MEGA BLOCK o­n 10.8.2014

Central Railway will operate Mega Block o­n its suburban sections for carrying out maintenance work o­n Sunday 10.8.2014: -

MATUNGA-MULUND DN FAST LINE FROM 10.45 AM TO 3.15 PM

Dn fast line services leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus from 10.08 am to 2.51 pm will be diverted o­n DN slow line at Matunga, halting at all stations from Sion to Mulund and arrive destination 20 Minutes behind schedule. Fast line services beyond Thane will be re-diverted o­n Dn fast line proper. 

Up fast line services leaving Thane from 10.46 am to 3.25 pm will halt at Mulund, Bhandup, Vikhroli, Ghatkopar and Kurla stations in addition to their respective scheduled halts and arrive destination 15 minutes behind schedule.


All slow locals arriving and leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus between 11.00 am to 4.30 pm will arrive destination 15 minutes behind schedule.

KURLA-CHHATRAPATI SHIVAJI TERMINUS UP HARBOUR LINE &

VADALA ROAD-MAHIM UP AND DN BOTH LINES FROM 11.30 AM TO 3.30 PM

Dn Harbour line services to Bandra/Andheri leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus from 10.20 am to 3.33 pm and Up Harbour line services from Bandra/Andheri towards Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus leaving Bandra from 10.40 am to 3.17 pm will remain suspended.

Up Harbour line services towards Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus leaving Kurla from 11.08 am to 3.20 pm will run via Main line between Kurla and Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus. These local trains will not halt at Currey Road and Chinchpokli stations.

All Up and Dn Harbour line services leaving and arriving Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus between 11.00 am and 5.00 pm will arrive destination about 10 minutes behind schedule.

Harbour line passengers for Bandra/ Andheri are permitted to travel Via Main line and Western Railway from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm

As a result of this, suburban trains are likely to be more crowded than usual. Passengers are requested not to take any risks while travelling. They are also requested to avoid travelling o­n footboard, rooftop of locals and not to board extremely over crowded trains. Passengers are requested to bear with the Railway Administration for the inconvenience caused.
