, these special trains will stop at Mudkhed, Dharmabad, Basar, Nizamabad, Kamareddy, Malkajgiri, Secunderabad, Kazipet, Warangal, Khammam, Vijayawada, Tenali, o­ngole, Nellore, Gudur, Sri Kalahasti and Renigunta stations in both the directions.
  • These special trains will consist of AC II Tier, AC III Tier, Sleeper Class and General Second Class coaches.

3. Narsapur - Hyderabad Special Trains via Guntur (09 Services):
  • Train No. 07258 Narsapur – Hyderabad special train will depart Narsapur at 18.00 hrs o­n 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th August and 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th September, 2019 (Sunday) and arrive/depart Secunderabad at 03.55/04:00 hrs o­n the next day and arrive Hyderabad at 04.45 hrs.
  • Enroute this special train will also stop at Palakollu, Viravasaram, Bhimavaram Jn, Bhimavaram Town, Akividu, Kaikaluru, Gudivada, Vijayawada, Guntur, Sattenapalli, Piduguralla, Nadikudi, Miryalaguda and Nalgonda stations.
  • This special train will consist of AC II Tier, AC III Tier, Sleeper Class and General Second class coaches.

4. Hyderabad - Vijayawada Special Trains via Kazipet (09 Services):
  • Train No. 07257 Hyderabad – Vijayawada special train will depart Hyderabad at 22.20 hrs arrive/depart Secunderabad at 22.45/22:50 hrs o­n 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th August and 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th September, 2019 (Mondays) and arrive Vijayawada at 06.35 hrs o­n the next day.
  • Enroute this special train will also at Kazipet, Warangal, Dornakal and Khammam stations.
  • This special trains will consist of AC II Tier, AC III Tier, Sleeper Class and General Second class coaches.

5. Machilipatnam - Secunderabad - Machilipatnam Special Trains via Guntur (18 services):
  • Train No. 07049 Machilipatnam – Secunderabad special train will depart Machilipatnam at 14:25 hrs o­n 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th August and 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th September, 2019 (Sunday) and arrive Secunderabad at 22:10 hrs o­n the same day.
  • In the return direction, 07050 Secunderabad – Machilipatnam special train will depart Secunderabad at 23.55 hrs o­n 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th August and 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th September, 2019 (Sunday) and arrive Machilipatnam at 08:55 hrs o­n the next day.
  • Enroute, these special trains will stop at Pedana, Gudivada, Vijayawada, Guntur, Sattenapalli, Miryalaguda and Nalgonda stations in both the directions.
  • These special trains will consist of AC II Tier, AC III Tier, Sleeper Class and General Second class coaches.

  • In the return direction, Train No. 07246 Raichur – Kakinada Town Tri-Weekly Special Train will depart Raichur at 14:05 hrs o­n 3rd, 5th, 8th, 10th, 12th, 15th, 17th, 19th, 22nd, 24th, 26th, 29th & 31st August and 2nd, 5th, 7th, 9th, 12th, 14th, 16th, 19th, 21st, 23rd, 26th, 28th and 30th September, 2019 (Thursdays, Saturdays & Mondays) and arrive Kakinada Town at 08:30 hrs o­n next day.

39 Special Trains between Various Destinations
In order to clear extra rush of passengers, SCR will run 39 special trains from Kacheguda-Visakhapatnam, Visakhapatnam-Tirupati & Tirupati-Kacheguda as detailed below: -
1.Kacheguda - Visakhapatnam Special Trains (13 Services):
Train No. 07016 Kacheguda – Visakhapatnam Special Train will depart Kacheguda at 18.45 hrs o­n 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th July, 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th August, 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th September, 2019 (Tuesdays) and arrive Visakhapatnam at 07.50 hrs o­n the next day.    
Enroute, these special trains will stop at Malkajgiri, Cherlapalli, Nalgonda, Miryalaguda, Piduguralla, Sattenapalli, Guntur, Vijayawada, Eluru, Tadepalligudem, Rajahmundry, Samalkot, Annavaram, Tuni, Anakapalli and Duvvuda stations.
2.Visakhapatnam - Tirupati Special Trains (13 Services): 
Train No. 07479 Visakhapatnam - Tirupati Special Train will depart Visakhapatnam at 19.05 hrs o­n 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st July, 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th August, 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th September, 2019 (Wednesdays) and arrive Tirupati at 09.25 hrs o­n the next day.    
Enroute, these special trains will stop at Duvvuda, Anakapalli, Tuni, Annavaram, Samalkot, Rajahmundry, Tadepalligudem, Eluru, Vijayawada, Tenali, Chirala, o­ngole, Kavali, Nellore, Gudur and Renigunta stations.   
3.Tirupati - Kacheguda Special Trains (13 Services):
Train No. 07146 Tirupati - Kacheguda Special Train will depart Tirupati at 17.00 hrs o­n 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th July, 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29thAugust, 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th September, 2019 (Thursdays) and arrive Kacheguda at 06.30 hrs o­n the next day.    
Enroute, these special trains will stop at Renigunta, Srikalahasti, Gudur, Nellore, o­ngole, Chirala, Tenali, Vijayawada, Madhira, Khammam, Mahbubabad, Warangal, Kazipet and Jangaon stations.
     *All these above special trains consist of AC II tier, AC III tier, Sleeper Class, Chair Car coaches.

In order to clear extra rush of passenger’s three special trains will be run from Secunderabad to Kakinada Town; Kakinada Town - Tirupati and Tirupati to Secunderabad as detailed below: -
1)Special Train from Secunderabad to Kakinada Town o­n 7th June, 2019: -
 Train No. 07053 Secunderabad - Kakinada Town special train will depart Secunderabad at 19:30 hrs o­n 7th June, 2019 and arrive Kakinada Town at 08:30 hrs o­n the next day.
Enroute, this special train will stop at Nalgonda, Miryalguda, Sattenapalli, Guntur, Vijayawada, Gudivada, Kaikalur, Akividu, Bhimavaram Town, Tanuku, Nidadavolu, Rajahmundry, Dwarapudi and Samalkot stations.
2)Special Train from Kakinada Town to Tirupati o­n 8th June, 2019: -

Enroute this special train will stop at Samalkot, Rajahmundry, Tadepalligudem, Eluru, Vijayawada, Tenali, o­ngole, Nellore, Gudur and Renigunta stations.
3)Special Train from Tirupati to Secunderabad o­n 9th June, 2019: -
Train No. 07430 Tirupati – Secunderabad special train will depart Tirupati at 17.00 hrs o­n 9th June, 2019 and will arrive Secunderabad at 05.55 hrs o­n the next day.
 Enroute this special train will stop at Renigunta, Gudur, Nellore, o­ngole, Tenali, Vijayawada, Khammam, Warangal and Kazipet stations.
 These special trains will have AC II Tier, AC III Tier, Sleeper Class and General Second Class Coaches.
