SUNDAY PATTERN OF WORKING FOR PRS CENTRES ON THE DAY OF RAMZAN FESTIVAL

The Computerised Passenger Reservation Centres in Chennai Division of Southern Railway will function for o­nly o­ne shift, similar to Sunday pattern of working (08.00 hrs. to 14.00 hrs), on 26.06.2017, Monday, o­n account of Ramzan festival.

South Central Railway to run Two Ramzan Special Trains between Hyderabad and Vizianagaram

In order to clear extra rush of Passengers during Ramzan festival, SCR will run two Ramzan special trains between Hyderabad and Vizianagaram as detailed below:-

Accordingly, Train No. 07729 Hyderabad – Vizianagaram Special Train will depart Hyderabad at 21:00 hrs on 17th July, 2015 depart Secunderabad at 21:40 hrs and arrive Vizianagaram at 12:15 hrs on the next day.

In the return direction, Train No. 07730 Vizianagaram – Hyderabad Special Train will depart Vizianagaram at 15:00 hrs on 18th July, 2015 arrive Secunderabad at 05:30 hrs and arrive Hyderabad at 06:15 hrs on the next day.

Enroute, these special trains will stop at Nalgonda, Miryalaguda, Nadikude, Piduguralla, Sattennapalle, Guntur, Vijayawada, Eluru, Tadepallegudem, Rajahmundry, Samalkot, Annavaram, Tuni, Anakapalli, Duvvada, Visakhapatnam, Simhachalam and Kothavalasa stations in both directions.

These special trains will have 15 coaches viz, one AC II Tier, one AC III Tier, seven Sleeper Class, four General Second Class and two Luggage cum Brake Van Coaches.

I. SUNDAY PATTERN OF WORKING FOR PRS CENTRES ON THE DAY OF RAMZAN FESTIVAL

The Computerised Passenger Reservation Centres in Chennai Division of Southern Railway will function for only one shift, similar to Sunday pattern of working (08.00 hrs. to 14.00 hrs), on 18.07.2015, Saturday, on account of Ramzan festival.

SCR to run Ramzan Special Train from Secunderabad to Kakinada Port

In order to clear extra rush of Passengers for Ramzan festival, SCR will run one Ramzan special train from to Secunderabad to Kakinada Port via Vijayawada as detailed below:-

Train No. 07728 Secunderabad - Kakinada Port Special Train will depart Secunderabad at 16:30 hrs on 16th July, 2015 and arrive Kakinada Port at 04:45 hrs on the next day.
Enroute, this special train will stop at Jangaon, Kazipet, Warangal, Dornakal, Khammam, Madhira, Vijayawada, Eluru, Tadepalligudem, Nidadavolu, Rajahmundry, Samalkot and Kakinada Town stations.

This special train will have 16 coaches viz, ten Sleeper Class, four General Second Class and two Luggage cum Brake Van Coaches.
