Notifications for Extension of Enrolment Campaign,2017 upto 30th June, 2017

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 29th March, 2017

G.S.R. 301(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6C read with sub-section (1) of

section 7 of the Employees’ Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (19 of 1952), the

Central Government hereby makes the following Scheme to amend the Employees’ Deposit Linked Insurance

(Second Amendment) Scheme, 2016, namely:—

1. (1) This Scheme may be called the Employees’ Deposit Linked Insurance (Second Amendment)

Amendment Scheme, 2017.

(2) It shall come into force on the 1st day of April, 2017.

2. In the Employees’ Deposit Linked Insurance (Second Amendment) Scheme, 2016, in paragraph (1),

in sub-paragraph (2), for the figures, letters and words “31st day of March, 2017”, the figures, letters

and words “30th day of June, 2017” shall be substituted.
