MEGA BLOCK on 23.8.2015

Central Railway will operate Mega Block o­n its suburban sections for carrying out maintenance work on 23.8.2015: -

THANE - KALYAN DN FAST LINE FROM 10.30 AM TO 3.00 PM

Dn fast services leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai from 9.37 am to 2.25 pm will halt at Ghatkopar, Vikhroli, Bhandup and Mulund stations in addition to their respective scheduled halts. Dn fast services beyond Thane will be diverted o­n Dn slow line between Thane and Kalyan stations halting at all stations and will arrive destination 20 minutes behind schedule.

Up fast line services leaving Thane station from 10.46 am to 3.28 pm will halt at Mulund, Bhandup, Vikhroli, Ghatkopar and Kurla stations in addition to their respective scheduled halts and will arrive destination 15 minutes behind schedule. 

Dn Mail/Express trains leaving Thane from 11.21 am to 2.43 pm will be diverted o­n Dn slow line between Thane and Kalyan Stations.

Reschedule of Express Train - 16345 Dn Netravati Express scheduled departure 11.40 am o­n 23.8.2015 is rescheduled to leave Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 2.30 pm.

MASJID-CHUNABHATTI & VADALA ROAD-MAHIM UP AND DN HARBOUR LINES FROM 11.30 AM TO 3.30 PM
     
All Dn harbour line services to Bandra / Andheri leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai from 10.48 am to 3.33 pm and UP harbour line services for Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai leaving Bandra / Andheri from 10.40 am to 3.45 pm will remain suspended.

Dn Harbour line services to Vashi / Belapur /Panvel leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai from 11.09 am to 3.45 pm and Up harbour line services for Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai leaving Panvel/Belapur/Vashi from 10.08 am to 2.49 pm will remain suspended.

However, Special services will be run between Panvel and Kurla (Platform No.8) during the block period.

Harbour line passengers are permitted to travel via Main Line and Western Railway from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm.
            
Due to these blocks, suburban trains are likely to be more crowded than usual. Passengers are requested not to take any risks while travelling. They are also requested to avoid travelling on foot board, roof top of locals and not to board extremely over crowded trains. Passengers are requested to bear with the Railway Administration for the inconvenience caused.
