Central Railway will operate Mega Block on its suburban sections for carrying out maintenance work on 16.07.2017:
VIKHROLI-DIVA DN SLOW LINE FROM 11.30 AM TO 4.30 PM
- All Dn slow services leaving Ghatkopar from 10.56 am to 4.33 pm will be diverted on Dn fast line between Vikhroli and Diva stations halting at, Vikhroli, Bhandup, Mulund and Thane stations and further re-diverted to Dn slow line at Diva station.
- Dn slow services will not be available at Kanjurmarg, Nahur, Kalva and Mumbra stations. Passengers of these stations are allowed to travel via Vikhroli/Bhandup/Mulund/Thane/Diva during the block period.
- All Up fast services leaving Kalyan from 11.22 am to 4.02 pm will halt at Diva, Mulund, Bhandup, Vikhroli and Ghatkopar stations in addition to their respective scheduled halts and will arrive destination 15 minutes behind schedule.
- All Dn fast services leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai from 10.48 am to 2.54 pm will halt at Ghatkopar, Vikhroli, Bhandup, Mulund and Diva stations in addition to their respective scheduled halts and will arrive destination 20 minutes behind schedule.
- All slow services arriving and leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai between 11.00 am and 5.00 pm will arrive destination 10 minutes behind schedule.
KURLA - VASHI UP AND DN HARBOUR LINES FROM 11.10 AM TO 4.10 PM.
- Dn Harbour line services to Panvel/Belapur/Vashi leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus from 10.35 am to 3.37 pm and Up Harbour line services for Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus leaving Panvel/Belapur/Vashi from 10.20 am to 3.48 pm will remain suspended.
- However special local trains will run on Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus - Kurla and Vashi - Panvel sections during the block period.
- Harbour Line passengers are permitted to travel via Trans-Harbour / Main Line from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm.
- As a result of this, suburban trains are likely to be more crowded than usual. Passengers are requested not to take any risks while travelling. They are also requested to avoid travelling on footboard, rooftop of locals and not to board extremely over crowded trains. Passengers are requested to bear with the Railway Administration for the inconvenience caused.
