4 MORE SPECIAL TRAINS for TAMIL NADU
As approved by Railway Board, the following special trains will be run WITH EFFECT FROM THE DATES INDICATED AS FULLY RESERVED SERVICES as per the timings and stoppages detailed below.
1.Train No. 02605/02606 Chennai Egmore – Karaikkudi – Chennai Egmore Superfast Special (Daily)
2. Train No. 02635/02636 Chennai Egmore – Madurai – Chennai Egmore Superfast Special (Daily)
3.Train. No. 02637/02638 Chennai Egmore – Madurai Chennai Egmore Superfast Special (Daily)
4.Train No. 02693/02694 Chennai Egmore – Tuticorin - Chennai Egmore Superfast Special (Daily)
1. T. No. 02605/02606 Chennai Egmore – Karaikkudi – Chennai Egmore Superfast Special (daily) on and from 7th September 2020
With a composition of 3 AC Chair Cars, 13 Second Class Chair Cars, 1 pantry Car, 3 General Second Class Coaches and Two Generator cum Brake Vans, TrainNo.02606 will leave Karaikkudi at 04.55 hrs and reach Chennai Egmore at 12.10 hrs. In the return direction, Train No.02605 will leave Chennai Egmore at 15.45 hrs and reach Karaikkudi at 23.10 hrs as per the following schedule .
2. Train No. 02635 / 02636 Chennai Egmore – Madurai – Chennai Egmore Superfast special (Daily) on and from 7th September 2020
With a composition of 3 AC Chair Cars, 13 Second Class Chair Cars, 1 pantry Car, 3 General Second Class Coaches and Two Generator cum Brake Vans, TrainNo.02635 will leave Chennai Egmore at 13.40 hrs to reach Madurai at 21.15 hrs. In the return direction, Train No.02636 will leave Madurai at 07.00 hrs and reach Chennai Egmore at 14.35 hrs as per the following schedule .
3. Train No. 02637/02638 Chennai Egmore – Madurai – Chennai Egmore Superfast special (Daily)
Date of Commencement of Service Ex Madurai : 7th September 2020
Date of Commencement of Service Ex Chennai : 8th September 2020
With a composition of one AC1st Class Coach, Three AC 2-Tier Coaches, Five AC 3-Tier Coaches, 9 Sleeper Class Coaches, Three General Second Class Coaches and Two Generator cum Brake Vans, Train No.02637 will leave Chennai Egmore at 21.40 hrs and reach Madurai Jn at 05.30 hrs the next day. In the return direction, Train No.02638 will leave Madurai Jn at 21.20 hrs and reach Chennai Egmore at 05.15 hrs the next day as per the following schedule:-
4. T. No. 02693/02694 Chennai Egmore – Tuticorin – Chennai Egmore Superfast special (daily)
Date of Commencement of Service Ex Tuticorin : 7th September 2020
Date of Commencement of Service Ex Chennai : 10th September 2020
With a composition of one AC1st Class Coach,Two 2-Tier AC Coaches, Three 3-Tier AC Coaches, 10 Sleeper Class Coaches, Three General Second Class Coaches and Two Generator cum Brake Vans, Train No.02693 will leave Chennai Egmore at 19.35 hrs to reach Tuticorin at 06.45 hrs the next day. In the return direction, Train No.02694 will leave Tuticorin at 20.05 hrs to reach Chennai Egmore at 07.35 hrs as per the following schedule:-
RESERVATIONS FOR ALL THE ABOVE TRAINS WILL START AT 08.00 hrs on 5th SEPTEMBER 2020
