Continuation of Yesvantpur-Ernakulam-Yesvantpur Weekly Tatkal Express Special

Railway has decided to continue the service of Train No. 06547/06548, Yesvantpur-Ernakulam-Yesvantpur Weekly Tatkal Express Special for 13 more trips in each direction to clear extra rush of passengers.

Accordingly, Train No. 06547, Yesvatpur-Ernakulam Weekly Tatkal Express Special departs Yesvantpur at 22:45 hourson every Tuesdsy with effect from 03rd October, 2017 to 26th December, 2017 (Total 13 Trips) and reaches Ernakulam at 10:30 hrs., the next day. Enroute, the train has stoppages at Krishnarajapuram, Bangarpet, Tirupattur, Salem, Erode, Tiruppur, Coimbatore, Palghat, Ottapalam, Thrisur, Aluva and Ernakulam Town.

 In return direction, Train No. 06548, Ernakulam-Yesvantpur Weekly Tatkal Express Special departs Ernakulam at 14:45 hours on every Wednesday with effect from 04th October, 2017 to 27th December, 2017 and reaches Yesvantpur at 04:30 hours , the next day. Enroute, the train has stoppages at Aluva, Thrisur, Ottapalam, Palghat, Coimbatore, Tiruppur, Erode, Salem, Tirupattur, Bangarpet and Krishnarajapuram.

 The train composition will have 13 coaches comprising of ONE AC-2 tier coach, TWO AC-3 tier coaches, EIGHT Second class Sleeper coaches and TWO Second Class Luggage-cum-Brakevan with Disabled friendly compartment.

Continuation of Kacheguda-Krishnarajapuram- Kacheguda Weekly Special with Special fare

Railway has decided to continue the service of Train No. 07603/07604, Kacheguda-Krishnarajapuram-Kacheguda Weekly Special with Special fare for 5 more trips in each directionto clear extra rush of passengers.

Accordingly, Train No. 07603, Kacheguda-Krishnarajapuram Weekly Special with special fare departs Kacheguda at 18:00 hours on every Sunday with effect from 01st October, 2017 to 29th October, 2017 (Total 05 trips) and reaches Krishnarajapuram at 06:00 hours, the next day. 

In return direction, Train No. 07604, Krishnarajapuram-Kacheguda Weekly Special with special fare departs Krishnarajapuram at 15:25 hours on every Monday with effect from 02nd October, 2017 to 30th October, 2017 (Total 05 trips) and reaches Kacheguda at 06:55 hours, the next day. 

Enroute, the train has stoppages at Jadcherla, Mahabubnagar, Gadwal, Kurnool Town, Dhone, Gooty, Anantapur, Dharmavaram, Satya Sai Prasanthi Nilayam, Penukonda, Hindupur and Yelhanka in both directions. 

The train composition will have 15 coaches comprising of ONE AC-2 tier coach, THREEAC-3 tier coaches, NINE Second class Sleeper coaches and TWO Second Class Luggage-cum-Brakevan. 

Cancellation of trains

The following trains are cancelled due to delay in restoration work in flood affected sections over North Frontier Railway:

1.Train No. 12552, Kamakhya-Yesvantpur AC Superfast Express Journey commencing from Kamakhya on 27th September,2017 and 04th October, 2017 will remain cancel.

2.Train No. 12551, Yesvantpur-Kamakhya AC Superfast Express Journey commencing from Yesvantpur on 30th September, 2017 and 07th October, 2017 will remain cancel.

3.Train No. 12510, Guwahati-Bengaluru Cantonment Express Journey commencing from Guwahati on 24th September, 2017 will remain cancel.

 Restoration of train services

The service of train No. 12510, Guwahati-Bengaluru Cantonment Expresswill be restored with effect from 25th September, 2017.The service of train No. 12509, Bengaluru Cantonment-Guwahati Express will be restored with effect from 27th September, 2017.

 Speeding up of trains 

Train No. 16201/16202, KSR Bengaluru-Shivamogga Town-KSR Bengaluru Daily Express will be converted into Superfast Express duly speeding up with effect from 15th October, 2017 from KSR Bengaluru end and 16th October, 2017 from Shivamogga Town end with change in Train Number as 20651/20652, KSR Bengaluru-Shivamogga Town-KSR Bengaluru Daily Superfast Express.
