Revision of  Special Train Timings -South Central Railway

The Timings of Train No. 07626 Repalle – Kacheguda, Train No. 02795 Vijayawada – Lingampalli,Train No. 02747 Guntur – Vikarabad & Train No. 02727 Visakhapatnam - Hyderabad are revised with effect from 10^th September, 2021 as detailed below:

 Special Trains Between Digha-Visakhapatnam and Tatnagar -Visakhapatnam

RUNNING OF SPECIAL TRAINS BETWEEN DIGHA-VISAKHAPATNAM AND TATANAGAR-VISAKHAPATNAM

Kolkata, 3rd July, 2021:

Keeping in view the demand of the passengers, it has been decided to run Special Trains between Digha-Visakhapatnam-Digha and Tatanagar-Visakhapatna-Tatanagar.

08563/08564 Digha-Visakhapatnam-Digha Special will run w.e.f 09.07.2021 from Digha and w.e.f 08.07.2021 from Visakhapatnam till further advice.

08571/08572 Tatanagar-Visakhapatnam-Tatanagar Special will run w.e.f 12.07.2021 from Tatanagar and w.e.f 11.07.2021 from Visakhapatnam till further advice.

08563/08564 Digha-Visakhapatnam-Digha Special

08563 Digha-Visakhapatnam Special leaving Digha every Friday at 17.25 hrs will arrive Visakhapatnam at 07.50 hrs the next day. In the opposite direction, 08564 Visakhapatnam-Digha Special leaving Visakhapatnam every Thursday at 15.30 hrs will arrive Digha at 06.35 hrs the next day.

The train with o­ne two AC 2-Tier, two AC 3-Tier, eight Sleeper Class and six General Second Class coaches will have stoppages at Kanthi, Tamluk, Panskura, Kharagpur, Balasore, Bhadrak, Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, Khurda Road, Brahmapur, Palasa andVizianagaram stations enroute. 08563 Digha-Visakhapatnam Special will also stop at Jaleswar.

08571/08572 Tatanagar-Visakhapatnam-Tatanagar Special

08571 Tatanagar-Visakhapatnam Special leaving Tatanagar every Monday at 13.00 hrs will arrive Visakhapatnam at 04.00 hrs the next day. In the opposite direction, 08572 Visakhapatnam-Tatanagar Special leaving Visakhapatnam every Sunday at 19.25 hrs will arrive Tatanagar at 11.00 hrs the next day.

The train with o­ne AC 2-Tier, two AC 3-Tier, twelve Sleeper Class and six General Second Class coaches will have stoppages at Rajkharswan, Chaibasa, Dangoaposi, Banspani, Kendujhargarh, Harichandanpur, Sukinda Road, Jakhapura, Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, Khurda Road, Balugaon, Chatrapur, Brahmapur, Ichchapuram, Palasa, Srikakulam, Vizianagaram andSimhachalam stations enroute.

Railways will extend the run of special trains to clear the extra rush of passengers as per details given below:

• ·02879 LTT-Bhubaneshwar (Wed, Sat) extended from 3.2.2021 to 31.3.2021

• ·02865 LTT-Puri (Thu) extended from 4.2.2021 to 1.4.2021

 As approved by Railway Board, East Coast Railway has notified Weekly Special Trains as detailed below: -

1. Train No.02007 / 02008 Visakhapatnam – Dr. MGR Chennai Central – Visakhapatnam Superfast Weekly Special Trains:

With the composition of Three 3-tier AC Coaches, Eight Sleeper Class Coaches, Six General Second Class Coaches, Two- Luggage cum Brake Vans, Train No. 02007 Visakhapatnam – Dr. MGR Chennai Central Weekly Superfast Special Train will leave Visakhapatnam o­n Fridays at 19.05 hrs o­n and from 15^th Januray, 2021 to reach Dr. MGR Chennai Central at 07.40 hrs, the next day until further advice.

In return direction Train No. 02008 Dr. MGR Chennai Central - Visakhapatnam Weekly Superfast Special Train will leave Dr. MGR Chennai Central o­n Saturdays at 10.00 hrs o­n and from 16^th Januray, 2021 to reach Visakhapatnam at 22.30 hrs, the same day until further advice.

The details of stoppages and timings of Train No.02007 / 02008 Visakhapatnam – Dr. MGR Chennai Central – Visakhapatnam Superfast Weekly Special Trains as follows.

2. Train No.08567 / 08568 Visakhapatnam – Kollam – Visakhapatnam Weekly Special Trains:

With the composition of One 2-tier AC Coach, Two 3-tier AC Coaches, Twelve Sleeper Class Coaches, Six General Second Class Coaches, Two- Luggage cum Brake Vans, Train No. 08567 Visakhapatnam – Kollam Weekly Special Train will leave Visakhapatnam o­n Thursdays at 07.25 hrs o­n and from 14^th Januray, 2021 to reach Kollam at 13.50 hrs, the next day until further advice.

In return direction Train No. 08568 Kollam - Visakhapatnam Weekly Special Train will leave Kollam o­n Fridays at 19.35 hrs o­n and from 15^th Januray, 2021 to reach Visakhapatnam at 23.40 hrs, the next day until further advice.
