Special Trains Between Madurai and Vijayawada

In order to clear extra rush of passengers two Special Trains will be run between Madurai and Vijayawada as detailed below:- 

Madurai-Vijayawada Special Train:

Train No. 06069 Madurai - Vijayawada special train will depart Madurai at 17:50 hrs on 14th January, 2017 (Saturday) and arrive Vijayawada at 03:30 hrs on Monday.

Enroute, this special train will stop at Virudhunagar, Sattur, Kovilpatti, Tirunelveli, Nagercoil Town, Trivandrum, Kollam, Kayankulam, Chengannur, Tiruvalla, Kottayam, Ernakulam Town, Aluva, Thrisur, Palakkad, Coimbatore, Tiruppur, Erode, Katpadi, Tiruttani, Renigunta, Sri Kalahasti, Venkatagiri, Gudur, Nellore, Kavali, o­ngole, Chirala, Bapatla, Nidubrolu and Tenali stations.

Vijayawada-Madurai Special Train: 

Train No. 06070 Vijayawada-Madurai special train will depart Vijayawada at 07:00 hrs on 16th January, 2017 (Monday) and arrive Madurai at 01:00 hrs on Tuesday. 

Enroute, this special train will stop at Tenali, Nidubrolu, Bapatla, Chirala, o­ngole, Kavali, Nellore, Gudur, Chennai Egmore, Tambaram, Chengalpattu, Melmaruvatur, Villupuram, Vriddachalam, Tiruchchirappalli and Dindigul stations.

These special trains will consists of 17 Coaches viz., two AC III Tier, thirteen Sleeper Class and two Luggage cum Brake Van Coaches.
