SCR to run Four Special Trains between Tirupati-Kakinada Port & Tirupati – Rajahmundry
In order to clear extra rush of passengers during Godavari Pushkaram 2015, SCR will run special trains between Tirupati – Kakinada Port and Tirupati-Rajahmundry as detailed below:
1)Tirupati-Kakinada Port Special Train:
Train No. 07715 Tirupati-Kakinada Port Special Train will depart Tirupati at 23:00 hrs on 11th July, 2015and arrive at Kakinada Port at 10:15 hrs on the next day. In the return direction,Train No. 07716 Kakinada Port-Tirupati Special Train will depart KakinadaPort at 20:45 hrs on 12th July, 2015 and arrive Tirupati at 10:00 hrs on the next day.
Enroute stoppages: Renigunta, Sri Kalahasti, Gudur, Nellore, ongole, Tenali, Vijaywada, Eluru, Tadepalligudem, Nidadavolu, Kovvuru, Godavari, Rajahmundry, Samalkot, and Kakinada town stations in both directions. Coach Composition: one AC II Tier, one AC III Tier, Eight Sleeper Class, Eight General Second Class and Two General Second Class Luggage cum Brake Van Coaches (total 20 Coaches).
2)Tirupati-Rajahmundry Special Train:
Train No. 07717 Tirupati-Rajahmundry Special Train will depart Tirupati at 19:00 hrs on 12th, 19th, and 26th July 2015 and arrive Kovvur at 05:50 hrs, Godavari at 06.30 hrs and Rajahmundry at 06:45 hrs on the next day. In the return direction, Train No. 07718 Rajahmundry-Tirupati Special Train will depart Rajahmundry at 10:00 hrs, depart Godavari at 10:12 hrs, depart Kovvuru at 10:22 hrs on 13th, 20th, 27th July, 2015 and arrive Tirupati at 22:00 hrs on the same day.
Enroute Stoppages: Renigunta, Sri Kalahasti, Gudur, Nellore, Kavali, ongole, Chirala, Bapatla, Tenali, Vijaywada, Eluru, Tadepalligudem, Nidadavolu, Kovvuru and Godavari stations in both directions. Coach Composition: one AC Chair Car, Six General Second Class, Six Second Class Chair Car and Two General Second Class Luggage cum Brake Van Coaches(total 15 Coaches).
