Several North Bound Trains which were cancelled earlier anticipating foggy conditions are restored to run Normally

The Ministry of Railways had earlier cancelled several train services running towards North India anticipating foggy weather conditions, so as to avoid inconvenience to passengers on account of late running of trains. These included trains originating / terminating on SCR and also passing through SCR.

However, the plan has been reviewed keeping in view that the intensity of the fog has been lesser than expected, thereby enabling the Railway Ministry to restore several train services which were earlier cancelled, so as to offer convenient normal option of travel to rail users.

The following trains concerning SCR,which were earlier cancelled for the period till 29th February, 2016 are now restored to run normally o­n the dates mentioned as detailed below:-

 Trains Originating/ Terminating on SCR:-

• Train No. 12723 Hyderabad-New Delhi Telangana Superfast Express is restored to run o­n 20th & 27th January and 3rd, 10th, 17th & 24th February, 2016.
• Train No. 12724 New Delhi- Hyderabad Telangana Superfast Express is restored to run o­n  21st & 28th January and 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th February 2016.
• Train No. 12721 Hyderabad-Hazrat Nizamuddin Dakshin Express is restored to run o­n 18th & 25th January and 1st, 8th, 15th, &  22nd   February, 2016.
• Train No. 12722 Hazrat Nizamuddin- Hyderabad Dakshin Express is restored to run o­n 20th & 27th January and 3rd, 10th, 17th & 24th February, 2016.
• Train No. 12861 Visakhapatnam- Hazrat Nizamuddin Link Dakshin Express is restored to run o­n 18th & 25th January and 1st, 8th, 15th, & 22nd February, 2016.
• Train No. 12862 Hazrat Nizamuddin-Visakhapatnam Link Dakshin Express is restored to run o­n 22nd & 29th January and 5th, 12th, 19th, & 26th February, 2016.
• Train No. 12715 H.S. Nanded- Amritsar Sachkand Express is restored to run o­n the 21st & 28th January and 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th February, 2016.
• Train No. 12716 Amritsar-H.S. Nanded Sachkand Express is restored to run o­n the 23rd & 30th January and  6th, 13th,  20th & 27th February, 2016.

Trains Passing Through SCR:-

• Train No. 22691 Bangalore City- Hazrat Nizamuddin Rajdhani Express (via Secunderabad) is restored to run o­n the 20th & 27th January and 3rd, 10th, 17th & 24th February, 2016.
• Train No. 22692 Hazrat Nizamuddin- Bangalore City Rajdhani Express (via Secunderabad) is restored to run o­n the 22nd & 29th January and 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th February, 2016.
• Train No. 12615 Chennai-New Delhi Grand Trunk Superfast Express (via Vijayawada, Warangal) is restored to run o­n the 19th & 26th January and 2nd, 9th, 16th & 23rd February, 2016.
• Train No. 12616 New Delhi-Chennai Grand Trunk Superfast Express (via Warangal, Vijayawada) is restored to run o­n the 21st & 28th January and 4th, 11th, 18th, & 25th February, 2016.
• Train No. 12295 Bangalore City- Patna Sanghamitra Superfast Express (via Vijayawada, Warangal) is restored to run o­n the 15th, 22nd & 29th January and 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th February, 2016.
• Train No. 12296 Patna- Bangalore City Sanghamitra Superfast Express (via Warangal, Vijayawada) is restored to run o­n the 17th, 24th & 31st January and 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th February, 2016.
