Four Special Trains between Tirupati and Kakinada Town

In order to clear extra rush of Passengers in view of Bramhotsavam at Tirumala & Dussehra Festival, South Central Railway will run four Special trains between Tirupati - Kakinada Town as detailed below.

Accordingly, Train No. 07942 Tirupati - Kakinada Town  special train will depart Tirupati  at 19:00 hrs o­n 27th   and 29th   September, 2017   and arrive Kakinada Town at 05:30 hrs o­n the next day

In the return direction, Train No. 07941 Kakinada Town-Tirupatispecial train will depart Kakinada Town at 19:00 hrs o­n 26thand 28thSeptember, 2017and arrive Tirupati at 06:20 hrs o­n the next day.

Enroute, these special trains will stop at Renigunta, Sri Kalahasti, Gudur, Nellore,  o­ngole, Tenali, Vijayawada, Eluru, Tadepalligudem, Rajahmundry and Samalkot in both the directions.

These Trains will have AC II Tier, AC III Tier, II Sleeper, II  General and Luggage Cum Brake van Coaches

18 Weekly Special Trains between Santragachi(Kolkata)- Chennai Central via Vijayawada

In order to clear extra rush of passengers, eighteen special fare weekly  special trains will be run between  Santragachi (Kolkata) - Chennai Central  as detailed below:-

Accordingly, Train No. 02841 Santragachi-Chennai Central Special Train will depart Santragachi at 12:40 hrs o­n  1st , 8th , 15th , 22nd , 29th October, 5th , 12th , 19th  and  26th November, 2017 (Sundays)and arrive Chennai Central at 15:20 hrs o­n Mondays.

In the return direction, Train No. 02842 Chennai Central-Santragachi Special Train will depart Chennai Central at 18:20 hrs on  2nd , 9th , 16th, 23rd , 30th October, 6th , 13th , 20th and 27th November,2017 (Mondays) and arrive Santragachi at 23:30 hrs o­n Tuesdays.  

Enroute these special trains will stop at Gudur, Nellore,  Vijayawada, Rajahmundry, Duvvada, Vishakapatnam,Khurda Road, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Bhadrak and Kharagpur stations in both the directions.

These trains will have  AC III Tier,  Sleeper Class and  Luggage cum Brake Van Coaches.     

*All These above trains will run as special fare trains.
