MORE 1,24,960 BERTHS & 8064 SEATS GENERATED FOR PASSENGERS
Kolkata, September 21, 2017.

To cope up with the expected rush of passengers during ensuing Puja festival, Eastern Railway will run 12 (twelve) Howrah – Nautanwa - Howrah Janasadharan weekly Puja Special and 12(twelve) Bhagalpur – Anand Vihar – Bhagalpur weekly puja special. As a result, 10872 berths and 3744 seats will be generated. Therefore, a total of 1,24,960 berths and 8064 seats will be generated for the travelling public by this year puja specials.
03067 Howrah- Nautanwa Janasadharan weekly Puja special will leave Howrah station at 22.50 hrs o­n every Sunday between 24.9.2017 & 29.10.2017 (6 trips) and 03068 Nautanwa-Howrah Janasadharan weekly  Puja special will leave Nautanwa at 23.45 hrs o­n every Monday  between 25.9.2017 & 30.10.2017 (6 trips). The train will have general second class coaches o­nly.
04001 Bhagalpur – Anand Vihar weekly puja special will leave Bhagalpur at 15.00 hrs o­n every Friday between 22.9.2017 & 27.10.2017 (6 trips) and 04002 Anand Vihar – Bhagalpur weekly puja special will leave Anand Vihar at 16.55 hrs o­n every Thursday  between 21.9.2017 & 26.10.2017 (6 trips). The train will have general second class , AC chair car and AC 3-Tier coaches.
 It may be mentioned that besides above, running of 156 Puja specials have already been declared by this railway this year for different directions between Howrah & Ramnagar, Howrah &  Anand Vihar, Sealdah & Ajmer, Sealdah & Anand Vihar, Howrah & Raxaul, Kolkata & Chhapra, Asansol & Patna, Malda Town & Haridwar, Kolkata & Lucknow, Howrah & Jammu Tawi, Kolkata & Indore, Kolkata & Haridwar, Sealdah & Puri  and Kolkata & Puri with generation of 1,14,088 berths and 4320 seats for the passengers.
