MEGA BLOCK on 26.3.2017

Central Railway will operate Mega Block o­n its suburban sections for carrying out maintenance work on 26.3.2017.

THANE-MATUNGA UP SLOW LINE FROM 11.20 AM TO 04.20 PM

All Up slow line services leaving Thane from 10.58 am to 4.19 pm will be diverted o­n Up fast line between Thane and Matunga stations halting at Mulund, Bhandup, Vikhroli, Ghatkopar, Kurla and Sion and further re-diverted o­n Up slow line from Matunga. Up slow line services will not be available at Nahur, Kanjurmarg and Vidyavihar stations.  Passengers of these stations are permissted to travel via Bhandup/Vikhroli/Kurla stations.

Dn fast /semi-fast services leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus from 10.08 am to 2.42 pm will halt at Ghatkopar, Vikhroli, Bhandup, Mulund and Diva stations in addition to their respective scheduled halts and arrive destination 20 minutes behind schedule.

Up fast/semi-fast services leaving Thane from 11.22 am to 3.28 pm will halt at Diva, Mulund, Bhandup, Vikhroli, Ghatkopar and Kurla stations in addition to their respective scheduled halts and will arrive destination 15 minutes behind schedule.

All slow line services leaving/arriving Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus between 11.00 am and 5.30 pm will arrive destination 10 minutes behind schedule.

All Mail / Express trains arriving Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus will arrive destination 15 minutes behind schedule during the block period.

CHHATRAPATI SHIVAJI TERMINUS – CHUNABHATTI / MAHIM DN HARBOUR LINE FROM 11.40 AM TO 4.40 PM &

CHUNABHATTI / MAHIM - CHHATRAPATI SHIVAJI TERMINUS UP HARBOUR LINE FROM 11.10 AM TO 4.10 PM

Dn Harbour line services to Vashi / Belapur /Panvel leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai from 11.21 am to 4.39 pm and Dn Harbour line services to Bandra/Andheri Leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus from 10.38 am to 4.43 pm will remain suspended. 

Up Harbour line services for Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai leaving Panvel/Belapur/Vashi from 9.52 am to 3.26 pm and Up Harbour line services leaving   Bandra/Andheri from 10.44 am to 4.13 pm will remain suspended.

However, Special services will be run between Panvel and Kurla (Platform No.8) during the block period.

Harbour line passengers are permitted to travel via Main Line and Western Railway from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm during block period.            

Due to these blocks, suburban trains are likely to be more crowded than usual. Passengers are requested not to take any risks while travelling. They are also requested to avoid travelling o­n foot board, roof top of locals and not to board extremely over crowded trains. Passengers are requested to bear with the Railway Administration for the inconvenience caused.
