HEAVY RAINFALL & WATER LOGGING IN GUJARAT AFFECTS RAILWAY TRAFFIC SOME TRAINS HAVE BEEN CANCELLED/ SHORT - TERMINATED/ PARTIALLY CANCELLED/ DIVERTED

The heavy rainfall experienced in Gujarat and the water released from Machhu dam has resulted in water logging at various parts of the state, causing washout of tracks in certain sections, thereby causing some W.Rly trains to be cancelled/diverted/partial cancelled/short terminated, as follows:-

Short-terminated / Partially Cancelled Trains :

1.Train No. 16335 Gandhidham – Nagercoil Express of 28th July, 2017 will depart from Ahmedabad instead of Gandhidham and will remain cancelled between Gandhidham & Ahmedabad.

2.Train No.54803 Jodhpur – Ahmedabad Passenger of 28th, 29th & 30th July, 2017 will be short terminated at Abu Road and will be cancelled between Abu Road - Ahmedabad.

3.Train No.54805 Ahmedabad – Jaipur Passenger of 28th, 29th & 30th July, 2017 will be cancelled between Ahmedabad - Abu Road.

4.Train No. 54806 Jaipur – Ahmedabad Passenger of 28th, 29th& 30th July, 2017 will be cancelled between Abu Road - Ahmedabad.

Trains Re - Scheduled:

1.Train No. 22451 Bandra Terminus – ChandigarhExpress of 27th July, 2017 is re-scheduled to depart at 19.00 hrs instead of 12.15 hrs.

2.Train No. 19708 Jaipur - Bandra Terminus Aravali Express of 27th July, 2017 is re-scheduled at 10.40 hrs instead of 08.40 hrs.

Diversion of Train :
1.Train No.22955 Bandra Terminus – Bhuj Express of 27th July, 2017will run o­n diverted route via Ahmedabad - Palanpur – Bhildi.

2.Train No.22955 Bandra Terminus – Bhuj Express of 28th & 29thJuly, 2017 will run o­n diverted route via Palanpur – Samakhiali Jn.

3.Train No.22956 Bhuj – Bandra Terminus Express of 27th July, 2017 will run o­n diverted route via Bhildi - Palanpur – Ahmedabad.

4.Train No.22956 Bhuj – Bandra Terminus Express of 28th & 29th July, 2017 will run o­n diverted route via Samakhiali Jn. - Palanpur

5.Train No. 12993 Gandhidham – Puri Express of 28th July, 2017 will run o­n diverted route via Samakhiali Jn. - Palanpur.

6.Train No. 14312 Bhuj – Bareilly Express of 27th July, 2017 will run o­n diverted route via Bhildi – Palanpur.

7.Train no. 14311 Bareilly – Bhuj Express of 27th July, 2017 will run o­n diverted route via Palanpur – Bhildi.
