Southern Railway has announced regulation of train services on July 21 for six hours from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. to facilitate construction of a limited use subway between Manapparai and Chettiapatti in Tiruchi–Dindigul section.
- The Tirunelveli–Mayiladuthurai passenger (56822) will be partially cancelled between Dindigul and Tiruchi and will return from Dindigul as train no. 56821 to Tirunelveli.
- The Mayiladuthurai–Tirunelveli passenger (56821) will be partially cancelled between Tiruchi and Dindigul and will return from Tiruchi to Mayiladuthurai as train no. 56822.
- The Guruvayur–Chennai Egmore Express will be regulated and delayed at Dindigul for 85 minutes and arrive late at Tiruchi.
- The Chennai Egmore–Guruvayur Express will be regulated and delayed at Kolatur for 43 minutes.
- The Nagercoil- Kacheguda Weekly Express will be regulated and delayed at Dindigul for 35 minutes, a Southern Railway release here said.
On July 21 for six hours from 9 a.m.to 3 p.m.
