In this way all the grades of Class-III and Class- IV staff suffered in the Railways

Both recognized Railway Unions/Federations of Railways were sleeping on those days.

If this proposed strike of Nov. 2015 declared as reported by many people in social media will Recognized Railway Unions also take up the reason why Railway employees are the lowest paid employees amongst all Central Govt. staff?

Why promotion is nil and substandard medical facilities compared to all the Central Govt. staff?

All the differences are appeared after 4th CPC report as Unions and administration of other Ministries improved their grade and perks as only after 4th CPC report?

Railway employees was given some improve grades but other ministries got some modification in their favour and improved their grades by their own anamoly committee.

Some of railway employee who were Office bearer at branch level on those days informed top most level leadership of both recognised Unions/Federations about these developments because they were more closed because they were from Microwave section of S&T Deptt.

It was the only means of communications on those days and thats why they were closed to top leadership of both Unions. More over thier Microwave station was in between Headquarters of both AIRF and NFIR was hardly two minutes walk from there office (microwave station).

They were very much disturbed that instead of giving them some hope they (Union leaders) project themselves as administrator not as workers leader.

Result, Just see one example, most of staffs of other Ministries in Rs.425-700 after 3rd CPC report got Rs.4600 as grade pay in 6th CPC report.

And in Railways Rs.840 to Rs.1040 in 3rd CPC report got Rs.4600 grade pay in VIth CPC report and in other Ministries staff in Rs.840 to Rs.1040 in 3rd CPC got Rs.5400 as grade pay in 6th CPC that's why they were requesting everybody to read report of 3rd CPC to 6th CPC everything will be clear.

In this way all the grades of Class-III and Class- IV staff suffered in the Railways.
