Special Trains between Secunderabad-Shalimar and Howrah-Ernakulam Extended for Sixteen more services

In order to clear extra rush of Passengers, special trains running between Secunderabad – Shalimar and Howrah – Ernakulam are extended to run for sixteen more services as detailed below:-

I)Train No. 02850/02840 Secunderabad-Shalimar-Secunderabad special trains(08 services):-

Train No. 02840 Secunderabad - Shalimar Special Train will depart Secunderabad at 21:40 hrs on 7th, 14th, 21st& 28th December, 2015 (Mondays) and arrive Shalimar at 03:00 hrs o­n Wednesdays. Train No. 02840 Secunderabad-Shalimar Expresswill be run as a special fare Train.

In the opposite direction, Train No. 02849 Shalimar - Secunderabad Special Train will depart Shalimar at 12:10 hrs on 6th, 13th, 20th& 27th December, 2015 (Sundays) and arrive Secunderabad at 15:00 hrs o­n Mondays.

Enroute these special trains will stop at Kazipet, Warangal, Khammam, Vijayawada, Eluru, Rajahmundry, Samalkot, Duvvada, Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram, Brahampur, Khurda Road, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Jajpur K Road, Bhadrak, Balasore, Kharagpur and Santragachi stations in both the directions.

 These special trains will consist of 18 coaches viz., one AC II Tier, o­ne AC III Tier, four Sleeper Class, ten General Second Class and two Luggage cum Brake Van Coaches.

II)Train No. 02853/02854 Howrah-Ernakulam-Howrah Superfast Suvidha specialTrains:- (08 services)

Train No. 02853 Howrah - Ernakulam Superfast Suvidha Special Train will depart Howrah at 17:00 hrs on 5th, 12th, 19th& 26th December, 2015 (Saturdays) and arrive Ernakulam at 06:00 hrs on Mondays.

Enroute these special trains will stop Kharagpur, Bhadrak, Cuttack, Bhubaneshwar, Khurda Road, Brahmpur, Visakhapatnam, Rajahmundry, Eluru, Vijayawada, o­ngole, Nellore, Renigunta, Katpadi, Jolarpettai, Erode and Coimbatorestations.

In the return direction, Train No. 02854 Ernakulam - Howrah Superfast Suvidha Special Train will depart Ernakulam at 08:50 hrs on 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th December, 2015 (Tuesdays) and arrive Howrah at 23:00 hrs o­n Wednesdays.

Enroute these special trains will stop Aulwa, Thirsur, Palakkad, Coimbatore, Erode, Jolarpettai, Katpadi, Renigunta, Nellore, ongole, Vijayawada, Eluru, Rajahmundry, Visakhapatnam, Brahmpur, Khurda Road, Bhubaneshwar, Cuttack, Bhadrak and Kharagpur stations.

 These special trains will consist of 19 coaches viz., o­ne AC II Tier, four AC III Tier, twelve Sleeper Class and two Luggage cum Brake Van Coaches.
