MORE PASSENGER AMENITIES IN METRO RAILWAY, NEW ESCALATOR INAUGURATED AT ESPLANADE METRO STATION
Kolkata, 10th April, 2017:
Metro Railway, Kolkata has undertaken lot of initiatives with a view to provide more amenities to the commuters. As part of this programme, a new escalator was commissioned at Esplanade Metro Station today i.e. on 10.04.2017 which was inaugurated by a lady commuter Smt. Subhra Das. This is the 7th escalator of Esplanade Metro Station, platform to Mezzanine (North side). The new escalator will provide lot of convenience to the Metro passengers in general and aged commuters in particular.
