SPECIAL TRAFFIC AND POWER BLOCK FOR NEW PLATFORM AT PAREL o­n 17.6.2018
Central Railway will carry out the work of slewing of existing down local line from Km 7.779 to km 8.671 and connecting with pre laid new track between Parel and Dadar stations and commissioning of New Down local line platform at Parel station o­n 17.6.2018 (Sunday) from 9.30 am to 05.30 pm.(8 hours)
Due to this work the train running pattern will be as under:-
Diversion of Suburban Services
Dn slow line suburban services leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus from 9.05 am to 5.24 pm will be diverted o­n Dn fast line between Byculla and Matunga stations halting at Parel (double halt), Dadar and Matunga stations and further re-diverted to Dn local line.
Dn suburban services will not be available at Chinchpoli and Curry Road stations. However passengers of these stations are permitted to travel via Parel.
Additional Halts
Dn fast/semi fast services leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus from 9.29 am to 4.45 pm will halt at Kurla, Ghatkopar, Vikhroli, Bhandup, Mulund and Diva stations in addition to their respective schedule halts and will arrive destination 20 minutes behind schedule.
Up fast/semi fast locals leaving Kalyan/Thane from 9.07/9.30 am to 4.02 pm will halt at Diva, Mulund, Bhandup, Vikhroli, Ghatkopar and Kurla stations in addition to their respective scheduled halts and will arrive destination 15 minutes behind schedule.
All Dn and Up slow line services leaving / arriving Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus between 9.30 am to 5.30 pm will arrive destination 10 minutes behind schedule.
Passengers are requested to kindly bear with administration for the inconvenience caused. Such special traffic blocks are essential for infrastructure enhancement for passenger convenience.
