SPECIAL TRAINS TO VELANKANNI FESTIVAL -SOUTH CENTRAL RAILWAY

Special Trains For Velankani Festival

In order to clear extra rush of passengers attending Velankani Festival, six Special Trains will be run between Secunderabad-Velankini, Velankini - Vijayawada and Kakinada Port - Vijayawada as per the following schedule:-     

1.Secunderabad - Velankini – Secunderabad Special Trains (02 Services): 

• Train No. 07060  Secunderabad - Velankini special train will depart Secunderabad at 07:30 hrs o­n 5th September, 2017 (Tuesday) and arrive Velankini at 09:35 hrs o­n the next day (Wednesday). In the return direction, 
• Train No. 07059  Velankini - Secunderabad special train will depart Velankini at 18:45 hrs o­n 9th September, 2017 (Saturday) and arrive Secunderabad at 20:05 hrs o­n the next day (Sunday).
• Enroute, these special trains will stop at Jangaon, Kazipet, Warangal, Khammam, Vijayawada, Tenali, Nidubrolu,  Bapatla, Chirala, o­ngole, Kavali, Nellure, Gudur, Renigunta, Katpadi, Villupuram, Tirupadrippuliyur, Cuddalore Port, Chidambaram, Myladuturai,  Thiruvarur and Nagapattinam stations in both directions.The Special Trains will consist of 10 coaches viz., o­ne AC III Tier, seven Sleeper Class and two Luggage cum Brake van Coaches.  

2.Velankini – Vijayawada - Velankini Special Trains (02 Services): 

• Train No. 07413 Velankini - Vijayawada special train will depart Velankini at 12:50 hrs o­n 6th September, 2017 (Wednesday) and arrive Vijayawada at 07:30 hrs o­n the next day (Thursday).In the opposite direction, 
• Train No. 07412 Vijayawada - Velankini  special train will depart Vijayawada at 15:10 hrs o­n 8th September, 2017 (Friday) and arrive Velankini at 12:25 hrs o­n the next day (Saturday).
• Enroute, these special trains will stop at  Nagapattnam, Thiruvarur, Myladuturai, Chidambaram, Cuddalore Port, Tirupadrippuliyur, Villupuram, Katpadi, Renigunta, Gudur, Nellure, Kavali, o­ngole, Chirala, Bapatla, Nidubrolu and Tenali stations in both directions. The Special Trains will consist of 20 coaches viz., two AC III Tier, fourteen Sleeper Class and four Luggage cum Brake van Coaches.     

3.Kakinada Port - Vijayawada– Kakinada Port Special Trains (02 Services):

• Train No. 07061 Kakinada Port - Vijayawada special train will depart Kakinada Port at 09:00 hrs o­n 5th September, 2017 (Tuesday) and arrive Vijayawada at 13:30 hrs o­n the same day (Tuesday).In the opposite direction, 
• Train No. 07062 Vijayawada - Kakinada Port  special train will depart Vijayawada at 13:45 hrs o­n 10th September, 2017 (Sunday) and arrive Kakinada Port at 18:00 hrs o­n the same day  (Sunday)
• Enroute, these special trains will stop at  Kakinada Town, Samalkot, Rajahmundry, Nidadhavolu, Tadepalligudem and Eluru stations in both directions.
• The Special Trains will consist of 10 coaches viz., o­ne AC III Tier, seven Sleeper Class and two Luggage cum Brake van Coaches.
