SOUTH CENTRAL RAILWAY TO CONTINUE TEMPORARY AUGMENTATION OF 03 PAIRS OF TRAINS WITH ADDITIONAL COACHES

South Central Railway(SCR) has advised continuation of Temporary augmentation of Train Nos. Train Nos. 17209/17210 Kakinada Town-Bengaluru City-Kakinada Town Seshadri Express & Train Nos.17235/17236 Bengaluru City-Nagercoil-Bengaluru City Express with One additional AC 2-tier coachtemporarilywith effect from Kakinada Town end from 16thto 29th Feb., 2016 and from Bengaluru City end from 19th February, 2016 to 03rdMarch, 2016 and from Bengaluru end from 17thFeb. 2016 to 01st March, 2016 and from Nagercoil end from 18thFeb. 16 to02nd March, 2016 end respectively.Train Nos. 17211/17212 Machilipatnam-Yesvantpur-Machilipatnam Tri-Weekly Express will also continue to run with o­ne additional AC 2-tier coach & and o­ne additional AC 3-tier coach with effect from Machilipatnam end from 17th to 29th Feb. 2016 and from Yesvantpur end from 18th Feb. 2016 to 01st March, 2016, for clearance of extra rush as per the details mentioned below:--

1.Train Nos. 17209/17210 Kakinada Town-Bengaluru City-Kakinada Town Seshadri Express will continue to run with One additional AC 2-tier coachtemporarilywith effect from Kakinada Town end from 16thto 29th Feb., 2016 and from Bengaluru City end from 19th February, 2016 to 03rdMarch, 2016.During the period, these Express Trains run with total 20 coaches(instead of 19 coaches), comprising of Three AC 2-tier coaches, Two AC 3-tier coaches, Ten Second Class Sleeper coaches, Three General Second Class coaches and Two Second Class Luggage-cum-brake vans.

2. Similarly, Train Nos. 17235/17236 Bengaluru City-Nagercoil-Bengaluru City Express with One additional AC 2-tier coach temporarily, with effect from Bengaluru City end from 17thFeb.2016 to 01stMarch, 2016 and from Nagercoil end from 18th Feb. 16 to02nd March, 2016. During the period, these Express Trains run with total 20 coaches (instead of 19 coaches), comprising of Three AC 2-tier coaches, Two AC 3-tier coaches, Ten Second Class Sleeper coaches, Three General Second Class coaches and Two Second Class Luggage-cum-brake vans.

3.Train Nos. 17211/17212 Machilipatnam-Yesvantpur-Machilipatnam Tri-Weekly Express will continue to run with one additional AC 3-tier coachtemporarilywith effect from Machilipatnam end from 02ndto 30th Dec. 2015 and from Yesvantpur end from 03rd to 31st December, 2015.During the period, the Tri-Weekly Express runs with total 21 coaches(instead of 19 coaches), comprising of Two AC 2-tier coaches, Two AC 3-tier coaches, Nine Second Class Sleeper coaches, Six General Second Class coaches and Two Second Class Luggage-cum-brake vans.
