The Federation desires to bring to the notice of railway Board that instruction have been issued under board's letter dated 14/09/2014 that persons appointed on compassionate grounds as 'Trainee' is to be treated as regular Goverment employee and has to be allowed all allowances and benefits admissible to the Goverment employess.
