Mumbai Local Train Movement News

Due to heavy rains early morning on June 21, wate rlogging on railway tracks occured at Mazgaon, Vidyavihar, Vikhroli, Bhandup and Thane on main line section. All Up and Down fast line services on main line were suspended from 5.53 am to 7.15 am.

Down fast line services are diverted on the slow line between Chatrapati Shivaji Terminus and Mulund station and further on proper Down fast line. Up fast line services were diverted on the slow line between Mulund and CST because of bunching of Mail and Express trains.

Harbour and Transharbour line trains were running late by 10-15 minutes.

Trains were running 30 to 40 minutes behind schedule on main line.

Continuous announcements were made about the delay in running of suburban services to inform passengers, a CR spokesman, added.
