AADHAAR ENROLMENT CENTRE OPENED AT E.RLY HEADQUARTERS

Kolkata, December 8, 2015:

Eastern Railway has arranged for enrolment for AADHAAR card to all its employees, pensioners as well as their family members. As a step ahead in this direction, Shri R.K. Gupta, General Manager, Eastern Railway inaugurated the AADHAAR Enrolment Centre at Eastern Railway’s headquarters at Fairlie Place, Kolkata this morning (8.12.2015).

Shri U.K. Bal, Senior Deputy General Manager, Shri N.K. Prasad, Chief Personnel Officer, Eastern Railway, Registrar of AADHAAR and Principal Head of various Departments of Eastern Railway were present o­n the occasion.

This AADHAAR Enrolment Centre will remain open from 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on all working days. Not o­nly the existing ER employees / pensioners but also their family members who could not get access of AADHAAR registration yet can enrol their names in this entre.

Similar AADHAAR Enrolment Centres will be organized at different Divisions/Workshops of E.Rly, shortly. Approx. 03 lakhs railway officers/staff/pensioners including their family members will be benefited by this scheme.
