Absorption of Motormen in Metro Railway, Kolkata on loan basis

On continuous persuasions by our aforementioned affiliate, Metro Railway Administration vide their letter No.MRTS/E.322/13(TR)/MotorMan/Loan Basis/Pt. III dated 0912.2015(photocopy enclosed), followed by reminder dated 24.03.2016, has sought decision of the Railway Board regarding permanent absorption of Motorman working in Metro Railway on loan basis as per submission of their options in Metro Railway…..

Sub: Absorption of Motormen in Metro Railway, Kolkata on loan basis

The above issue was raised by our Metro Railway, Kolkata, affiliate – MTPRMU in their Zonal PNM vide item No.03 on 03.12.2015.

Thereafter, the issue of restoration of recruitment of Motormen in Metro Railway, Kolkata,  through RRB was discussed by the AIRF in its PNM Meeting vide item   No.02/2015, wherein it was decided to address the problem in right perspective.

On continuous persuasions by our aforementioned affiliate, Metro Railway Administration vide their letter No.MRTS/E.322/13(TR)/MotorMan/Loan Basis/Pt. III dated 0912.2015(photocopy enclosed), followed by reminder dated 24.03.2016, has sought decision of the Railway Board regarding permanent absorption of Motorman working in Metro Railway on loan basis as per submission of their options in Metro Railway.

The Board are, therefore, requested to communicate necessary sanction to Metro Railway Kolkata for absorption of Motorman working in Metro Railway.

An early action in the matter shall be highly appreciated.
