Railways to provide Stoppages for Trains at VINDHYACHAL station during Magh Mela 2024

Railways have decided to provide 2 minutes temporary stoppages at VINDHYACHAL station for below mentioned trains to clear extra rush during Magh Mela 2024.  

Following trains will arrive / depart at Vindhyachal as per details below o­n

15.01.2024 (Makar Sankranti) & 16.01.2024,

09.02.2024 (Mauni Amavasya) & 10.02.2024 and

14.02.2024 (Basant Panchami) & 15.02.2024.

15945 LTT-Dibrugarh Bi-Weekly Express will arrive at Vindhyachal at 05.50 hrs and will depart at 05.52 hrs.

15946 Dibrugarh-LTT Bi-Weekly Express will arrive at Vindhyachal at 19.05 hrs and will depart at 19.07 hrs.

15647 LTT-Guwahati Weekly Express will arrive at Vindhyachal at 05.50 hrs and will depart at 05.52 hrs.

15648 Guwahati-LTT Weekly Express will arrive at Vindhyachal at 19.05 hrs and will depart at 19.07 hrs.

CHANGES IN PATTERN OF TRAIN SERVICES
TEMPORARY STOPPAGE FOR SAPTHAGIRI AND YELAGIRI EXPRESS AT AMBATTUR PUT o­n HOLD.
Vide Press Release No.730 it was announced o­n 26th January 2019 that Sapthagiri and Yelagiri Expresses will have a stoppage at Ambattur. However, the decision has been reviewed and is put o­n hold in view of passengers safety for want of lengthier platform at Ambattur to accommodate the stoppages of these trains.
Hence the stoppage of Train Nos.16057/16058 Chennai – Tirupati – Chennai Sapthagiri  Expresses, and Train Nos/16089/16090 Chennai – Jolarpettai – Chennai Yelagiri Expresses at Ambattur is kept in abeyance until further advice.
GURUVAYUR EXPRESS PROVIDED STOPPAGE AT KODAIKKANAL ROAD.
Train No.16127/16128 Chennai Egmore – Guruvayur – Chennai Egmore Express has been provided stoppage at Kodaikkanal Road o­n and from 27thJanuary 2019 for a period of six months o­n experimental basis. Train No.16127 Chennai Egmore – Guruvayur Express will arrive Kodaikkanal Road at 15.04 and depart at 15.06 hrs. In the return direction, Train No.16128 Guruvayur – Chennai Egmore Express will arrive Kodaikkanal Road at 12.52 hrs and depart at 12.54 hrs.
PALAKKAD TOWN – TRICHY PASSENGER PROVIDED STOPPAGE AT UTTUKULI 
Train No.56712 Palghat Town – Tiruchchirappalli Passenger has been provided stoppage at Uttukuli Railway Station o­n and from 27th January 2019 for a period of six months o­n experimental basis. Train No.56712 Palghat Town – Tiruchchirappalli Passenger will arrive Uttukuli at 09.24 hrs and depart at 09.25 hrs.
CHENNAI – PALAKKAD (VIA PALANI)  EXPRESS PROVIDED STOPPAGE AT PALAYAM  
Train No.22651/22652 Chennai Central – Palakkad – Chennai Central Expresses (via Palani) have been provided stoppage at Palayam Railway Station (between Karur and Dindigul) o­n and from 29th January 2019 for a period of six months o­n experimental basis. Train No. 22651 Chennai Central – Palakkad Express will arrive Palayam at 04.49 hrs and depart at 04.50 hrs. In the return direction, Train No.22652 Palakkad – Chennai Central Express will arrive Palayam at 20.19 hrs and depart at 20.20 hrs.

For the convenience of rail passengers, Railways have decided to provide temporary stoppage to the following trains  as under : -
•The 19053 Surat-Muzaffarpur weekly express train will arrive at   Nagda  Station at  01.43  p.m., while its return service, the  19054 Muzaffarpur – Surat weekly express train will arrive at Nagda Station at  10.18 a.m. with two minutes stoppage in both the directions o¬n experimental basis with immediate effect  for six months  .
•The 14853, 14863 &14865 Varanasi-Jodhpur Marudhar express trains will arrive at  Dhanakya Station at  12.37  p.m., while its return service, the  14854,14864 & 14866 Jodhpur-Varanasi Marudhar express train will arrive at Dhanakya Station at  03.02 p.m. with two  minutes stoppage in both the directions o¬n experimental basis with immediate effect  for six months  .
Temporary Stoppage at Sharda Devi Maihar Station during Navratri Festival
•The 11045 Kolhapur - Dhanbad weekly Diksha Bhoomi express train will arrive at   Sharda Devi MaiharStation at 07.20 p.m. from 11.10.2018 to 18.10.2018 , while its return service, the  11046 Dhanbad- Kolhapur weekly Diksha Bhoomi express train will arrive atSharda Devi MaiharStation at  04.38 a.m. from 15.10.2018 to 22.10.2018 with two minutes stoppage in both the directions.
•The 12791  Secundrabad - Danapur express train will arrive at  Sharda Devi MaiharStation at 06.18 a.m., while its return service, the  12792  Danapur - Secundrabad express train will arrive at Sharda Devi MaiharStation at  00.13 a.m. from 09.10.2018 to  23.10.2018  with two minutes stoppage in both the directions.
•The 15268  Lokmanya Tilak Terminus -Raxaul  Weekly Jansadharanexpress train will arrive at  Sharda Devi MaiharStation at 11.12 a.m. from  09.10.2018 to  23.10.2018 , while its return service, the  15267  Raxaul - Lokmanya Tilak Terminus Weekly Jansadharanexpress train will arrive at Sharda Devi MaiharStation at  11.23 a.m. from 13.10.2018 to  20.10.2018  with two minutes stoppage in both the directions.
•The 18610  Lokmanya Tilak Terminal -Ranchi weeklyexpress train will arrive at  Sharda Devi MaiharStation at 11.12  a.m. from  13.10.2018 to  20.10.2018 , while its return service, the  18609  Ranchi - Lokmanya Tilak Terminal weeklyexpress train will arrive atSharda Devi MaiharStation at  03.38 p.m. from 10.10.2018 to  17.10.2018  with two minutes stoppage in both the directions.
•The 19051 Valsad-Muzaffarpur weekly Shramik express train will arrive at   Sharda Devi MaiharStation at 02.50 p.m. from 13.10.2018 to 20.10.2018 , while its return service, the  19052 Muzaffarpur – Valsad weekly Shramik express train will arrive at Sharda Devi MaiharStation at  08.23 a.m. from 15.10.2018 to 22.10.2018 with two minutes stoppage in both the directions.
