SER TO RUN 14 PAIRS OF SPECIAL TRAINS o­n THE OCCASION OF NABAKALEBAR RATHYATRA AT PURI AND KUMBHA MELA AT NASIK (MAHARASHTRA)

Kolkata, July 9, 2015 :

With a view to clear extra rush of passengers during ensuing Nabakalebar Rathyatra at Puri and Sinhastha Kumbha Mela-2015 at Nasik(Maharashtra), South Eastern Railway has decided to run 14 pairs of Special Train between Howrah-Puri-Howrah, Kharagpur-Puri-Kharagpur, Rourkela-Puri-Rourkela and Howrah-Nasik Road-Howrah on different nominated days during the period from 12.07.2015 to 25.09.2015.

08009/08010 Howrah-Puri –Howrah Special(3 pairs) :

This special train leaving Howrah at 15.20 hrs. on 15.7.15, 17.7.15 and 25.7.15 will reach Puri at 02.30 hrs., the next day.In the return direction the special train departing Puri at 21.15 hrs. on 16.7.15, 18.7.15 and 26.7.15 will arrive Howrah, the next day at 10.30 hrs. This special train will have 10 Sleeper Class, 1 AC-2 tier, 4 AC-3 tier, 2 General 2nd class coaches and 2 Luggage Van .

08003/08004 & 08005/08006 Kharagpur-Puri-Kharagpur Passenger Special :

The special train (08003) leaving Kharagpur at 02.30 hrs. on 18.7.15 will reach Puri at 13.30 hrs.,the same day.In the return direction the special train (08004) will depart Puri at 18.15 hrs. on 18.7.2015 and will arrive Khargpur, the next day at 6.40 hrs.Another Kharagpur-Puri-Kharagpur Passenger special with number 08005/08006 will leave Kharagpur at 2.30 hrs. on 26.7.2015 arriving Puri at 13.30 hrs. o­n the same day.In the return direction, the train will leave Puri at 00.15 hrs. on 27.7.15 arriving Kharagpur at 7.45 hrs., the same day. This special train will have 8 General 2nd Class coaches and 2 Luggage Vans.

Moreover, 3 pairs of Rourkela-Puri-Rourkela Passenger special will run on 17.7.15, 25.7.15 & 26.7.2015 from Rourkela and on 18.7.15, 26.7.15 & 28.7.15 from Puri.

02860/02859 Howrah-Nasik Road –Howrah Superfast Special(6 pairs) :

The superfast special train leaving Howrah at 18.30 hrs.will reach Nasik Road (Maharashtra) at 19.25 hrs., the next day.In the return direction, the special train will leave Nasik Road at 16.30 hrs. arriving Howrah at 18.15 hrs., the next day. The special trains will run during the period from 12.7.15 to 25.9.15. This special train will have 10 Sleeper Class, 1 AC-2 tier, 4 AC-3 tier, 2 General 2nd Class coaches and 2 Luggage Van
