On Job Training should be carried out all the time - Shri M.S Mahaboob Ali,CSTE/SCR
A Safety seminar was organized by Signal and Telecommunication Training School, South Central Railway as part of Sanraksha Shivir program at Moula-Ali today i.e. 25th January 2017. Shri M.S.Mahaboob Ali, Chief Signal & Telecommunications Engineer, South Central Railway participated as the Chief Guest in the concluding session of the daylong Seminar.
Speaking on the occasion, Shri Mahaboob Ali said that safety should be accorded first priority and the Technical Staff who underwent training at this school should implement all the safety procedures without fail. The participants who underwent training should continue to give on Job Training to the field staff in the cadres also to make them perfect in maintaining the systems. He advised the participants to follow the safety procedures while working. Further he advised the participants to follow the prescribed rules and regulations without exceptions while attending Signal failures. Shri M.S.Mahaboob Ali said that equipment maintenance should be taken care to avoid signal failures.

Earlier, Shri D.Venkatachalam, Chief Signal Engineer, South Central Railway also spoke in the seminar and stated that Signal and Telecommunications department is playing vital role in ensuring the Safety of Train operations. Shri U.Sampath Kumar, Principal, Signal and Telecommunication Training School, Moula-ali also participated. Meritorious awards were distributed to the trainees of refresher course candidates by the Chief Guest.
