DIVERSION/CHANGE IN PLATFORM OF TRAINS DUE TO RENOVATION WORK AT PLATFORM NO .5 AT LUCKNOW STATION FROM 19.01.2016 TO 04.02.2015

Northern Railway will  undertake the repair work at platform No.5 at Lucknow station. This renovation work  is expected to result in higher operational capabilities and flexibility.

Owing to the above works, there will be 15 days traffic blocks from 19.01.2016 to 04.02.2016 respectively. As a result the following trains will be diverted and the trains handled on platform no-5 will be shifted to other platforms:

DIVERSION OF TRAINS

• The 15635 Okha-Guwahati Dwarika Express and 15667 Gandhidham Kamkaya Express trains will be diverted to run via Kanpur Central-Lucknow Jn.-Malhour.
• The 15636 Guwahati-Okha  Dwarika express and 15668  Kamakhya-Gandhidham Jn. Express trains  will be diverted to run via Kanpur Central-Lucknow Jn.-Malhour.
• The 11015/11016  Lokmany Tilak Terminal-Gorakhpur-Lokmanya Tilak. Express train  will be diverted to run via Malhour.-Lucknow Jn.-Manak Nagar via Versa..

During the period of renovation work at platform no-5 all the trains which are handled at this platform will either be received or operated from  another platforms.
