Result of Provisionally Shortlisted candidates for Document Verification to the post of ASM & Goods Guard against Notification No. 03/2016/GDCE

1. Based on the performance of the candidate in the Written Examination & Aptitude Test for the post of ASM and Written Examination only for the post of Goods Guard, RRC/NR has shortlisted 412 candidates provisionally to appear before the Document Verification Committee for Verification of Documents and Genuineness of their candidature at Railway Recruitment Cell, Lajpat Nagar- I, New Delhi- 110024 w.e.f. 23.10.2017 to 27.10.2017. E-Admit cards for document verification with necessary detail of Date, Time, Shift & Venue etc would be available on RRC website w.e.f. 09.10.2017 and same need to be downloaded by candidates with instructions. SMS Alerts are being sent to the provisionally shortlisted candidates on their registered mobile numbers. No separate intimation for Document Verification will be sent to candidates by post. PDF file link containing 412 candidate’s roll numbers arranged in ascending order is available along with your status. All Candidates to note that detail of marks secured and response sheet etc. would be available on RRC on completion of selection process.

3. This list includes around 50% EXTRA candidates over and above the number of advertised vacancies for the post of ASM & Goods Guard. The purpose of calling these extra candidates for document verification is primarily to make good any shortfall arising due to various reasons during formation of panel.

4. All the shortlisted candidate are advised to bring the following Original Certificates/ Documents and Caste Certificate on the prescribed format as available on RRC website without fail for producing the same before the DV Committee.  (a) Matriculation/ High School Examination Certificate or Equivalent Certificate for proof of Date Of Birth etc. (b) Pre Degree/10+2/Higher Secondary/Inter certificate as the case be. (c) Certificate & Mark Sheet of Graduation/Degree. (d) Caste Certificate in prescribed format as per the Annexure available on RRC website (e) Upper portion of E- Admit Card of Written Examination, Aptitude Test as applicable. (f) E-Admit Card of Document Verification. (g) Three passport size colored photograph as uploaded with the Online Application.

5. Candidates are required to submit an Affidavit to the DV committee duly executed before First Class Magistrate or Notary in the case of any variation in spelling of Name, Father’s Name etc. on the Online Application, Original Certificates /Documents and Service particulars etc.

6. One set of clear & legible self attested photocopies of all the original certificates & documents mentioned above.

7. Candidates to note that their candidature is liable to be CANCELLED in case of failure to produce the above mentioned original certificates/documents on the Date of Document Verification.

8. Furnishing false information, separation of information or using of unfair means at any stage of examination will rendered the candidate disqualified and will be debarred from appearing in any selection or appointment in Railway/Govt. Service & if appointed the service of such candidates is liable to be terminated subsequently.

9. Merely calling a candidate for Document Verification does not in any way entitled him/her to an appointment to the advertised posts of ASM /Goods Guards in the Railways. The candidature of all the mentioned candidates is purely provisional and subject to verification / correctness of the information submitted at various stages of selection process and fulfilling the eligibility criteria in all respects.

10. Candidates are advised to be in contact with RRC website for all information and follow the instructions on the subject as and when given during the process.

11. Every care has been taken in preparing the above result by RRC/DLI and RRC right is reserved to rectify any inadvertent error/typographical mistake/printing mistake.
