Train No. 01013 Mumbai LTT – Coimbatore Daily special train will depart Mumbai LTT at 22.35 hrs and arrive Coimbatore at 06.50 hrs o­n the second day.

Enroute, this special train will stop at Thane, Kalyan, Pune, Kurduvadi, Solapur, Dudhani, Ganagapur Road, Kalaburagi, Shahabad, Wadi, Yadgir, Krishna, Raichur, Mantralayam Road, Adoni, Guntakal, Gooty, Anantapur, Dharmavaram, Sri Sathya Sai Prasanti Nilayam, Hindupur, Gauribidanur, Bengaluru East, KSR Bengaluru, Bengaluru Cantt, Hosur, Dharmapuri, Salem, Erode and Tiruppur stations.

In the return direction, Train No. 01014 Coimbatore – Mumbai LTT special train will depart Coimbatore at 08.55 hrs arrive Mumbai LTT at 13.45 hrs o­n the next day.

Enroute, this special train will stop at Tiruppur, Erode, Salem, Dharmapuri, Hosur, Bengaluru Cantt, KSR Bengaluru, Gauribidanur, Hindupur, Sri Sathya Sai Prasanti Nilayam, Dharmavaram, Anantapur, Gooty, Guntakal, Adoni, Mantralayam Road, Raichur, Yadgir, Wadi, Shahabad, Kalaburagi, Ganagapur Road, Dudhani, Solapur, Kurduvadi, Daund, Pune, Kalyan and Thane stations.

          These special trains will consist of First AC, AC II Tier, AC III Tier, Sleeper Class and Reserved General Seating class coaches.

Central Railway will run following special trains with revised timings and halts from 1.12.2020 The details are:

1) Mumbai-Kolhapur Special

01029 Special train will leave Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus at 08.40 hrs and arrive Kolhapur at 20.00 hrs same day.

01030 Special train will leave Kolhapur at 08.15 hrs and arrive Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus at 20.05 hrs same day.

Central Railway will operate mega block to carry out maintenance work o­n its suburban sections of Mumbai Division o­n 29.11.2020 as under:

Thane-Kalyan Up & Dn fast lines from 10.40 am to 3.40 pm

Dn fast services leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus from 9.37 am to 2.48 pm will be diverted o­n Dn slow line between Thane and Kalyan stations and will halt at all stations between Thane and Kalyan.

Up fast services leaving Kalyan from 10.26 am to 3.19 pm will be diverted o­n Up slow line between Kalyan and Thane stations and will halt at all stations between Kalyan and Thane, further rediverted o­n Up fast line at Mulund halting as per their respective scheduled halts.

Kurla-Vashi Up & Dn harbour lines from 11.10 am to 4.10 pm

Dn services to Panvel/Belapur/Vashi leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus from 10.34 am to 3.39 pm will remain cancelled.

Up services to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus leaving Panvel/Belapur/Vashi from 10.21 am to 3.41 pm will remain cancelled.

Special trains will be run o­n Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus-Kurla and Vashi-Panvel sections during the block period.

Harbour line passengers are permitted to travel via Transharbour line / Main line from 10.00 am to 4.30 pm

These maintenance mega blocks are essential for infrastructure upkeep and safety. Passengers are requested to bear with the Railway Administration for the inconvenience caused.

EXTENSION OF PANVEL-H.S.NANDED AND AMARAVATI-TIRUPATI FESTIVAL SPECIAL TRAINS WITH REVISED TIMINGS

Railways have decided to extend the run of Train No. 07613/07614 Panvel-Hazur Sahib Nanded and Train 02765/02766 Tirupati-Amaravati festival specials upto 31.12.2020. The extended specials will run  with revised timings. The details are as under-

1. 07613/07614 Panvel - Hazur Sahib Nanded Daily Specials

Train No. 07613 Panvel - Hazur Sahib Nanded festival special further extended to run from 1.12.2020 to 31.12.2020. The train will leave Panvel daily at 16.00 hrs and arrive Hazur Sahib Nanded at 08.45 hrs next day.

Train No. 07614 Hazur Sahib Nanded – Panvel festival special further extended to run from 30.11.2020 to 30.12.2020. The train will leave H.S.Nanded daily  at 17.35 hrs and arrive Panvel at 09.00 hrs next day

Halts:  Karjat & Lonavala (for 07613 o­nly), Talegaon, Chinchwad, Pune, Daund Jn., Kurduwadi Jn., Osmanabad, Latur, Latur Road, Parli Vaijnath, Gangakher, Parbhani Jn. and Purna Jn.

Train No. 02766 Amaravati – Tirupati Bi-weekly special further extended to run from 3.12.2020 to 31.12.2020. The train will leave Amaravati o­n every Monday and Thursday at 06.45 hrs and arrive Tirupati at 06.25 hrs next day.

Halts: Badnera, Akola, Washim, Hingoli, Basmat, Purna, H.S.Nanded, Mudkhed, Dharmabad, Nizamabad, Kamareddy, Kacheguda, Mahbubnagar, Gadwal, Kurnool City, Dhone, Anantpur, Dharmavaram, Kadiri, Madnapalli Road, Piler and Pakala.

Trains fully Cancelled in view of Cyclone NIVAR – Full refund and 6 months time limit for claiming

Owing to the o­nset of Cyclone NIVAR, Southern Railway has announced cancellation of several special train services to destinations that are likely to be affected by unprecedented rains/cyclonic landfall and to other destinations due to operational difficulties.

For the trains fully cancelled by Railways in view of Cyclone NIVAR, full refund of fare will be granted on ticket cancellations.

 The time limit for availing refunds has also been extended to six months from the date of journey. For PRS counter tickets, refunds across the counter can be availed o­n submission of tickets at the counters upto six (6) months from the date of scheduled departure of the train.   Auto refund facility is available for tickets booked o­nline.

And for trains cancelled partially, passengers can avail full refund for the untraveled portion until 6 months from the date of scheduled departure of the train. Auto refund facility is available for tickets booked o­nline

Indian Railway launches digitised online Human Resource Management System (HRMS)

HRMS will impact over 27 lakh families of serving as well as retired employees.

Move to improve efficiency and productivity of Railway system.

HRMS will increase accountability and transparency in the working of Railways

HRMS is a step towards realizing the vision of Hon’ble Prime Minister to transform India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy.

HRMS will have a big impact on the functioning of all the employees and will make them more tech savvy.

Indian Railway has launched completely digitized online Human Resource Management System (HRMS). Human Resource Management System (HRMS) is a high thrust project for Indian Railways to leverage improved productivity & employee satisfaction. It is a move to improve efficiency and productivity of Railway system and a step towards realizing the vision of Hon’ble Prime Minister to transform India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy. HRMS is expected to create a big impact on the functioning of all the employees and will make them more tech savvy.

Shri Vinod Kumar Yadav, Chairman & CEO, Railway Board has launched following modules of HRMS & User depot useful for railway employees and pensioners today via video conferencing.

  • Employee Self Service (ESS) module enables railway employees to interact with various modules of HRMS including communication regarding change of data.
  • Provident Fund (PF) Advance module enables Railway employees to check their PF balance and apply for PF advance online. Advance processing will be online and employees will also be able to see the status of their PF application online.
  • Settlement module digitizes the entire settlement process of retiring employees. Employees can fill their settlement / pension booklet online. Service details are fetched online and pension is processed online completely. This will eliminate use of paper and it also facilitates monitoring for timely processing of settlement dues of retiring employees.

Prior to these modules, Indian Railways has already launched other modules of HRMS like Employee Master module which stores all basic information details of Railway employee, Electronic Service Record module replacing physical Service Records storing service records of employees in digital format, Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APAR) module digitizing the complete process of writing annual peeformance Appraisal of all 12 lakh non gazetted Railway employees, Electronic Pass module replacing the physical paper pass, Office Order Module meant both for the issue of office Orders and updation of data on joining of new employees, promotion, transfer of employees and retirement of employees in HRMS database.

Night Traffic & Power Block for Allied Works for Patri Pool Bridge at Kalyan

Central Railway Mumbai Division will operate night traffic and power blocks as announced earlier for allied works related to launching of girder across railway tracks for Patri Pool Bridge at Kalyan. The details of night traffic blocks are as under:

Block 3 o­n 27/28.11.2020 (Friday/Saturday Night) &

Block 4 o­n 28/29.11.2020 (Saturday/Sunday Night)

From 2.00 am to 5.00 am (3 hrs) o­n both the days

(I) WORKING OF SUBURBAN TRAINS o­n 27/28.11.2020 & 28/29.11.2020 NIGHT 

•Suburban trains will be cancelled between Dombivali and Kalyan stations between 2.00 am to 5.00 pm

•Last Down local before commencement of block will be Karjat local leaving CSMT at 00.25 am

•Last Up local before commencement of block will be CSMT local leaving Kalyan at 11.05 pm o­n fast line and at 11.52 pm o­n slow line. (last Up local o­n fast line CSMT local leaving Kalyan at 10.54 pm o­n 28.11.2020)

•First Down local after clearance of block will be Titwala local leaving Kurla at 04.51 am

•First Up local after clearance of block will be CSMT local leaving Kalyan at 5.03 am o­n Up slow line and at 5.04 am o­n Up fast line.  

(II) DIVERSION OF MAIL/EXPRESS TRAINS

The following Up Mail/Express trains arriving CSMT o­n 28.11.2020 & 29.11.2020 will be diverted via- Karjat-Panvel-Diva. 

•Train No. 01020 Up Bhubaneshwar- CSMT special.

•Train No. 02702 Up Hyderabad-CSMT special 

•Train No. 01140 Up Gadag-CSMT special 

These trains will halt at Karjat and Diva stations for the convenience of Kalyan passengers.

(III) REGULATION OF TRAINS 

The following Up Mail/Express trains arriving Mumbai area will be regulated en- route at the station shown against each train during the block period o­n 28.11.2020 and 29.11.2020 and will arrive destination behind schedule.

•Train No. 01062 Up Darbhanga- Lokmanya Tilak Terminus special arriving LTT at 3.40 am - at Titwala  

•Train No.02541 Up Gorakhpur-Lokmanya Tilak Terminus special arriving LTT at 4.00 am - at Khadavali

•Train No. 01016 Up Gorakhpur –Lokmanya Tilak Terminus special arriving LTT at 4.20 am - at Vasind

•Train No. 02810 Up Howrah – CSMT Mumbai special arriving CSMT at 5.20 am - at Atgaon

•Train No. 01142 Up Kinwat – CSMT special arriving CSMT at 5.35 am - at Khardi 

•Train No. 07018 Up Secunderabad – Rajkot special arriving Kalyan at 4.45 am – at Ambernath (on 29.11.2020 o­nly).

Suburban train services in Chennai region to remain suspended from 10:00 hrs of 25th November 2020

In view of the cyclone NIVAR, suburban train services over Chennai division of Southern Railway will remain cancelled from 10:00 hours of 25-11-2020 until further notice. No train service will depart after 10:00 hours of 25-11-2020.

Running of suburban train services from 15:30 hours of 24-11-2020 till 10:00 hours of 25-11-2020 is conditional upon prevailing weather conditions.
