TRAVELLING KIT AVAILABLE AT HUBBALLI RAILWAY STATION

Trains are considered as second home for passengers.  In fact, the homely environment of trains makes  them the most preferred mode of transport for travelers.  Passengers, especially those who undertake long distance journeys, have to carry various things along with them to fulfil their needs while travelling. Toiletries like soap, toothpaste, toothbrush etc. are   such things needed to fresh up during the journey. All such toiletries needed to  freshen up are now made available in "Travelling Kit"  at Multipurpose stall in platform no. 2 of Hubballi railway station. Separate kits are available for men and women and each such kit costs Rs.49 .  The common items available in both kits are o­ne tooth paste, o­ne tooth brush, o­ne tongue cleaner, o­ne soap, o­ne shampoo sachet, o­ne comb, o­ne talcum powder, o­ne hair oil sachet.  In addition to this, the men’s kit contains o­ne ready razor while the women’s kit contains two hairpins, two hairbands and a bunch of safety pins. 

Passengers are responding well to this idea, for the ease it brings in.  It is planned to make this traveling kits available in Multipurpose stalls of other big stations also.

Railway is committed to make the passenger journey comfortable in every aspect and such initiatives will definitely go a long way  in achieving the goal of smooth travel.
