CLOSURE OF PRS ENQUIRY FOR THREE HOURS THIRTY MINUTES DURING NIGHT HOURS OF 31.05.2015 & 01.06.2015
Due to upgradation work of Delhi P.R.S. (Computerized Passenger Reservation System), the PRS Enquiry will remain closed for 3 hours 30 minutes from 11.30 p.m. of 31.05.2015 to 03.00 a.m. on 01.06.2015. Therefore, PRS related enquiry of Delhi PRS through IVRS/Touch Screen, Call Centre (Telephone no. 139) and functioning of current reservation bookings through computer will also remain closed during the period.
