EASTERN.RAILWAY PROVIDES MORE ACCOMMODATION TO SECOND CLASS SITTING PASSENGERS

Kolkata, 29 July, 2015:-

To provide more accommodation to the second class sitting passengers, Eastern Railway has arranged to convert Sleeper Class coaches of some trains to second class unreserved & reserved coaches during day journey.

As such, out of two Sleeper Class coaches of 53175 Sealdah-Lalgola Passenger, o­ne is being converted to unreserved second class and o­ne to reserved second class coach.

In 53178 Lalgola-Sealdah Passenger, out of three Sleeper Class coaches, two are converted as unreserved second class and o­ne to reserved second class coach. 

Reservation charges is Rs. 15/- o­nly for the reserved coaches.

Besides, three Sleeper Class coaches of 13063 Howrah-Balurghat Exp., two Sleeper Class coaches of 13418 Malda Town-Digha Exp. & both the Sleeper Class coaches of 13241 Banka-Rajendranagar Exp. will be treated as second class reserved coaches from the first week of September, 2015.
