TRAIN SERVICES TO BE DIVERTED/CANCELLED TILL FURTHER ADVICE DUE TO CLOSURE OF DHANBAD-CHANDRAPURA RAILWAY SECTION

Due to Jharia Coal Field Fire and acting on subsequent advisory received from Ministry of Coal; Railway Board has decided to stop the operation of goods and passenger traffic on Dhanbad-Chandrapura Railway line w.e.f.15.06.2017.Keeping in view the safety of passengers, Railway Board has diverted 7 trains, cancelled 13 Mail Express Trains & 6 passenger trains. 

In the jurisdiction of East Coast Railway, the following diversion/cancellation of train services will take place.

DIVERSION OF TRAIN

13351/13352 Dhanbad-Alleppey-Dhanbad Express will be diverted via Dhanbad-Gomoh-Chandrapur

​a​instead of Dhanbad-Katrasgarh-Chandrapura w.e.f. 13.06.2017 from Alleppey & w.e.f. 15.06.2017 from Dhanbad. 

CANCELLATION OF TRAIN

12831/12832 Dhanbad-Bhubaneswar-Dhanbad Garib Rath Express will remain cancelled w.e.f. 16.06.2017 from Bhubaneswar and w.e.f. 17.06.2017 from Dhanbad till further advice.
