Today's Cancelled Trains
NO MEGA BLOCK ON Central, Harbour, Western lines
Mumbai, Dec 6: The commuters of Mumbai local trains will take a sigh of relief as no mega block will be taken on Suburban Sections of Central and Harbour Railway line and Western Railway line on Sunday December 6. Due to floods, three trains (11041 CST-Chennai Central Express, 12163 Dadar-Chennai Egmore Express, 11027 CST-Chennai Central Mail) heading towards Chennai have been cancelled.
A Jumbo block was carried from 00.10 hrs to 04.10 hrs on Up Through line (i.e. fast line) and from 00.25 hrs to 04.25 hrs on Dn through line (i.e. fast line) during the night falling between Friday and Saturday between Santacruz and Dadar stations for maintenance of track, signaling and overhead equipment. Hence there will no jumbo block on this Sunday 6 December, 2015 on Western Railway’s suburban section.
Meanwhile, BEST Undertaking has decided to run eight additional Buses on Saturday Evening & 35 Special Bus Services on Sunday Morning for Citizens comming to Chaitya Bhoomi / Shivaji Park, Dadar (W) in Mumbai City for Dr.Babasaheb Ambedkar’s Mahaparinirvan Din.
