Central Railway to run 18 Weekly Summer Special Trains between Pune and Danapur

Central Railway has decided to run 18 Superfast/Express weekly summer special trains o­n special charges between Pune and Danapur to clear the extra rush of passengers during summer season. The details are as under:

01039 Superfast weekly special will leave Pune at 21.30 hrs o­n every Wednesday from 13.04.2022 to 08.06.2022 (9 trips) and will arrive Danapur at 04.30 hrs o­n third day.

01040 Weekly special will leave Danapur at 06.30 hrs o­n every Friday from 15.04.2022 to 10.06.2022 (9 trips) and will arrive Pune at 18.45 hrs next day.

Halts: Daund Chord Line, Ahmednagar, Belapur, Kopargaon, Manmad, Bhusaval, Khandwa, Itarsi, Pipariya, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Manikpur, Prayagraj Chheoki, Mirzapur, Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Jn., Buxar and Ara

Composition: One AC 2-Tier, Four AC 3-Tier, 10 Sleeper class and 6 General Second Class including Guard's Brake Van.

Reservation: Bookings for special train No. 01039 o­n special charges will open o­n 03.04.2022 at all computerised reservation centers and o­n website www.irctc.co.in.

FESTIVAL SPECIAL TRAINS BETWEEN DANAPUR AND YESVANTPUR VIA Dr. MGR CHENNAI CENTRAL

East Central Railway has notified fully reserved Bi-Weekly superfast festival special trains between Danapur – Yesvantpur - Danapur will run via Jolarpettai, Katpadi and Dr. MGR Chennai Central. Special Trains as detailed below.

Train No.03209 / 03210 Danapur – Yesvantpur – Danapur Bi-Weekly Superfast Festival Special Trains via Jolarpettai, Katpadi and Dr. MGR Chennai Central. 

With a composition of One 2-Tier AC Coach, Six 3-tier AC Coaches, Ten Sleeper Class Coaches, Two General Second Class Coaches, and Two Luggage Cum Brake vans, Train No.03209 Danapur – Yesvantpur Bi-Weekly superfast festival Special will leave Danapur o­n Mondays and Saturdays at 18.10 hrs. on 26th, 31st October, 02nd, 07th, 09th, 14th, 16th, 21st,  23rd and 28th November, 2020 (10 services) and reach Yesvantpur o­n Wednesdays and Mondays at 18.30 hrs. 

In the Return Direction, Train No.03210 Yesvantpur – Danapur Bi-Weekly superfast festival Special Will leave Yesvantpur at 07.10 hrs. o­n Thursdays and Tuesdays on 29th October, 03rd, 05th, 10th, 12th, 17th, 19th, 24th, 26th November and 01st December, 2020 (10 services) to reach Danapur at 08.00 hrs. o­n Saturdays and Thursdays. 

Stoppages: Ara, Pt. Deendayal Upadhyaya, Prayagraj Chheoki, Manikpur, Satna, Jabalpur, Itarsi, Nagpur, Balharshah, Warangal, Vijayawada Jn, Dr. MGR Chennai Central, Katpadi, Jolarpettai and Krishnarajapuram.

SHRAMIK SPECIALS TRAINS TO LUCKNOW, DANAPUR AND HATIA
South Western Railway (SWR) today operated Four Shramik Specials trains.
Two trains left Chikbanawar (In Bengaluru) to Lucknow. First train departed at 16.25 hrs and the second at 18.00 hrs. each train carried 1,200 passengers.
The third Shramik Special left from Malur (In Bengaluru Division) to Danapur with 1200 passengers and 7 children at 17.45 hrs.
Fourth Shramik Special is expected to leave for Hatia by 22.00 hrs.
SWR has Run eleven Shramik Specials based o­n demand of State Govt for citizens to return to their home towns after the Lockdown due to Covid-19 Pandemic.
Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) have granted permission for movement of the stranded citizens including migrants labourers, workers, students, tourists to return to their native towns.As per the list provided by State Government, South Western Railway today ferried approximately 3,600 passengers to their destinations at UP and Bihar.
State Government had arranged to bring these passengers to the stations through BMTC Buses as per the protocol.SWR is transporting passengers to their destination o­nly when there is a demand from the State Government with proper protocol and the receiving State Government is ready to accept them. These special trains are being run from point to point with no stoppages en-route.
Care was taken to ensure social distancing, wearing of masks and sanitizing of hands when boarding and inside the trains before departure from Chikbanawar and Malur Station.
Trains departed the Stations o­nly after all the passengers were medically examined by Government of Karnataka and issued medical certificate.Thermal screening was again done by Railway Medical Teams at the stations.None of the passengers was detected with high temperature.
Local NGOs extended support to provide lunch packets, biscuits, water bottles, fruits etc.En-route meals are being provided by State Government.
The Railway Protection Force (RPF) team is escorting the trains. Details of passengers, coach-wise with address and mobile Nos. have been obtained.Details have been digitalized and stored for contact tracing in future, if required.
In this connection, Railways reiterate that all running of Passenger trains stand cancelled till further advise.The Shramik Specials are being run from point to point o­nly o­n the request of the State Government.Anyone who has to travel should contact the State Govt. o­nly and No tickets are being issued at Railway Stations over SWR.

Train No. 12791 Secunderabad-Danapur Superfast Express scheduled to depart Secunderabad o­n 28th June, 2017 is diverted to run via Prayag, Bhadohi, Varanasi instead of its existing route via Allahabad City, Manduadih stations.

Secunderabad-Danapur-Secunderabad and Patna-Ernakulam Trains Diverted due to Traffic Block

Due to Non-interlocking work at Rajatalab station in North Eastern Railway, traffic blocks are imposed from 15th May to 18th May, 2107. Consequently, the following Express Trains are diverted as detailed below:-
Diversion of Trains (03 Services):
1.Train No. 12791 Secunderabad – Danapur Superfast Express journey commencing from 14th May to 17th May, 2017 (Ex-Secundrabad) is diverted to run via Prayag, Bhadohi and Varanasi instead of its normal path via Allahabad City - Manduadih.
2.Train No. 12792 Danapur - Secunderabad Superfast Express journey commencing from 15th May to 18th May, 2017 (Ex-Danapur) is diverted to run via Varanasi, Bhadohi and Prayag instead of its normal path via Manduadih - Allahabad City.
3.Train No. 16360 Patna - Ernakulam Express journey commencing o­n 16th May, 2017 (Ex-Patna) is diverted to run via Varanasi, Bhadohi and Prayag instead of its normal path via Manduadih - Allahabad City.
Inconvenience caused is regretted.

Additional Stoppages for Certain Express Trains

Train No.12791 / 12792 Secunderabad-Danapur-Secunderabad Express is provided with an additional stoppage at Ara Station in Danapur Division,  East Central Railway. 

Accordingly,  Tr. No.12791 Secunderabad-Danapur Express will arrive / depart Ara Station at 17:32/17:34 hrs, with effect from 10th September, 2015. 

In the return direction, Train No.12792 Danapur – Secunderabad Express will arrive / depart Ara Station at 12:57/12:59 hrs with effect from 10th September, 2015.


Train No.15227/15228 Yesvantpur-Muzaffarpur-Yesvantpur Express is provided with an additional stoppage at Begusarai Station in Sonpur Division, East Central Railway.

Accordingly, Tr.No. 15227 Yesvantpur-Muzaffarpur Express will arrive / depart Begusarai Station at 00:38/00:40 hrs. with effect from 18th September, 2015.

 In the return direction, Tr. No.15228 Muzaffarpur-Yesvantpur Express will arrive / depart Begusarai at 09:52/09:54 hrs with effect from 14th September, 2015.

ECR to run more MEMU trains in Danapur division – to develop Karbigahiya end of Danapur

Danapur (DNR): Railways intends to introduce more MEMU trains under Danapur division. The Patna-Gaya section of the division has MEMU trains only and all conventional rakes of passenger trains have been withdrawn, sources said.

Railways recently introduced MEMU train between Buxar and Fatuha (63261/63262) on the mainline section of Danapur division of East Central Railway (ECR) for the convenience of local commuters. The conventional rake of the local passenger train running on this route has been withdrawn. Railways took this decision to help commuters reach their places in time, said ECR CPRO Arvind Rajak.

According to Rajak, the conventional rake of the passenger train was running with the load combination of 18 coaches. The total seating capacity in the coaches of conventional rake was 1,200 while the same number of passengers could travel standing in the coaches. The MEMU train is running with the standard formation of load combination of 16 coaches but the seating capacity in its rake is about 1,250 while about 4,000 passengers can travel standing with the help of support handles, he said.
