Restoration of 54059/54060 Delhi-Shamli-Delhi Passenger Train
It is notified for the information of general public that the 54059/54060Delhi-Shamli-Delhi Passenger Train which were earlier notified to be cancelled from 14.12.2018 to 15.02.2019 , due to foggy weather have been restored as under:
The 54059 Delhi-Shamli Passenger train has beenrestored with immediate effect i.e. from 15.01.2019, while the 54060 Shamli-Delhi passenger train will be restored from 16.01.2019.

Kawad Yatra would start from August 1 and the devotees will pay obeisance at various Shiva temples on August 12.

Muzaffarnagar: Northern Railway today announced that it would run three special trains for Kawad Yatra which is slated to begin on August 1.

Two trains would run daily from Delhi to Haridwar via Shamli while another special train would run daily via Hapur from August 1 to August 12.

Kawadias are Lord Shiva devotees who gather at Haridwar every year to take a dip and collect water of river Ganga to offer to Lord Shiva.

Kawad Yatra would start from August 1 and the devotees will pay obeisance at various Shiva temples on August 12.

HON’BLE MINISTER OF STATE FOR RAILWAYS FLAGS OFF NEW DEMU TRAIN BETWEEN SHAMLI AND DELHI JN. AND LAYS FOUNDATION STONE FOR ADDITIONAL FACILITIES FOR RAIL PASSENGERS & FACE-LIFT OF SHAMLI RAILWAY STATION ON 07.07.2015


Hon’ble Minister of State for Railways Shri Manoj Sinha flagged off the new pair of DEMU trains no.74025/74026 BetweenDelhi Jn. And Shamli at a simple ceremony held at Shamli station o­n 07.07.2015. o­n the same occasion, he also laid the foundation stone for provision of additional facilities for rail passengers besides face-lift of Shamli station. Shri Hukum Singh, Hon’ble Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha, was the Guest of Honour o­n the occasion. Shri Suresh Rana and Shri Rajiv Gumber, Hon’ble Members of Legislative Assembly, Uttar Pradesh were the other distinguished guests present at the ceremony. Senior Officers from the Railways present o­n the occasion were Shri A.K.Puthia, General Manager, Northern Railway and Shri Arun Arora, Divisional Railway Manager, Northern Railway, Delhi.

Commencing regular services from 08.07.2015, Train no.74025/74026 DEMU BetweenDelhi Jn. And Shamli (6 Days A Week except Saturday)shall run as per the following programme:-

The 74025Delhi Jn.- Shamli DEMU Train(6 Days A Week except Saturday)will depart fromDelhi Jn.at 04.05 a.m. to arriveShamliat 07.30 a.m. the same day while in the return direction the 74026Shamli- Delhi Jn. DEMU Train(6 Days A Week except Saturday)will depart fromShamliat 09.55 a.m. to reachDelhi Jn.at 01.20 p.m. the same day.

The 74025/74026Delhi Jn.- Shamli- Delhi Jn. DEMU train (6 Days A Week except Saturday)will stop at Delhi Shahdara, Behta Hazipur, Noli, Nusratabad Khar Khari H, Gotra Halt, Fakharpur Halt, Khekra, Sunhera Halt, Ahera Halt, Baghpat Road, Sujra Halt, Alawalpur Idrispur, Barka Halt, Baraut, Baoli Halt, Qasimpur Kheri, Bhudpur Halt, Asara Halt, Ailum Halt, Kandhla, Khandrawali Halt & Gujaran Balwa Halt stations enroute in both the directions.

INTRODUCTION OF NEW 74025/74026 DEMU TRAIN (6 DAYS A WEEK) BETWEEN DELHI JN. AND SHAMLI FROM 08.07.2015

For the convenience of passengers, Northern Railway has decided to introduce one pair of new DEMU  Train no. 74025/74026  Between Delhi Jn. And Shamli (6 Days A Week except Saturday)from 08.07.2015 as per the following programme:-

The 74025 Delhi Jn.- Shamli DEMU Train (6 Days A Week except Saturday) will depart from Delhi Jn. at 04.05 a.m. to arrive Barautat 07.30 a.m. the same day while in the return direction the 74026 Shamli- Delhi Jn. DEMU Train (6 Days A Week except Saturday) will depart from Shamli at 09.55 a.m. to reach Delhi Jn. at 01.20 p.m. the same day from 08.07.2015.

The 74027/74028 Delhi Jn.- Shamli- Delhi Jn.
